Very favorable location, polite and helpful staff, my room a bit small but in relation to the quality price decidedly affordable.

A very nice hotel, very clean and with the friendliest staff we met, an amazing human quality. Roberto the manager a very attentive person, like the lady who served us breakfast and the hotel assistant. Thank you, our stay in Rome was very good.

Wi-Fi is so slow, single rooms are so small with a dark window without sunlight. The front desk doesnt allow any other guest/ friend entry and will ask you everytime to give room number after you enter the small lobby. A bit too extra.

The location of the hotel and comfort are unbeatable, you are halfway to everything, in fact we walked to all the monuments, and we left night party without feeling insecurity, the room and the bathroom, are the right size, are comfortable but the shower is Chiquitita, no bathtub, at least our room, cleanliness is good, everyday you would see housekeeping, and change of towels… Soaps, toilet paper… The only thing missing bits maintenance (soap dish with loose screws, and toilet cover also with loose screws) is a room without great luxuries, but has a fridge and safe, plus air conditioning, and TV, all right, breakfast, it's a shame not Have the cafes all manual machine, as it has some automatic machine, milk and cappuccino you ask and make them, the juices, is a shame that are not natural, otherwise very correct, the hotel staff very correct, so a good experience and the best your UBI Right next door is a restaurant, which you recommend in the hotel itself, you eat death and prices… normal for Rome;p.

Location, location, location. Rooms are small, yes, but this is Roma and space is at a premium. They are incredibly clean, comfortable pillows and a beautiful breakfast included. Short walks to all the major sites (less than 10 min to most) and the staff has been very helpful. Grazie! For making our last days in Italy amazing!

Hairdryer was like a soft spring breeze. Cold continental breakfast was convenient before heading out for the day. Public space was small with only a few chairs.

The location is very good. It's close to almost everything.
Don't get carried away by the first impression when you see the room. The beds are very comfortable, the pillows included.

This hotel is in the center of Rome. Rooms clean and cossy. The staff is wonderful helpful & help you to enjoy your stay. Would I go again yes I would! 5 star from us.

GOOD HOTEL NEAR FONTANA DE TREVI HOTEL MEMPHIS is very good hotelI in terms of value for money and it's of it's central location. The breakfast room is very small and crowded most of the times. If you are travelling solo and booked a single room I have to say the rooms are very small and dark (The windows don't open)

Nice but small rooms — try to get one with a terrace. Convenient location with good restaurants litterally next door. Stuffy staff with the exception of the gal from Lithuania who is very helpful.

The manager of this establishment treated me as if I were a cockroach entering his establishment. When we were in a pinch, he not only refused to help us — he forbid me to go upstairs to use my friend's computer to sort out the issue. I would NEVER give this hotel my business or my company's business again.
