The rooms were well appointed and ample in size. The location was excellent and within walking distance of many attractions. What I will long remember, however, is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Everyone was delightful. The dinner recommendation for La Pentolaccia a few blocks away was spot on.

Room was decent, more modern than most. Close to the trevi fountain, lots of food places to eat. 5 minutes walk to the train station. All in all decent experience!

I liked it, location, clean and comfortable!

The following is especially recommended: the cleanliness, very nice staff, delicious Breakfast and the Central location.

6 night stay. Good proximity to see every thing.
Our room was facing the road so there is noise of the traffic but we didn’t mind it never bothered us the bed is firm my body thanked me for it we slept soundly. Loved the block out curtains. Very clean, the bathroom for us was the right size and the shower pressure was fantastic. The staff were all lovely and helpful.
Breakfast was very good and had variety.
All in all a great experience.
I did over hear a certain person whining my advice if you want everything to be like home then stay there.
We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Mascagni Luxury Dependance which is located in a building from the 18th century. Great location, everything is within walking distance, the staff is friendly and helpful. It's my favorite hotel in Rome. We definitely recommend it!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff and beautiful rooms… to top it off I was given a bottle of bubbles to celebrate my 30th birthday! Thank you, couldn’t recommend enough!

Well located accommodation, rooms a good size, shower great (unnecessary biddae takes up most of the room in bathroom) and breakfast buffet was very good. Check in and check out slow due to one staff member at front desk. Also you have to leave key at desk each time you come and go which totally clogs the small foyer area throughout the busy times of day. Staff friendly throughout the hotel.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast on the first floor above the lobby area. Great location near Termini train station location. Walking distance to a Subway and many eating places. Several ATMs withn 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Staff speaks good English with Italian accent.

The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is because it isn't "fancy" and they are short on towels and washcloths, and the mattresses are not very soft. However, that being said, the staff is OUTSTANDING, and to me, that is worth everything. They are kind, personable and helpful. Luciano couldn't be nicer at the front desk. The breakfast buffet is fresh, delicious and diverse. We have one of the few balcony rooms, which I cannot recommend highly enough… it makes all the difference.
I would definitely stay here again, centrally located and I repeat, an AWESOME staff!

Good breakfast and that was it. They states the rooms have wall insulation but you can hear everyone. Also they turn the aircon system from 12pm-5am and gets very hot at night, after asking why they told me to open the window and have the pollution and noise from outside.

Very Nice hotel, nice location, great staff, wonderful fresh breakfast served every morning. The only one recommendation for this hotel is to look into the elevator width as it doesn’t fit wider strollers. This wasn’t a major problem for us as we left it in the lobby overnight, and so did another family as well.

This is a fabulous hotel. The rooms are perfect for relaxing before and after your exploration of this magical city. The staff are friendly and will assist you with any inquiries and point you in the right direction. The bar is small but perfect for a drink before dinner. Breakfast is simple but good and plentiful fueling you up for the day. The hotel is in a great location for walking around the city and is close to the metro. Really enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to return.

The service from the hotel and staff has been above and beyond what I expected. Central location for Rome and its sights make it easy to access the metro for the colosseum all the way to Vatican city. Rooms are slightly old fashioned in terms of bathroom and TV, but the location is amazing in partnership with the staff.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Great location and tasty breakfast spread. The hop-on, hop-off bus station is nearby. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had great water pressure. Comfortable beds as well. Be sure to bring a power adapter if you're American.

We stayed there in January 2018 and the hotel was just great, nice and helpful staff, comfy rooms and delicious breakfast. Location is wonderful, few steps from a metro station and Termini Train Station. You should try this hotel when visiting Rome :)

Excellent staff and superior rooms despite being a little reduced and you heard the noise from the hallways, they were decorated with very good taste.

Loved this gem of a hotel at an excellent price! Great location, close to the Termini Station and other means of transportation. Room was very clean and quaint. Loved the large shutter windows. Will definitely stay here again!

The only downside to my taste is the Conchón: very soft a bit incomfortable.

Wonderful hotel, well located. Friendly staff at the reception. There is a safe, minibar and mini-kettle in the room. Everything works, including sockets. In Rome were in winter, in the room was quite warm. But the mattress and the pillow on the bed are the weapon of torture.

