The worst personal ever. The way to treat you as a client it's imposibile to understant. The whole region is in quarantine and they insist that is not a problem to go there. It was just racist, because we are from Romania! it wouldn't dare to do that to an italian.

Excellent stay … yummy breakfast… superb location.

They gave us a room for the disabled and it is absolutely not correct towards them they must always take precedence over everything. The next day we were without water they say there was a failure absolutely to close!

Very cold in the rooms, between 1 am and 6 am they don’t turn on the heat; we complained about this and they offered to give us more blankets; also the hotel doesn’t offer slippers in the room.

Location is not necessarily central, rather on the outskirts of the city. Rooms are decent. Good for the price but not stellar. Breakfast is also just ok. Service is decent although somewhat rushed and unprofessional sometimes. Prices are very good (better it seems on booking) so if you can live with some really small compromises this os a good deal.

An inexpensive hotel, located on the outskirts of Milan, in a rather gloomy sleeping area. There is parking, large rooms, there is a bar, restaurant, hotel rooms are in a rundown state: dormed ceilings, corroded plumbing, chipped edges at the sinks, etc.

Had a very pleasant visit. It had been five stars if they had a pool too to cool down in and let the kids. Lovely service minded staff where ever we came. I got one of the best cappuccino I ever had in the snacks bar.

Alright let's review this place. First off the location, it's at 200 meters of the train station so there's easy accessible to the center of Milan via the station. However if there's a strike like when we went to Milan the subway is also close, about a 10 min walk. Staff, not that great of an experience for us, they charged an extra 20 euro claiming that the superior double room was only booked for 1 person and if the second wanted to stay in the room there was an additional fee to pay. Tourist tax is 5 Euro's per night per person. We only took breakfast, for which the choice (buffet) was ample en refilled quickly. No that cost to eat however it's serves it's purpose on granted a descent breakfast.

Hotel in the sleeping area, at the last station of the city metro line 10-12 stops from the center (station). Plus 1.2 km on foot. Taxi is about 50.
There are two unfinished business.
Repairs. They smeared it, they painted it.
The plumbing is blackened, in divorces. Cheap materials. There is a smell that is hidden by flavors.
The room is very dark.
The balcony is adjacent to the neighbors.
They lived on the 8th floor. It's scary to go on the elevator, it's noisy, it's shaking.
The towels are waffle, one terry. There's no hat or slippers. The slippers were given on request. They didn't ask for a robe.
Breakfasts are a separate theme. The staff doesn't say hello, even in return. There are a lot of guests. Tables do not have time to clean.
Dirty. Noisy.
Queue.
There is no vegetable milk. Yogurt in the package chemical. Food does not cause appetite at all. And it's actually not there.
From the edible was a twisted and a cupcake.
It's good that we were in Milan driving through and we didn't have to stay for longer.
The best part about the hotel is the reception staff.
There is a 2-minute walk of the railway road, you can leave with 1 transfer to the airport.
The hotel is on the verge. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is spacious. Two and a half beds. Sleeping is comfortable. The colors for the interior are not very cozy. And the window did not close to the end. It was broken. It is 600-800 meters from the metro.

The hotel itself is very nice. Everything is new, clean, breakfast is delicious. The location is not very, is on the outskirts of Milan, between two abandoned buildings)

The only good thing about this place was spacious. Booked a room with a queen sized bed but came with an additional twin bed, which was great even if we didn't need it. However, the blankets on both the queen and twin bed had some kind of piss stains on. We got there very late n super tired so we just peeled off the blanket n slept on the sheet. We left the blankets on the floor with the stained on top, assuming the maid would change it since we were rushing to go out and not want to make a big deal, just want a clean one. Came back and that same blanket was made on the bed! There were yellow stains in the mini fridge, the faucet, shower wall which smells! No tissues, no hairdryer, no refill on toiletries or towels. AC was off when we first walked in the room, turned it on high, slept, left, came back to find the AC turned to low. 4 elevators available but only 2 seemed to be working which took like 5 minutes to open. At 2-3 AM there was some lady laughing running in the hallway. We did not know that the parking was at the back so we first pulled in the front since it was very spacious, but the security chased us to the back, won't even let us check in first. Don't know who rated this a 4 stars hotel. I can overlook everything if my room was cleaned but it wasn't.

