The whole staff are really friendly.
The hotel is very well located close to the train station and monuments to visit.
The hotel is very quiet to sleep in,
In the morning a good breakfast from 8 am.

Very good location. Very near to the termini train station. Very close to all transportation means including metro, train, and busses. The small hotel has a small private elevator. It is very narrow but is useful. Keep the password secret. The owner and the lady working there are very friendly and supporting. The furniture needs to be improved. Overall it is good.

Definitely positive experience, good reception, fair price, cleanliness and especially despite the proximity to the station, which is not to be underestimated, in the quiet area day and night.
If I go back to Rome I will definitely.

Well located. Clean. Friendly. Breakfast is very very basic.

My children slept in a triple where they felt a very strong smell of sewage coming from a poorly maintained and poorly ventilated bathroom. In the bathroom of the double that we used my husband and I, toilet broken with continuous noise of flowing water. The owner scolded us for leaving a "Lercio" towel, I had placed the bathroom mat under the sink that leaked! Breakfast was good For the service we received we paid a very high price!

Bad, rooms not clean and dusty, current that jumped continuously, bathrooms with drains not working and not very clean!

Nice hotel for small trips in Rome.

It's like a bad board in Spain, with six rooms. Elevator tiny, regular cleaning by pulling the wrong. Did not change the towels. Room with double bed, is a big mattress on two slatted frames and you nail the central part is higher. In the room with two beds, they are 80. No one at the reception from 8 pm until the morning. The breakfast of laughter. Every night, Monday to Sunday, a nightclub near the portal of entry does not let you sleep by the noise, and ragtag within the portal that gives insecurity. Never return nor recommend it to anyone, and least for the excessive price.

My family and I were guests of Simon and Andrew. It was like staying at the home of old friends! Great location, great availability (they kept our suitcases up to the hour of departure). I recommend it.

An unworthy thing. Dirt, mold, odors, filthy mattress, the shower water running down lukewarm, the blow dryer that looks like that of barbie. The photos speak for themselves. Not to mention the dislike of Miss brunette Lady on the reception. Rather sleep in the station, the treatment is the same, but at least don't spend money. Never again (and in any case an alert at Office hygiene would be right to do).

Rude and arrogant. Rustic rooms one of them with bad smell coming from the bathroom. Very close to Termini. They also rent rooms by the hour.