The location is fanstatic, service was good and breakfast reasonable. The room is a tad on the smaller side though this is perhaps the standard in europe. Have to bring your own tooth brush and bottled water as it is not provided. Overall an ok stay but a note to those with dust allergy, it is fully carpeted thus maybe a problem.

Just got back — good location close to the main train station. The hotel itself is quite calm and far from the busy picture of staying in a large hotel you get from experience, staff are very friendly and ask for recommendation for a restaurant which turned out to be very good — would definitely just book here again.

This Hotel has beautifully renovated room with small balcony in the city center. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast included and great staff. Easy walk from the Rome Termani Station, and great shops and restaurants near by.

We stayed at the Depedance suites on the fourth floor of an adjoining building. Nice newish rooms, with the room in general, bed and bathroom all stylish and in good condition. The air conditioning worked very well despite 34+ degree weather. Some of the rooms will face a busy street, but the glass is well insulated for traffic noise, and you do then have a small balcony! Only minus was the hallway to the rooms — it has a concrete floor, which is very noisy when other guests walk and talk in the hallway. The hotel should install carpet in the hallway, and see if the door insulation can be improved some.

Beautiful & comfortable, close to everything but far enough away to never feel crowded. Attentive staff and modern amenities makes this a perfect choice for long and brief stays!

Love this little gem of a hotel. If you get a chance to chat with the morning service staff they will tell you about how the original owners converted their home into a hotel. The home being so well made with super thick walls, the owners did little to change it. This being the engineering pride of Rome, preservation not destruction… which is the reason everyone goes to Rome! Breakfast service is excellent served in a cozy dining section of the hotel, expect to receive "Bon journo! " from staff & guests when you step in and make your way around the cozy setting while your cappuccino is served. Refreshments and cocktails are served down in the quaint but again cozy lobby. This is a very classy setup as staff are always in formal attire & they make you feel special. Enjoy a cocktail before you head off on foot, of course, to the abundant eateries on that busy street. And in the morning, head off on foot again or take a quick cab ride to explore the wonders of Rome!

The Hotel is located along the route between Termini Station and the Via Veneto area. A few meters from the Republic is in a great location for those arriving by train to Rome, or must start again. The hotel has quite large rooms, although not really modern. However there are no notes to be addressed to the service and to the cleaning.
The breakfast served is of a good quality and quite varied.
If you can check out a competitive price it could be a great solution for those who are passing through the capital.

This hotel marks the time it has. Close to Termini station with 2 separate entrances (Dependance and hotel). The room is ' in old style, the bathroom passes the old and has water leaks. In my opinion it is only 4 star rating for the location, certainly not for proposal and customer service. Breakfast and basic 3 star structure.

I was traveling with a small group and wanted a hotel versatile, with a class and to meet the expectations of all the components. What I got, if situation, the rooms, the class and the service gave way to the success.

Structure altogether too haphazard, old fixtures and unfit to mitigate traffic noise of road, old type toilets, poor technological equipment, malfunction of the TV. Breakfast poor, with little variety of foods. It lacked even the toaster and bread x toast … Did not live up to 4 star declared.

At that price could be better. The rooms are not too quiet and the breakfast is a bit poor. The only advantage is the location a few steps from piazza della Repubblica.

Stayed in alot of International Hotels around the world, this Hotel in Rome has a nice quaint family business feeling to it. Warm, comfortable and very friendly staff with free very fast in room Wi-Fi 24/7. Very close to all the main attractions in Rome. In fact if you like to walk, I walked to Vatican City, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Colosseum, Pantheon, Ponte Milvio Bridge and many more sites. Also only a few hundred metres from Rome Central Train Station.

We spent a few days in Rome, and the truth that we loved. The Hotel is well located to walk to almost all of the sites and the cleaning and treatment has been pleasant.
It is recommended.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great offering piece from the "madding crowds" surrounding the Trevi and Pantheon areas. The rooms are modern, well appointed and quite. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioner was a welcome relief.

The hotel liked. The location is very good, 1 minute walk to metro Repubblica and many buses to the tourist area. You can go walking to almost anywhere.
The attention of the staff very good. No great breakfast but sufficient, and the rooms very clean and comfortable. Ours was to the back, so it was less noisy than other.
