My partner and I stayed here for 4 nights at the end of November, we cannot fault a thing!
Roberto was so welcoming and really went to detail with all the prime locations to visit (and to steer clear off). Our room was beautiful, clean and modern with a gorgeous view! We were in room 1.
Location is amazing! So so close to everything and we used a 3 day bus hop on hop off tour ticket to get to all of the main attractions which saved us SO much money. The bus stop is a few minutes walk from the B&B!
Our included breakfast location was perfect, with an amazing view of the colosseum literally a stone throw away! We loved our stay and highly recommend this B&B, and a bonus, it wasn’t even that expensive!

Depends what is important to you! If location is I would recommend. Great location. If comfort is important I would not recommend. The bed is way too soft and uncomfortable and same with the pillows. Also the room isn’t as fresh and as up to date as they seem. The walls could use some fresh paint. And little dirt and chips always everywhere. The bathroom while big is covered in mold. And the shower is open and doesn’t make for a warm shower. Overall the owner was nice. Location is great just didn’t enjoy the room. Also if you have a tour with hotel pick up they will not pick up here just thought you should know.

I can't describe how perfect this place was. The owner and room is amazing and I will definitely be back soon!

Conveniently located. Most of the tourist spots are about 15-20 minutes walk from Colosseo Panoramic Rooms.

Excellent B&B, we were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and the room was comfy and quiet. Would definitely come back.

Excellent bed and breakfast with a beautiful view of the Colosseum. Roberto is more than helpful and welcoming. He provided us with a European converter plug, map with his recommendations on places to eat, and explained the metro system to us. Next time we are in Rome we will be sure to stay here.

Excellent option to be in Rome, super well located, steps from the Colosseum and close to everything, especially the subway to move with the suitcases from and made Rome Termini. Roberto the owner is a capo explains everything you want you need to know to move in Rome. That's great.

Great B&B. Great location, Roberto was gracious host. Roomy apts, spacious/recently upgraded bathrooms. Beds could be firmer.

We booked this hotel based on other reviews, and we are so glad we did! Roberto the owner was excellent — he arranged a transport from the airport and had our rooms ready when we arrived, and carried all of our luggage up to the room. He also helped us on our first stay in Rome, giving us recommendations where to go, and how to get around. The location of this place is outstanding, and our room overlooked the Colosseum and forum. There is a metro stop right in front of the hotel that is easy to use, and the cafe downstairs is great (breakfast included), and we ate many meals there. The rooms are nice and clean — cold ac, nice bathrooms, etc. We were so happy with our experience here that we would definitely stay again on our next visit to Rome! Thanks Roberto!

Nice looking place, big showers, comfortable beds. There was a ton of mold in the bathroom though, only reason they don't get 5 stars. All around the window and in the shower. Sub standard cleaning. Otherwise a great location and friendly staff.

Roberto, the owner, was extremely accommodating and attentive. Room was clean and location was great. Be sure we speak with him in person about a better room rate! Will stay here again if ever in Rome.

Roberto was great, took time to recommend places to me on the maps and advise what areas were not as safe. The view of the Colosseum was breathtaking, I could see it from my room! This place is located great, restaurant and cafe downstairs, 10 mins to self service or drop off laundry, very easy to get to other tourist spots. Would 100% recommend!

Perfect room, great owner, only shame it's not a proper hotel. Would stay again. :)
