I stayed here 3 nights, staff very nice, clean rooms and hearty breakfast for me that I don't have a continental breakfast.
A little far from St. Lucia station, with luggage it was a slit.
Overall really nice.

Great hotel, the location is close to the train station and is walking distance from almost everything, room and facilities are clean and well maintained, good breakfast with many varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful. I booked a family suite.

We were allowed to check in early, which was a god send as we left our cruise ship at 9am with 3 kids. We were a little worried as we walked away from the hotel to our room. But we were absolutely amazed with what we walked into. An apartment, a huge apartment, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area. Amazing experience so far and we’ve only been here a few hours. Thank you!

We had a superior double room (106). Stunning bathroom. The pillows however are very firm and flat. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

We liked everything about this place! The staff was wonderful, everywhere we looked was beautiful and clean. There are breathtaking Murano glass fixtures all over the common areas. Their continental breakfast was very good. They also provided free money exchange. I highly recommend this hotel.

I am here now… Lovely hotel, 5 minutes from San Stae water taxi stop. Around the corner from a lovely secluded piazza, filled with locals and children playing. A wonderful respite from the madness of St. Mark’s Square. The staff is so friendly, the beds are comfy and the enhanced continental breakfast was delicious. Great restaurants and gelato just steps away.

Excellent hotel. Rooms very stylish, clean, and well maintained. Most staff speak exceptionally good English and are very helpful. The hotel provided breakfast has a good selection and was quite tasty. Much appreciated that the hotel staff made us coffee each morning! In fact, on our last day they arranged for us to have breakfast early so we could make our flight. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great location with good proximity to a water bus stop. Very clean and comfortable rooms. And quiet! Breakfast in the morning was also pretty good.

What a amazing hotel. We had the Casanova apartment. We visited many cities but this was the best hotel we stayed in. Great staff. So friendly and kind. From start to finish it was excellent. We just never wanted to leave. If I'm ever in Venice again I will only stay here. You won't be disappointed. Michelle a sweet girl at reception looked after all our needs. A good asset to this hotel.

The room is a bit small. There is very little room between the foot of the bed and the wall which needs to be walked along to reach the bathroom. The bathroom was clean which was nice. Overall, the room had all of the basic essentials, including a fridge. There was a breakfast, but essentially no hot food items unless you paid. Overall, I would say that enjoyed my stay. It was comfortable enough.

Good value for money hotel. Great positive point about the Venetian style of the rooms and the cleanliness and quality of the materials used for the furnishings especially for the bathroom. Staff at the top. And very full and good breakfast.

At first, it was little unclear that we were staying in a completely separate apartment when we booked a room. The apartment itself was very nice and very spacious. It was treated the same as a hotel room where the cleaning service came once a day, but instead of being within the hotel, the apartment exited out on the street. Good experience, but I wish it was a little clearer that the apartment was not located in or around the hotel.

Very nice boutique hotel. 10 min from rialto bridge. Customer service is excellent. They upgraded us to a suite and room was very nice. Breakfast is continental. No hot breakfast.

We were given an apartment, outside the hotel are very nice, the bathroom reformed and large, with kitchen and separate living room, we loved the tranquiludad of the apartments and friendliness of the reception staff, to go to breakfast you had to give a short walk To the hotel but personal mind was no problem, they are like a 15 minute walk to the Rialto Bridge, beautiful Venice to walk around and get to know all their neighborhoods. The breakfast is normal but good, they serve the cafes or whatever you want to take and you notice the quality. Recommended if you don't want to be in all the hustle and bustle of its most touristy streets and a walk from downtown.

The room was clean and nice but I was kind of worried about their Key system, they were still using regular keys to open the doors, and there was no latch on the door either, so I did not really feel safe at night, but it was totally fine since nothing happened to me. LOL The breakfast was pretty decent!

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel and it was really great. The superior double room was very spacious and comfortable. Te staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good too. The neighbourhood is quite and away from the crowd so we found decent choices of restaurants. Nit picky comment: it can be hard to find the hotel; but that is true for 90% hotels in Venice. If you plan to arrive on foot from the station or San Stae (the stop of Alilaguna water bus from the Marco Polo airport), you should get a proper direction for the arrival.

This was our first trip to Italy, aierdukadiweineiziya hotel staff just spoiled us! Antique room comfortable, staff so that we have a great experience. Everyone is helpful and polite, and made us feel very popular in Venice. They serve very good, recommend eating, shopping and entertainment places in Venice. We would come to this hotel again! Great find!

Location is the only drawback. Not so far from the train station but takes quite lots of work if you have a luggage. The rest was GREAT! Nice staff, great breakfast, nice room, and neat bathroom! The heater in the bathroom was so great that I could even dry my wet t-shirt in less than an half hour. The light was quite dark (and red) to read a book though. But not a big problem. Highly recommended:)

We were 2 + 3 February 2014 in this beautiful hotel. The room was super nice a dream + top shot, the staff very nice and always 100% on the guest small breakfast room and very good breakfast fixed,. We were excited by this Hotel… und like to ever come back.

A great little hotel. King room in velvet and lace. Parquet floor, bathroom in marble. Soundproofing seemed fantastic. Staff extremely helpful. Had problems with RUSSIAN passports at the hotel neglected to Rome in the room. Find contacts, called and asked to remove the documents in a safe deposit box. If not wont stop always in different hotels-back here. :)

What a find! A beautifully refurbished old building with luxurious rooms (ours came with deep, sensual red fabric on the walls) and comfortable bed. The staff are very friendly with decent English and can't do enough for you. Breakfast was generous and fresh. The location is just behind the Natural History Museum, so following signd to that through the maze of tiny Venetian streets works well. It's close to 2 waterbus stops (including 1 on the airport service) and very near good restaurants heavily patronised by locals. Could not fault it — we'll definitely stay there again.

Excellent location. Superb treatment, all the time aware that we were well taken care of but without being overwhelming. The staff always with a smile and trying to make the stay pleasant. The hotel is very nice, the rooms spacious and well decorated. Only one aspect to improve, the breakfast, something scarce in terms of variety. Otherwise, perfect and to repeat without a doubt.
