Horrible. I don't recommend it at all. Very unfavourable value for money. It pays to be half a block from the Colosseum. The facilities are ugly. There's a lot of night noise.

Service of the best large and comfortable room.

Our bath tub leaked and we couldn’t have a friend come up to the room. So it wasn’t the greatest. Above the gay bra can be loud at night.

Romantic rooms with whirlpool and view to the Colosseum. Helpful staff and very familiar environment. Good breakfast, excellent service. Highly recommended.

Room is nice. Bathroom is fantastic. Extremely hard to find parking. Need a Sherpa to bring bags from the car. If there is an elevator I definitely missed it. The poor guy at the front desk shlepped our luggage up to our room before we knew it. He was extremely nice and friendly. The location to the colosseum is unbeatable. Open the window and there it is. It’s an old hotel but the location is great the staff is friendly and the place is clean and well accommodated.

Little gem of a place. Located just a stone's throw from the great colosseum in Rome (you really could throw a stone if you wanted too lol). Bars and some hotels in this street are LGBT orientated and lots of fun. Surprisingly, free parking can be had along this street, right outside the hotel too if you're lucky enough to find a space. Imperial rooms has some rooms with spa baths. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hope to stay again next time we're in Rome.

Superb hotel and staff, excellent location for reasonable price!

Great little hideaway, friendly staff available 24 hours a day. Just across the road from the colloseum! No lift so get used to climbing stairs. Great little 3 star room for the price and location.

Rooms were reasonable. Had a problem with our air conditioning, so we moved room after the first night. Breakfast was a little limited, but nice and fresh. Great friendly and helpful service from the reception staff. Even prepared us a take out breakfast at 5 am! Great location right next to the Roman Forum and Colosseum! Happy stay.

“Your stay next to the Colloseum” Although there's no elevator, when you get upstairs to the room, it's a nice hidden surprise. We got Room 7, which was recently renovated. Classic style, but very new and nice. Large bathroom with Jacuzzi and sparkling clean. Wi-Fi was amazing, because the router was right outside the door, so we had ultra fast speeds and good reception.

I couldn't have hoped for better.
Excellent value for money, friendly staff. Family atmosphere, cosy atmosphere, to be honest we loved it so much.

Worst hotel in Rome. Our Air conditioner broke and they didn't do a thing about it. Our room was inhabitable. No refunds, no help finding another room, nothing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!

I've been recently, I found myself well, sober, clean, friendly. Location, staff extremely helpful and friendly. A special mention for the guy (whose name escapes me) that the 22/10 before 7 with garbo has served breakfast. If I will have occasion to return to Rome, I elect to benchmark.

Last week I was staying there with a friend. Very good rooms, warm care and the privileged area. Prices are comfortable and good breakfast. It is also surrounded by many restaurants, bars and suitable places to have fun. And a just a step away from the Coliseum. Thanks to Domenico and other workers for their excellent service.

Excellent location. Optimum price-quality relationship. Simple and familiar. Noise at night to be drinking area, but have good glazing. Recommended.
