Loved this boutique hotel in Rome. Rooms were nice size and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Spanish steps and Fountain. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great quaint hotel, staff is very friendly and and accommodating. Only issue we had was the Wi-Fi was very slow and a bit of a pain other than that the stay was great!

The Residenza Antica Roma hotel is located a couple of blocks away from Via Del Corso, and within a 20 minute walk to most major tourist attractions in Rome, excluding the Vatican (around 45 minutes) and the Castel Sant'Angelo (35 minutes). The Trevi Fountain (5-7 minutes), The Pantheon (7-10 minutes), and Piazza Navona (10-15 minutes) make the hotel location perfectly outside the bustle of the major traffic jams, but convenient enough to not have to rely on public transportation and taxi service. But, the room itself is small, with a shower that can barely hold a single person, and a toilet that requires someone with long legs to sit sideways as your knee will hit the radiator in the bathroom. Spending more time away from the hotel will make it worth the stay.

Antique building covered into a nice hotel with spacious suites (5th floor only) ; worked well for our family of four. Short walk to Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Very close to La Strega, best gelato in all of Rome.

Located in a strategic position in Rome a few steps from Piazza di Spagna The hotel is on the second floor of a building. Very flashy room with tiny bathroom The television channels do not go for the rest OK. For parking wishes to find it.

The hotel is very well located-near the Trevi Fountain (5 min), the Spanish Steps (5-7 min), the Metro Barberini (3min), near the otelkm bus stops-39, 63 AVT to the Vatican 10-15 min, 51, 62-to Piazza Venezia 7-10 Min, and there to the Coliseum 5min walk along the forums.

Book with caution! Location is great because you can walk to the Vatican, Colosseum, and Trevi fountain. However the manager overbooks his 21 rooms. I had to deal with this issue from 1am-4am with my daughter after an international flight. The manager promised to comp one nights stay and complimentary breakfast for the duration of our stay. He did neither. This bed and breakfast is VERY old and the rooms are dated and small.

Nice clean quiet hotel, all the sights within walking distance. Cleaned every day, Porter lovely.

4th floor room didn't have Wi-Fi signal in the room. There are 7 Italian channels in the TV. Furnitures are extremely old and worn. The night front desk guy was nice but that was the only plus point of this 2 nights stay.

Right place ideally located with the means, Red metro line, monuments etc.

Well. Comfortable and well located place.

It was very clean. It had a vintage charm. No real loby to speak of. The breakfast at a near by resturant that was included was great. We went back to that place several times. It needs some updates, but does the job.

It is a nice hotel, very clean, but it's not a Hilton. The showers are not very big, if you are a larger person you may find it difficult to take shower. The best part it's close to everything. Overall it was a good experience.

Great room with comfy beds, nice view, GREAT location and the welcome drink is a nice touch. The breakfast could be improved as it was crackers, jam, and donut with coffee. Receptionist was very helpful also. Extremely close to the Trevi fountain with all the shops and restaurants that it offers. My favorite place to stay in Rome.

Very pleasant experience with this hotel. It is a bit dated however, has lots of charm and is in a great location, very close to the Trevi Fountains and Spanish Steps. The front desk staff were all very courteous and pleasant and eager to assist in any way. The elevator is quite small but this is typical of many European hotels. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going.

Very nice, loved the location. The rooms are a bit small but it's a really lovely place to stay. The pictures do not reflect 100% the space and some maintenance will definitely help. Not expensive nor cheap, love to stay there again.

Great location Not bad but very bad breakfast.

Hotel Place the Great central location well connected and place in historic building! Entrance and lobby small but well laid out! Not having stayed overnight I can't add anything else.

Pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the furnishings and the price considering the location — several hundred meters from Fontana di Trevi. If someone tells you that you can park in front of the hotel to take out your luggage do not trust them, you will be fined no matter what time.

Enzo the concierge did a wonderful job helping me get my mobile phone back — I had left it in a taxi in Bari. He took a personal interest and successfully liaised with the Boston hotel in Bari whose staff, in particular, Pasquale, also contacted the taxi company to get my phone. $122 dollars to get it posted back (UPS) to Malaysia. The room we had was very comfortable though the air con did not work for the whole night. Again, Enzo was as helpful as he could be. So much so that he let us stay in the room during the afternoon as we waited in the 'repaired' air con for our cab to the airport. Breakfast was more than adequate. Enzo deserves more money!

Very pleasant hotel with helpful staff. Good price, and centrally located. Continental breakfast was decent. One small glitch though. Our ride to the airport sent an e-mail to the hotel changing our pickup time, and we never got the message upon arrival. Ended up taking a taxi to the airport. Not a big deal, partially our own fault.

Delightful place and great location everything is just a "tourist" because it is super Central and in a refined setting, very friendly staff and a special appreciation for the owner who really knows how to put the customer at ease as a true gentleman.
Definitely going back and will recommend it to many friends.

Great location at reasonable price.

Stayed there for 3 days last Summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent. Easy access to Metropolitan, easy walk to numerous nearby sites. Breakfast buffet was well worth the price. Always left rested and ready for a full day.

Back in a wintry Stockholm, a bit older and wiser (hopefully) and I must admit a bit tired. On behalf of myself and my entire family I want to thank you all for your hospitality and for making our stay well worth remembering. You served us very well! Magnus 60.

The rooms are pretty nice all carpeted, enviable location and convenient to anywhere in the city to get to on foot or by public transport, the thing that leaves something to be desired and the breakfast coffee button machines just isn't good, the rest shrink if you arrive a little late is just very friendly and helpful staff, good.
