Great location, just 3 minutes from termini.

Normal to spend a day in Rome.

Admins of hotel don't answer on questions. I had and still have a problem with reservation but they don't even try to help and never text me back!

Great service! The suites are clean and the rooms are big. There is always coffee available and the have a kitchen available. The location is great, you can go walking to the main tourists places in the city, from the Termini and restaurants, bars and shopping places! The receptionist Francesco is very nice and helpful in every situation!

A horror of attention. There was never anyone at the reception. We were also deceived. Of course if we ever go back to Rome I am clear that we will never stay there again. I don't recommend it at all. There are better ones in the area. I'll give you a 0.

Roma Termini is full of dirt, I was sick there was no medical service. The doors of the train closed as I got on. A completely disorganized station.

A comfortable, quiet place, close to Termini and you can walk to any place in Rome.

This place is really in heart of rome next to the Rome Termini Statiton. I liked so much to stay this place.

Fairly close to Termini Station, but not in a great area, rooms are really good and have plenty of toiletries and food/drinks, staff great, although never around, need to call in advance to meet at hotel.

The highlight of this place is that it is cheap, had a private bathroom, and is close to termini. Definitely not more than a room to sleep in each night, but that's all we were looking for on our trip.

A small hotel with the necessary services to spend a good evening with excellent care.

Nice and friendly staff, great service with extras (free Wi-Fi, an espresso machine and a water boiler in the room, tea and coffee refills. ). Great location.

Please don't stay here. It is the worst place you could stay. We had to leave in the middle of the night. When we got to the hotel, one staff member was waiting for us downstairs because there was no signage on the door telling you it was a B&B. Only an address next to the buzzer. They knew our time of arrival because we had to tell them prior to us going. They left promptly when we arrived and stated that they didn't live her. Gave us a number to contact for emergency which went unanswered throughout our short stay. We found some coach-roaches in the bathroom. The shower stall was dirty with grime in the grooves. The water was cold. There was no shower door. It was missing. Found out later on that you had to ask the staff to put the door on for you when you wanted to shower. The air-conditioning unit had a hose that had to be put out the open window. The unit didn't work and was very loud. Even recorded the noise because we thought this couldn't be possible. Our window faced the street with a restaurant and the tram tracks. Very loud all night long. My children couldn't sleep. My husband finally walked around at 1:30 in the morning and found another hotel around the corner. We left. The pictures on the website aren't accurate. We requested a quad room and they put a bunk bed in the double room, leaving no space to even walk around.