Of course when you arrive the panorama is not the best. On the sides of the hotel there are two unfinished cement barracks that are not very beautiful to behold. The hotel instead, apart from the color, is very large rooms huge and clean. Nice bathroom. Breakfast in a huge room very rich with the active coffee bar and not only that. Finally it is convenient for those who have the car having a large parking.

The room was very clean and clean.

Very large hotel, with beautiful and spacious room tastefully decorated. Large and functional bathroom. The décor of the hotel is nice, and the reception is OK the breakfast is complete, but not really for my liking. Lack some fruit, the juices are powdered, and nothing fresh. Too bad the hotel is also a bit out of the way from Milan city centre, a train stop is right next door, and a subway station 15 mins walk away. But the neighborhood where it is located, is not very warm with very high buildings and abandoned buildings just next door but very good value for money tour the same.

The hotel offers very spacious and tastefully furnished rooms with modern décor. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in a large lounge and you can have a wide range of sweet and savory foods.

BJR so I do not know how to start it is a catastrophe this 4 star hotel impossible I know how it was granted the room is great but nothing other bathroom not practical, we know where to put our towels for 130 euro at night even e no bar for a tea in the evening so breakfast you should not even talk about it look at the other reviews, I confirm low-end, the all in cans and industrial I've never seen it looks like a canteen every morning that's why everyone has access It's a shame for a 4 star… cups I let you judge the outside environment is not better because it is located in a neighborhood with abandoned buildings on each side fortunately we were driving because it is very far from the Center so we saw people coming back from their station up to the hotel on foot in rainy weather it was horrible no strollers access to the entrance you have to fend for it every time with the long staircase as the guards are the but no help for anything for a week no one offered me a IDE to wear my strollers so I don't know why they're standing in front all day.

Cozy, kind, very helpful. By necessity we needed a room with a bathtub and they accommodated us with kindness and patience, Mrs. Pina is her who has carefully dealt with us. The hotel is accessible for people with motor difficulties and is a very large hotel. Colorful and really clean and modern rooms in style. It has very large conference rooms! Property a bit old and out of the way making it difficult to access without a car, especially late night after public transportation is limited. Rooms very bare. Treat you like a three star guest.

Great, beautiful hotel. Nice and big rooms with big beds. The restaurant is very expensive (15-20€). I recommend buying food from a local store. The rooms were clean. The breakfast room was very big and with a big variety of choices. I recommend and approve this hotel.

Excellent solution for the price, newly renovated hotel with excellent finishes, very large rooms equipped with all comforts. Exceptional for transport, 100 meters from the train station North Milan and 800 meters from the metro Yellow Line. From the hotel to the center of Milan in 15 minutes with a cost of 1. €5.

Parking-There are, Wi-Fi-There are modern clean rooms, quiet outside the window, neighbors are not audible, 2 minutes to the motorway, the bed is wide, pillows are not foam. Good breakfast. The reception is polite, speak English. On arrival on the other side where not allowed on the car-speaking guard said where parking. Check-in to the parking lot from the side of the road, passing by, the hotel remains on the left hand, and at the end of a small check-in. Lots of places and lots of cars.

Clean, spacious, direct access to the city. No nice area to go to eat in the city should not be in the area of the hotel. Breakfast is generous. For the Salsa Congress it is very pleasant to live here and to fall directly from the party to bed!

The hotel itself is not bad, but in the rooms there were a few stuff that clearly broke some time ago and never replaced. The breakfast is like a fair, a lot of noise and people everywhere. They had to put a security guy at the exit from the breakfast to make sure no one steal yogurt or refill water bottles. The restaurant is actually pretty tasty and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Four stars are not entirely justified in terms of equipment and restaurant. Rather 3 stars. Some things are extremely stylish (green areas, lobby etc. ) and other parts rather youth hostel (elevator, breakfast etc. ). Good price. Especially if you're travelling by car. Very large Hotel, modern style, very helpful and welcoming staff at Check-in. But I put two stars because it is very disorganized, clean appearance, but attending more than once you realize that the mirrors are broken, paint missing, the curtains are not washed, there is dust or does not work the heating. In addition, we experienced the misunderstanding more than once, to see the early morning entering the cleaners, thinking that the room was empty while we were inside.

