Very nice hotel. The staff are very pleasant and the rooms were exceptionally clean. The rooms are advertised as being sound proof. This definitely isn't the case as we could hear our neighbours doing the deed at 2am.

The hotel is lovely and all staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has newly refurbished rooms just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, we were put there as the hotel was full but can't complain as the room was lovely with free tea and coffee. Very close to the station and lovely little bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room is well worth it's 4 stars close to the train station and tourist spots with access to the tourist buses.

This hotel is very nice. Everything is as expected. A small fridge in the room would have been very beneficial.

Ever had Spaghetti-O's? Good, because they are better than the "fine Italian" food at this awful place. They are also a bigger proportion. The service was also absolutely terrible and the overall experience nearly ruined my entire day if it weren't for touring the Colusseum. DO NOT ENTER THIS RESTAURANT AND DO NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THE POOR EXCUSES FOR WAITERS TRYING TO DRAW YOU IN, because to top it off, they charge a "table charge" without telling you either. This restaraunt is a waste of space with a good view… 0/100 stars.

Great! We celebrated a eighteenth with huge success: waiters always present and attentive, never pushy, great and rich buffet, particular mention to the ability to take apart of gluten-free dishes (they too are of excellent quality and cooked on the spot). Great music, stunning views and superb cocktails have enriched positively welcome experience at all. Congratulations to the staff!

My husband and I in the honeymoon. The third day, everything is wonderful, in the evenings, the illuminated Colosseum and admire, in a Restaurant. So it was meant to be. A plus point was that the menu is available in several languages. Also, the staff was initially very nice and accommodating. Then the Theater went off. I got the wrong Appetizer. Claimed, cleared, and after about 10 minutes the right was there. My husband had finished his Appetizer and had to had to, I mean consumed in the waiting. After a further ten minutes after I had finished my Appetizer, which was overpriced for the amount already powerful, was remembered to us and served us food. It was both the wrong. Again, complained, corrected, and re-served. Then the Filet was overpriced for size and quality and the sauce is ice cold. Then, when the waiter came grinning over to us and asked how good it would be, I felt slow as a victim of "candid camera". We then began to enumerate:the wrong food, cold food… he can handle almost rude to correct our plates this error also, but we said surrender to him, we, the pay now, eat and then go. The risk ordering in this Shop, order a Dessert to us was definitely too high. My conclusion:The ambience is modern, it is clean, the waiters look good and can be charming, but, unfortunately, that's good enough for a Restaurant, not always. The whole Team makes such a unorganized impression to help you would stand up as a guest on the loved ones around them.
