• A surcharge of € 35 applies for arrivals from 20:00 until 23.00. From 23:00 until 00:30, late check-in costs € 50. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:30.
  Please note that on 24, 25, 31 December and 1 January, check-in is only possible until 18:00.

  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

  Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

  A damage deposit of € 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
