We are here for 6th year in a row! Hotel is good and on a nice walking distance from the city centre.

Lobby is clean and open. Staff are very kind. Room and bathroom are extremely clean! In triple bedroom, the third bed is twin size. The double bed is two twin sized beds and they’re kinda close to each other. Free breakfast is great + really good coffee. A short drive from the center of Venice.

It's a great hotel. The interior may be a bit dated, but not for us. Professional staff, spacious enough room, nice bathroom. Breakfast is great, especially tomatoes — the best that were in Italy :)
The only negative is the location, far from the historical center.

The 4 stars vote is the arithmetic mean of different votes. I would give the location 3 stars: even though the hotel's position is not that annoying, it is far 30 minutes from the city centre on foot. I gave 5 stars to the rooms, since they were very clean and tidy and 3 stars to the service since it was very expensive to have breakfast or do the laundry.

There is nothing that makes this place special. At first impression the lobby is very nice but that is where it ends. It needs some maintenance and a makeover. Be advised that yes you can park for free on the street the underutilized parking garage is 10 euro per day. Parking should be free, period. We stayed 2 nights. The price we were charged (even after a requested discount) is more than any online travel service so I recommend don't deal directly if you decide to stay here. Additionally, breakfast is not included free. They offer the rooms without breakfast and at a greater price with breakfast. Breakfast was pretty good including fruit, meats, cheese, croissants, bread, cereal, eggs, bacon, juices and a few other things but not sure its worth the extra price. I had cereal and the milk was warm and tasted like long conservation milk. Our room was clean and comfortable but the walls had scuffs (and so do the hallways) and the curtains were torn. There is only one convenient power plug on the desk and none on the nightstands. There is an in room refrigerator and a safe but the safe is too small to put much more than a passport and billfold in. My laptop would not fit. The TV is TINY! The toilet seat would not stay up, you have to hold it up when standing at the toilet. When sitting down the seat is made for small people. I'm not a big person but larger than average and the seat was, well, just not a good fit.

We had a great time all nice and professional. Excellent cleanliness. Breakfast.

The Hotel was very clean. Well organized. Great breakfast. Nice and friendly staff Especially a Sardinian intern who on his first day of work gave the maximum. If I get back to Verona I will definitely go back.

The staff was very helpful Comfortable rooms and well equipped with every comfort. Close to the centre and easily reachable by coach. Breakfast was very good We stayed in three with our little girl… very comfortable. Hope to go back.

A great hotel with easy bus links to Verona centre. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade as it was a special trip for my Daughter’s 18th, a lovely gesture which was really appreciated! Thank you :-)

Always happy to be here, just everything freshly refurbished, top staff and very good prices for a very high service. One of the few hotels that still implements customer requests and suggestions. Thanks to all the staff. Continue so.

We had a great time! Very clean hotel, the room big enough the bathroom or even! The staff are very friendly! We had a really good time!

The rooms very clean and modern, thanks for that supercalefcacion, with the 2 degrees that had in the street, the bathroom impeccable, qque well that Tubimos not to carry gels and other, something that should have by standard in all hotels, hostels, etc. The staff, Pier Luigi, Nicoleta, and others, very nice and willing to understand, although they spoke some very good Spanish, and others did the impossible to make themselves understood and that the understand, provided us maps, information, on the bus, which to see, as Arrive, and the taxi back to the airport, would definitely repeat, good price, no bad situation, good deal, for romantic findes, and rest at night, after the transfer of visits to the city, very well, even if you bring children. We did not eat at the hotel, but we took a pizza to the room and they did not put us but some, although it is not that we were seen to enter, by the way, the incredibly and cheap pizzeria next to the Lidl. Would return without doubt, the Paseito walking to Verona Center, is easy, from San Zeno, and you can say that are in the city of Verona, good coffee and delicious cruasans in the tiny cafeteria Borsari, Verona, a city that gives art class on the street.

Overall it is a good hotel. But I think it's time to freshen up. The rooms are clean but the furniture is now very dated, which does not allow the impact of freshness typical of modern hotels.
Other thing that didn't satisfy me is the room temperature. The thermostat was not very easy to handle and however it did not heat the room enough.

Hotel just outside the centre of Verona, a bit old in style but all in all nice. International breakfast with a wide choice. The only problem is that there were 26 degrees almost constant in the room even with thermostat set at 20.

