The location was great, but over promised and under delivered. It said bed and breakfast which was a joke as we only received a coffee and croissant which we had to walk down the street to get and was not explained to when we arrived I had to ask one of the other guests about it, it says pool and spa was not explained about that on arrival either, never got to see it as the front guest gent was hardly there, rooms says clean daily was not so, I had to ask, 1 cup for 2 people, very noisy so if u a light sleeper think again! Def should think about the wording as it’s extremely misleading.

Trendy cheap apartments but it's quite a climb to get to them if you don't take the lift.

Terrible service, no housekeeping of the room, uncomfortable mattresses, shower drainage not working properly, TV remote not working, safe broken. Never stay there.

Cheap and clean but you get what you pay for.

We love the place. Very nice location. Clean apt.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and even the bathroom is clean and functional. Only note, the breakfast in the two nights I spent there was never there.

I went there 2 years ago for Valentine's Day. Strategically located a few meters from the Termini station. Room really clean. Very good breakfast.

The hotel is situated in a great location, 10 min walk from Roma Termini train station and 5 min walk from the Metro To the Republic. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are well-kept and clean and with windows that actually insulate well from the noise coming from Via Nazionale. I loved having breakfast on the terrace or go during the day for a reading on the sofa. On request it can be delivered the second card to open the room. Two tips to improve
The breakfast is good purely Italian, but should be improved with bakery products non-industrial such as croissants and cakes. The Wi-Fi is discreet and remains connected only in their own room provided to keep the TV on all the time. It would be to make it Free throughout the Hotel, with a unique password.

Awesome is in the very centre of rome, with the station metro la Republica has a 5-minute walk. Very friendly staff. Super stay.

The staff is very nice. The breakfast is good and typical Italian. The location is great, very central. 10 min to go to the colosseum and fontana di trevi on foot.

Well located, nice staff, room quite large and well furnished, bathroom clean, the breakfast we made on the terrace of the closed, very beautiful and good. Only flaw is the fact that instead of a single mattress with double bed there were two single mattresses.

The service is very good and the rooms small but quite complete, the location is excellent as you are very close to almost all the most important monuments of Rome.

We were in May/2013. It is a hotel that is very well located. From it you can walk to almost all sites that can be visited in Rome. This is also very well connected to both metro as well as buses. Termini station is a step away from the Hotel. The room (412) is very good, it is quite wide and the bathroom is also comfortable. The cleaning is very good. Although it gives a main street, is fairly well sound-proofed. It is worth noting the friendly attitude, and in front of Julia, Rafaella, Sarah … Thank you to all for making our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast offers little variety, but enough. Positive aspects: — Very good situation

Negative aspects: — Low light in the room in the event that you want to read in bed. — The Wifi signal was good at times. Was cut a lot and had low signal strength, is an important issue to improve.