The area is the pits however it is quiet and there is a train station outside that has a 10 min train ride into milano, there you can take a 5/10 min walk or a tube to the Duomo (centre) The hotel is clean with modern fittings and fixtures with a beautiful restaurant for your evening meals. Breakfast is served in the room next door, buffet style and there is a good selection of cereals, fruit, salad, hot food and pastries. The rooms are nice, spacious and cleaned daily, but BEWARE, Ensure that you use the safe as we had €300 stolen from the room by the cleaners which was not dealt with by the hotel adequately and we were not compensated for this. Without the theft, I would have given this hotel 5 stars but the experience ruined our stay.

Very bad hotel. Locate away from the city. In the same park as 2 demolition buildings full of graffiti. Bad bedding. Dangerous security. Very low quality breakfast served in a refectory on plastic chairs in plastic cups. And very expensive for a very poor quality. Has avoided.

I have been to this hotel for a course. I did not partake of the rooms and service. I can say that it is very large, clean and cozy. Too bad it is very outside Milan and in an area where there is nothing except the same, besides the food costs a blunder without reason. All in all it's not bad.

Good morning, I stayed at this fantastic hotel with a friend. Arrived at the hotel we were greeted by the front desk guys with friendliness and smile. In our luck our room was not available and they assigned a suite without adding money I would say great and kind to them. The hotel is very well maintained in modern detail and a young and pleasant style. Very good quality breakfast, where you can find a wide range of good products for Continental and intercontinental breakfast. Great. Very good value for money To be recommended to friends and family. Excellent connections with Metro and bus to get to the city center with stop Duomo. Thank you for making our stay unique. Eric.

A hotel with a modern style and very friendly staff from waitresses to bodyguards.
PRO — spacious rooms, large and comfortable beds — huge mushroom shower (about half a bath) — very large and comfortable mirrors — TV and air conditioning — very varied breakfast, 8 different juices and all kinds of coffee, also made by the fresh bartender.
— In a quiet and low traffic area — free Wi-Fi, average speed 5 MB/s against — the rooms were slightly dirty (the floor cheats but the dirt was there) and for these I leave only 4 stars.
— The fruit of the breakfast was very bad (the pears were sour, the pineapple was at the limit), nothing to say about all the other foods.
— The rooms not too isolated, I recommend the high floors where I noticed more peace of mind among the guests.
I would stay here again, but clean the rooms well and use fresh fruit.

We had a great time here! The rooms are clean and new and the colors inside work well together. *Could not hear the trains nearby if I closed my balcony door so I had some fabulous rest at night. The only downfall is the breakfast didn't change at all in the 4 days we ate there. *You can't get any food at the hotel after midnight, so your closest food is MacDonald's 10min walk from Davinci.

Great hotel with nice rooms, was at a dance Congress there (The Da Vinci hosts many Congresses of this kind) the hotel staff was still overwhelmed (because in outnumbered), Congress rooms old-fashioned and renovationsbedürfig (which in the basement at least), free Parking, easy access to highway and public transport network, surrounded by dilapidated ruins (left and right of the hotel, no idea if the hotel should be extended, but the project ticket has been put on hold)

A real four-star. Very nice Hotel International buffet breakfast: good and with so much variety of both sweet and savory. The breakfast room is great however in rush hour you might have to wait two to three minutes to find a free seat (note of merit goes to the waiters who are careful to keep clean a place as soon as it gets free). Parking is supervised by security personnel.

Good hotel. I liked staying there! They're in a good with big room and nice shower. Comfy bed. Really nice staff. They have really nice food in their restaurant as well as a great breakfast. The hotel is just beside of a train station and 10 min walking from a metro station as well. This train station also brings you to Como with on connection. Recommended!

What did you like best?
The parking was large enough and had a guard who was dead cold the poor.
Every day we had the room very clean and tidy. The lighting of the room and the quantity of plugs available. The Wi-Fi was very very fine in all the facilities. The little we had to deal with the staff, was friendly.
What didn't you like?
For nothing was close to the quality of 4 stars. The breakfast was very good, the food was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The mattress was too hard for my taste and the pillows were symbolic, they were useless. All the floors and furniture gave the impression of being Ikea type, very nice, but of low quality.

