Convenient for those who do not have special needs of space in the room. Clean and friendly staff. There is no salty breakfast.

A nice hotel with a very good location next to the Termini station at about 150m, warm welcome. To advise for a short stay, small room with very good bedding, very small bathroom, hygiene and cleanliness with a view with balcony on the 6 floor, breakfast minim.

Pretty normal Hotel shooting mediocre. The room that I was assigned I liked because I had a mini balcony with good views otherwise regarding the room the "marriage" beds are single beds together, the sink leaves a lot to be desired, the hyper old dryer that does not dry, the shower tray gives Grima pi Sarlo and the air conditioner does not cool or back. Since they ask for what they ask for per night they could fix a bit the hotel and put it in condition. The "breakfast", you pay more to give you breakfast and only put croissants and yogurt on a tray, 2 types of cereal and a tray of bread… We don't eat that kind of breakfast since we don't like it because we prefer salty. We had to go to breakfast outside, pitiful. Another thing I did not LIKE ANYTHING was that we had to leave the key to the room every time we were leaving and one of the times we left it we commented one thing of the command that we did not find and when we were going up to the room to look… The only thing I liked is the location.

I recommend its location and the price. It is a few meters from the Termini station and it is easy to get there. Otherwise it was not the best our stay there. One night we did not have a good time because the rest hours were not respected, a lot of noise in the hallways, screaming, even an alarm went off. The breakfast was simple and the coffee there were days that came out cold from the machine.

Face for one afternoon, they charged me all day.

The location of the hotel is probably the best thing about it. It's located 2 min walking from Termini (train station), 10min walking distance to colloseum and pallentine Hill and 15 — 20min walking to all other major attractions (excluding Vatican, that is). The hotel is located on 5 and 6 floor of a 6 storey building and there is a 'street market ' just by the entrance — few stalls with chepo merchandise aimed at tourist, you won't be impressed by it as it also seems there is rubbish collection point just in front of the entrance. The rooms itself were pretty small, double room consist of 2 signle beds joined togheter, build in wardrobe and small coffee table with couple of chairs. You won't find anything extra in the rooms but at least they look very clean, same with bathroom, serviced each morning. It is a very basic set up reflecting 2 stars of the hotel. The breakfast is sweet options only : pastry, jam, cerial, toast with jam or honey, and drinks machine with coffee, hot chocolate and juices. If you're not sweet tooth breakfast person go for room only and eat in the city. The staff very friendly and helpful when asked. One of the biggest negative thing for me was that you could smoke on the staircase next to elevator and main reception. The stunk of cigarettes easily travelled to our room which was located an entire corridor away from it.

As a 2 stars hotel is clean, comfortable, staff is very friendly and helpful… very close to termini train station, cheap :what else? The right place if you are visiting Rome and you don't want to spend too much for the room.

To be a two star the property is very well taken care of and the rooms clean, breakfast simple but good, staff always friendly and welcoming. 2 minutes walk from Termini Station allows easy travel throughout the city also on foot, be careful to return after a certain time since the station area is not among the quietest where you can turn.

Located in termini area of Rome is a hotel in a very central area, 2 steps from the station and then from the Metro and a few minutes from the Spanish Steps. All the staff are very friendly and polite, always helpful. The structure is very clean and to have 2 stars, very cared for. Suitable groups seen the many rooms that they can give available.

Very good price Strategic position to turn Rome by all means. Clean and tidy rooms daily. WI FI and Breakfast included.

Good small hotel able to accommodate school groups. Possibility to call the other rooms by typing the room number.

Cheap hotel for the center of Rome

Small room but very nice balcony. Minimal amenities. Staff speaks English. Location is central, 3 minutes to Termini Station. Very bad elevator, really inconvenient!

Where do I start? The showers are ice cold, some of them barely make you wet. The "free breakfast" excists out of 2 sorts of bread, and a small yoghurt. The Wi-Fi is terrible. The rooms are small, we could barely walk. And the staff is rude. Boys got thrown out for using the elevatar with 1 person too much and had to carry 30 bags out of the hotel by themselves.

The room is clean. The location behind the station is not the best, however X move in the center is great both on foot and by the means. Breakfast almost enough however for the price per night which you pay is more than great. Wouldn't stay here again.

Facilities are acceptable, but it is cleaned quite well. Some rooms have more features than others. Breakfast is not the best in the world, but also not terrible, as there is a very nice coffee machine. Over all, I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel agrees and its convenient and comfortable there was no clean.

Very close to Termini station, so the location is great. The hotel was good considering the price range.

For my weekend stay here, it was a home. The charge was money well spent.
