On the other hand our room was next to the front desk… we heard everything … poor insulation … shame.

Dirty hotel — my two stars are only for the location — I honestly think housekeeping was on strike during my four night stay — I am leaving a day early and moving to a different hotel for my last night in Rome as 3 days of no maid service despite repeated attempts of me asking reception to have the room cleaned and the three day old towels to be removed have been ignored. My room was dingy and dark and my view of the building across the road wasn’t the best but I’m not overly bothered about views the single window in my room was very small and didn’t let any light in that mixed with the dark blue paint job in the room made the look and feel very dark and dingy — my theory as to why the dark Blue decoration is that it hides the fact no one cleans.

This is old residents more to hotel then B&B. The room is very nice and clean, bed very comfortable, the interior design of this residence are classic and clean and nice. And location on the city centre. They have free fresh juice for breakfast that you can pick any 3 kind of fruits and it was great. However, the staff here not very friendly. I just didn’t expect this kinda grand residence with kinda unfriendly staff. Worth pay for the room but not the hospitality. overall, this is good place and good room to stay. The the staff not smiling and always pretend busy. As well lack of product knowledge. For example, We’re asking about happy hour but the staff can’t give us complete answer cause he didn’t know about the promotion and free drink etc.

Great experience in this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast Fresh. Beautiful Junior Suite room with little attentions on arrival. Bedding very comfortable but difficult to sleep alas as the street is really too noisy until 3am despite the insulation. Thank you.

Great central location. Easy walking distance for all the main attractions, The Pantheon is only 2 minutes away. Staff were very polite, helpful and gave great advise on restaurants among other things. Rooms were clean and the beds where extremely comfortable. We had the Junior suite which wasn't massive but the jacuzzi bath was a nice touch. A good selection of foods for breakfast which is essential when you're spending the day walking round Rome. They also have a Happy hour in the bar with a free glass of wine to all guests. We didn't think much of it but we decided to show our faces. We were very impressed with the small buffet they had put on along with are free drink! Would highly recommended this place if you're looking somewhere central and slightly different than you standard hotel!

In the centre, exactly next to the Teatro Argentina, with rooms spread over several floors and courteous, helpful and efficient staff. The prices are quite high but booking for time you will find cheap offers.

Great location is the only thing to say. I got bed bugs or fleas here. I contacted Expedia and the hotel but neither did anything to remedy this situation. Very disappointed.

Amazing boutique hotel. We had the best experience. We booked the suite. There was a Jacuzzi, a sauna room and a rain shower inside our suite. Wonderful hotel with spacious rooms and amazing beds. Free happy hour and breakfast. Air conditioning works great and the bathroom is also lovely. This hotel is a great find and a perfect location-much better than other hotels we have stayed at in Italy.

Very well located, nice room very soundproofing features. Hard enough to find the place on the first shot! I recommend to go to the main places of Rome at the walk of the hotel…

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Small, boutique hotel in the heart of the city close to the most famous sites. Excellent, friendly service from staff. Access via main street side doors to two small squares inside, go to the furthest square and then through metal security gates for reception on first floor. Accommodation up to three flights up, very small lift is available.

Boutique Hotel in the center of Rome, its design is very well cared for in detail. Perfect for a romantic stay. Nice staff Great breakfast.

The Hotel is inside a building where there are other hotel facilities but has nothing to envy to the most noble. The staff is really friendly and attentive to the needs of their guests, the rooms are very, very cute, well arranged and furnished; the staff is available to give you all the information you need to organize an excursion off door (happened to me). Good breakfast. Great proximity to the center of Rome, which can be reached on foot (a treat because then you discover corners not much known in town! ).