Good place with elite services. Stayed here for a day. Also got a lot of vodka on the House! Even though the bar closes at 12 am. They served us till later. Hotel rooms grand and cozy at the same time. Love the modern architecture they've adopted. Also the breakfast menu was the best I have had in my stay at Italy. Unlimited choices for meats such as bacon's, cold cuts and cakes that taste way too good! If you're willing to pay the rates. Amazing stay!

Decent, but not quite what expected. It depends what you're looking for, but it appears more of a conference hotel than geared up for families. With the space they have they could easily have a pool and leisure facilities. Car needed, as quite far from anything of note, including any restaurants, although there's a train station next door, which does link to city centre. There's a couple of restaurants which were only a ten minute walk, but security advised us it was probably best not to. It's also best to stock up on drinks and snacks en route, as limited and/or expensive once here. As it's close to the motorway network it's quite easy to reach from airport by car, and only 45 minutes to Como as well. Rooms clean, modern and decent size and can't fault the service, but not 4 star by UK standards. Similar to Novotel, but without being central. Breakfast canteen style and feels a bit like Ikea, except Ikea do a better breakfast. My biggest gripe was on last night there was an event the floor below us, which sounded like being above a night club. I addressed it with them on the night, they said there was nothing they can do and it'd be on to 4am. I emailed to complain, followed up and still got no acknowledgement.

Big Hotel. Far from the center but in front of the train station it allows you to reach in peak minutes. Despite the amount of people staying there it was very quiet. Price chord.

I was assigned a room already occupied and unfortunately I noticed only when I came into the room and found a man half-naked. Instead, my colleague saw a man in the room for the same reason. What to say. Two out of two is no longer an accident.

Great structure where Congresses are organized. I personally attended a dance Congress. Large halls and Pttimo floor for dancing. Great experience.

It's a reasonably comfortable stay in a quiet place with friendly staff and customer friendly reception area. It lacks in entertainment, nothing for kids, breakfast menu could have been much better, restaurant feels like desolate room. Proximity to a train station is a relief otherwise disconnected with city life.

Although quite far out, you can easily reach the main station within 20 minutes by train. Spacious number of parking lots and very friendly staff at the front desk. Rooms tidy and clean. Breakfast choice more than sufficient for the price we paid. I can certainly recommend the Hotel Da Vinci.

What I liked in this hotel is there free Wi-Fi and free parking. The room was big enough and dated. Only two things: TV was small and there is no coffee maker. Other than that, the hotel was nice.

I've been on business. The hotel is very well maintained both abroad and inside. Dinner is only buffet but I am not complaining. It was well stocked and the price is 25 euros. Professional staff. Honest opinion. Good location, 35 minutes to Malpensa airport. Rooms big but nothing exceptional. Rooms have a small mini bar but no coffee making facilities. Restaurant was expensive for what was on offer, €5 small bottle of coke. Food was average. Wouldn't be my first choice again.

One of the best hotels in Milan. Completely satisfied with its room and breakfast. (Don't miss the breakfast. It has very fresh and delicious fruits and breads. ) The price is reasonable. You will have a wonderful rest. I'd like to choose this hotel in my next visit to Milan.

The quality is not at the rendezvous! The noise on the terrace and in the hallway was very present. The building next door is in ruins. Good to spend a night.

This is my second time at this hotel, the common areas have changed, the original furniture has disappeared for more classic furniture, damage, the rooms do not change: The broken mirrors are not changed. The hotel is located in a dorm area between 2 abandoned buildings (see photos), far from everything.
Access from the parking to the hotel not convenient with luggage: a large staircase outside, but it is free.
Staff at the reception not very pleasant.

I was on a field trip with the school. Spacious and modern, in some there is also the bathtub. Staff very courteous, professional and some are really cute. Not to mention the restaurant … great and tasty food, temperature and excellent cooking.

You can take a train from aiport straight to the backyard of the hotel. Service is ok. Food is great. I loved the garden in front. All in all, its great for what you pay.