Very polite service, clean and comfortable rooms, good beds to sleep, bus stop in front of it to go to the railway station and to the town center, 100 meters by foot to the great Tomasi pastry and 500 meters by foot to the beautiful San Zeno church.

Hotel in Verona near the Basilica of San Zeno and close to the center you can go either on foot or by bus or taxi and it is 5 km from the fair the rooms are spacious and clean.
Breakfast is international and varied and of good quality.

Nice hotel a few steps from the center of Verona, a quarter of an hour walk. Good breakfast and nice staff.

The place is pretty central and clean. Staff is genuinely friendly, but the minibar in the rooms is not satisfactory at all. The piano in the hall opposite the reception desk is a good touch but some keys are not properly tuned.

Hotel in the area close enough to the Basilica of San Zeno. Convenient to public transport. Breakfast buffet both sweet and savory. Nice staff.

Simple and quiet place, it is not in the city center but the connections are very good and it's very close to a lively and local area. San Zeno church and San Zeno square are just 10 minutes walking from the premises.

Good value for money, a bit out of the centre, but well served by public transport.

The hotel is very welcoming and the staff is polite and happy to support you. The location is 20 min of walk far away from the city centre, which let you decide whether to take the bus/taxi or take a walk for reaching the city centre. There is also a very useful garage for the car that can be used also after the check out for visiting the city of Verona without having to use the car.

Pretty good hotel. Not a great location, probably a 30+ minute walk to the main town area. Wifi was really good when it worked, was down half the time we were there. Breakfast was worth the cost to do there.

Not bad, but the staff weren't very helpful. Two examples: On arrival, due to flight time we turned up way before check-in time (2pm) and we were only offered early access costing €30. On asking, we were allowed to leave our luggage while we left to wander about in 31 degrees of heat before we could get in. Had to ask for a map, too. Then, at the end of our stay we were informed of the tourist tax, €2 for each night, and this had to be paid in cash. First we'd heard of it — luckily we hadn't spent all our money! For info, no 11 bus stops outside to take you to l'Arena, but it's a 95 evenings and Sundays. Found most of that out for ourselves.
On the upside, they folded our pyjamas very neatly.

A lovely hotel with good to very good service. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, the prices vary according to the event offer (concerts, Opera, etc. ) in Verona. The hotel is quietly located on a side street, and the city is to walk in 15 minutes. I would like to highlight the ample and well-assorted breakfast buffet.

Strange but true! even today, find a hotel in good condition to 4stars with prices to suit all budgets. The staff friendly, helpful, professional and at the same time is part of their simplicity. The bedrooms stylish and simple (with bar fridge full of drinks and sweets), but cn everything essential, clean that say unable to speak evil, is also perfect in the corner I'd expect quite a bit of dust. Nothing impossible to find. And the bathroom with the shower for 2 very large and spotless and with everything. Well what about deserves to pass your/your night at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, clean, quiet rooms. Most friendly and helpful reception. Excellent breakfast. Reasonably close to city center. Highly recommend it.

When we arrived after a very long night of trying to find a place to stay, the staff member that greeted us did a good job of being courteous. The room that we got was definitely not worth the high fee we paid. The beds felt as hard as blocks of stone. My wife has hip problems and she did not sleep at all due to her being uncomfortable. I don't think I've ever slept on anything much harder than those beds. The morning breakfast wasn't too bad considering the selection of goods available. If you do stay here, go eat at the little restaurant just to the right of the hotel (if you're standing out front looking toward town). It was a great meal and the waiter did a great job. I hope you find a better place to sleep than here.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities of the hotel and our room incl. Bathroom was very nice and appealing. The breakfast was varied and plentiful (different juices, fresh fruit old, scrambled eggs, sausage and cheese, various Cornflaces, cake sweet, etc. ). The walk from the old town is a 20 min. Also not tragic, you have holiday eventually.

I was in Verona at this hotel and I must say that I really enjoyed it, the hotel is only a 20 min walk from the Centre and close has a bit of everything: restaurants, bus stop. The room was large and well maintained, clean and the bathroom also makes an excellent figure.
The staff (like all Veronesi) were very friendly and helpful.
The cons are the CRT television that for a 4 star maybe is a bit outdated and given the sporting event (Roma-Inter) there was no opportunity to see the game talking in the room talking in the lobby, are little things but it can help manage to improve the service. Would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.
