Refused to provide a refund after everything went into lockdown and we could not travel to stay there. They offered a voucher through the end of the year, but at this rate travel will not be possible by then either! I would still like a refund please!
Give a full refund due to the virus! Booked a room directly and since I cannot fly in (Cancelled flight) all they are giving is a voucer for a stay. If the room is higher they will not honor a room I will need to pay extra. How crooked can this company be? If I would have booked though a booking site they are required to give a refund!

This hotel behaved horribly with us, I do not advise anyone to stay there — unprofessional approach to the provision of services! We have booked a room in JB Relais hotel (Via Dei Giubbonari 47, 00186, Rome) from Dec 19th till Dec 26th. But due to restriction for Ukrainian tourists to visit Italy from Dec 16th we didn't have an opportunity to use this booking. I have written to the hotel and described the situation, but they have debited the full amount of the booking immediately after receiving my message (including taxes and prepayment! ). After that they didn't answer me, I haven't get a refund (even tourists taxes! )