Everything but, ever since I entered the room, I began to wonder if life, say a large double bed, no, into two single beds, however it is very big, said bath, no, but hot water is good, Oh, by the way, water, Italy who make water? I teach you, four-star hotel down so badly, just bath in it, this is what you call a bath? Other hard indicators was in line with the four star, high speed Wi-Fi, indoor cable, multilingual TV channels, refrigerator, safe, do not know how breakfast, four-star continental breakfast is hard targets, if it doesn't work I'm afraid I have to write a complaint letter to star rating agencies.

Employees of the hotel are very reluctant to communicate with guests. Prefer the Italian language. Even Russian words do not know:)

Stayed for a the week ending January 2016 — I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Stayed in a twin double room — beds SO comfy after a long day exploring. (I'm a germs phone and linen was always fresh and crisp) Bathroom — AMAZING… The showers are brilliant. It's a bit out of town — close enough for public transport (plan your journey and you'll be fine). But enough out of town to really experience suburban Milan. Breakfast is plentiful! You need a good breakfast with a long day ahead. Grounds are pleasant, even has the odd chicken running around! A 15minute walk away is a brilliant traditional Italian restaurant called Bar Manzoni — a must go for any visitor! (brush up on how to order food in Italian, although — the staff were extremely friendly as we had to mime out what we wanted) I'll definately be staying again!

POSITIVE: Big and clean rooms. Nice breakfast. Free parking. Free Wi-Fi. NEGATIVE: Although we got 3 GPS (! ) we got lost. Extremely difficult to find. The parking isn't at the hotel address. When you get to the entrance, the staff tells you: "A, you know, the parking is on the other side. " It would be better if you could put a sign "HOTEL DA VINCI PARKING" at the intersection of Via Pesaro & Via Senigallia. It would make the life of your guests much easier. :)

I have been there with my love … cute place everything in shades of lilac (my favorite color) really great room with essential furniture of modern style … still enjoyable, large double bed and a half crazy … heating 2 definitely running:-) nice size bathroom with simple but hot water … A small water leak issue but just did this it technician x sort it out … Nice staff though x have a second pillow waited hours and stressed several times … fabulous breakfast there is everything from sweet to savory … a really good stay:-) we will return.

Not terrible but not great. Rooms big but finishings especially in bathroom very poor. The bed was big but mattress felt cheap. However, entertaining decor for children and breakfast was ok and had variety.

Great price for a good service quality … just 20 minutes from the Centre of Milan.

Negative:
Starting with the reception in the hotel, there are way too many negative impressions. The front desk staff are very unfriendly and not helpful. Have shown no interest in a solution, but wanted us, cheer the room for more than double the price as booked. After a half-hour telephone conversation with HRS and threats of legal action on the part of HRS against the hotel, has one small rude without apology and at given. When we finally got the rooms, only 2 out of 4 elevators for 10 floors work.  
The cocktail bar was unhygienic and unfit for human consumption, the cocktails (and we are not picky with the best will). Also it has let though was not operating, 20 minutes on 3 cocktails were us.
Small defects in the room were also ignored.
Positive:
The HRS service was superb (see above), the hotel is also well connected. The room was well decorated and had pleasant color accents.

Rooms good although the faucet was broken. This was within 15 minutes repaired. Breakfast not particularly good.

Great hotel and service was friendly and modern, helpful staff, free parking, Wi-Fi perfect, great breakfast, Bar with cocktails and great coffee.

Very nice room, good air-condition, BUT hard to find parking place, very poor servis, bad breakfast.

Poor service. Poorly maintained rooms. Very slow chek-in and chekout. Unprofessional staff. Absence of security in parking area. No restaurants nearby. Not recommended to travellers.

Before we arrived at the hotel with a booking for a triple room after 6pm, our booking was cancelled. Upon our arriival, our credit card payment was taken and we were offered a quadruple room and charged a No-Show payment for 3 nights of stay for the triple room, which was equal to 420.00 Euros. We were then asked to pay an additional 347 Euros for being put into the quadruple room. As a result, we were forced to pay 767.00 Euros for only 3 nights of stay. We contacted the police for this rip-off but the Milan police told us that this was not a criminal matter. This was our worst vacation in the worst hotel that we ever visited in our lives that made us call the police for extortion of money from us, tourists in Milan.

It is not modern but I enjoyed it.

Horrible service, room old style but felt really unsafe HORRIBLE AVOID AT ALL COST for a little more stayed in a nicer hotel closer to town AVOID.
