A truly fantastic experience staying in this historic building. The staff are first rate and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to the Innocent Suite which was amazing. (The Pope lived here! ) Views are unbeatable and the location central to everything. Stay here once in your life if you can.

My fiance and I stayed here for 4 nights in one of the suites. The room was average for the price. Also, we had a terrible experience with one of the managers who was incredibly rude and aggressive. We would not suggest this hotel to others. You will find better for the same money and receive a higher standard of service and room elsewhere.

Romantic setting, beautiful building amazing views, but the food in the restaurant was disappointing! After waiting for 10 mins for menu, we were recommended the mussels starter which we later saw on the bill at 25eu each plate. Half closed, so we couldnt eat them. No offer of finger bowl, no spoon to enjoy the sauce! After finishing our starters, we were told one of our main courses was not longer available, so we had to choose another. After 10mins we were told that one was not available either. So we ordered again. The waiting staff were very apologetic and tried their best. Happy to spend in high end restaurants, 145 eu (didnt charge for one main) but added potatoes and salad on bill to make up for it) We went to the toilets and no toilet paper. … Then no paper towels to dry your hands! Come on management get your act together! To be honest wouldn't recommend it! Absolute waste of money!

Beautiful and elegant hotel. The breakfasts watching Piazza Navona, without words. Large and comfortable beds. Very large rooms with a small lounge. Impeccable sevice. Perfect location.

Worst breakfast ever. All they have for breakfast are bread and leftover cakes. No choices for people who cannot have desert for breakfast. When we ask for something savory instead, they made us the dish in the last picture. I don’t know what to say. See it for yourself.

Last night in Rome. Hotel was empty. We were given probably the crappiest room. Bathroom wreaked so bad of sewer they have this gross tobacca air freshener trying to cover up the smell. To top it all off we go to shower but no hot water. This hotel was such a let down. Would highly recommend you search for a different hotel. Customer service was pretty bad.

Huge rooms, incredible rooftop bar which is gorgeous at night. Amazing breakfast for Rome. Can't say enough good things! Only downside is the super slow elevator.

My experience was great with amazing views of the city and amazing food. The service never failed me and I'm kind of sad to be leaving it today.

Everything here is absolutely wonderful. I really can't say enough about my experience here. Our family of four stayed for 4 nights. Clean, spacious, and nicely furnished rooms. Delicious breakfast food and coffee. Walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to see. While tourist-trap restaurants are all over the piazza, several excellent choices are within a few hundred feet of the front door. The staff is the best part. Everyone is genuinely friendly and eager to help. Gilbert, our breakfast waiter was amazing — — even preparing some "to go" bags and coffee for us when we had to leave extra early for a tour.

An Outstanding hotel which is spotlessly clean. The most friendly and charming staff who are always happy to help. The hotel is in a central location with easy access to all the main sites of historic Rome. The staff arranged transport to and from the hotel for us for a fee this was super efficient. The breakfast was nice with fresh coffee offered not from a machine. The views are outstanding from the terrace and rooftop. Our room was small but were offered an upgrade for 2 out of the 3 nights that we stayed. Had a great time in a luxurious hotel only downside was the noise at night time that comes from the kitchen area above room 32a. Would definitely stay again but not in this room.

Spacious rooms above the Piazza Novona. Beautiful area. You can eat breakfast overlooking the Four Rivers Fountain and a mere glance looking up into the church dome. Service was good and didn't miss anything. Bed was comfortable and the lively issues didn't get us from sleep. Wi-Fi was weak, but I think that is partially due to this being a historic building. Rates were reasonable. Very pleased with our stay there.

I had the amazing opportunity to visit and spend time and have a luxurious lunch in this incredible place. I am a Roman and I am also an art historian and I could not believe my eyes. From the top terrace I could touch the Dome of the church of Sant' Agnese, I could enjoy the view of my town, the most beautiful view I have ever seen of Rome. 360 degrees panorama only for the lucky visitors.
