It's not what it has been advertised to be, we booked the most expensive suite last week and it's really small and there was no hot water, when we queried about the hot water the manager was extremely Rude us. We had to have an ice cold Shower and the manager said go and do what you want to do. We did not get a refund for that night, we where really upset. I would never recommend anyone to stay at this place and I will never stay there again, it was a horrible experience to pay so much money and be so uncomfortable in another country. Poor service. The breakfast is terrible, everything was stale and everything was cold, we didn't eat the breakfast for the 3 days.
