Excellent reception, very nice room, convenient place for all trips, to return surely!

First time in Rome I looked for somewhere close to the station it's 5 minutes walk, the apartment is on 2nd floor with a lift. We arrived early there was no problems getting in the room was ready, we were met by Domenico who was really helpful and gave some pointers about Rome, the room was spotless the room was cleaned every day. When we come back to Rome we will stay here again.

We loved our stay and the communication with Giampiero was without flaws.

It was a wonderful place to spend several days in Rome. Room was very cosy and comfortable and also really big (for such a low price we expected something less good). Also it was very nice that we got the map and nessesary info from the host, about main sightseeings and good places to eat etc.

Comfortable and cheap, close to the center.

Hi! We are a couple that travel a lot around the world. From Hostels to hotels. First of they charge us 100 euros a night Extremely expensive for the value of the bedroom. Location OK! Bedroom had no private bathroom (we booked room with privet bath room). Instead the bathroom is outside in the living room "lobby" 5m2 where everybody in BnB hang out. So you can't be private. You needed to hold yourself to go to the bathroom because there where people outside. Very uncomfortable for everyone there. They are 3 bathroom in the lobby or living room I don't know what to call it with a sticker note writing private The rooms are totally no isolation. You can hear everything from the rooms and toilets. In the morning it felt like everyone was in your room. Breakfast was non existing. Old dry bred with nothing to put on it. No drinking water. Disaster. Only a cheep orange juice and cheep milk for breakfast. Bad pillows, we called them rock of Gibraltar for fun hehehe. Cleanness OK. This B&B is worth maximum 20 euro a night. We stayed for 3 nights If you are a 18 years old that dosent care about nothing. Then it's a place for you! The 5 stars rewiew most be from the owners. Sincerely Rodrigo.

With spacious rooms and adequate staff. Breakfast very satisfactory.

The only flaw in the only room that I have assigned bathroom without bidet, the other I don't know' for the rest, ok you get all the parts.

For breakfast I say only this. We were given two snacks in the bag.

I choose Giampy bed and breakfast for several years is very welcoming, clean and there is Wi-Fi. There is a silence that relaxes you, I feel in the family: a family air.
I recommend it to all the giampy;)
