Room a little small, lunch served in the room on the tiny table is very average. Hotel maintenance very well. Near St Mark's Square.

Great location, and close to good food, but I had too many bad experiences to possibly recommend this place. Bathrooms and showers are uncomfortably small, floors are stained, main entry smells of their most recent flood, keyholes are so big that everyone can see into your room, and so cam the neighbors in the rooms across the 3 m of sidewalk outside. Because of the location I could have forgiven all that if the hotel staff hadn't gone through my luggage while I was out and if they hadn't tried to triple charge us with fictitious bills made from a combination of our names, and two other different addresses and credit card numbers. Very strange and uncomfortable. Check your credit card statements after staying here.

What a quaint place to stay we found the door push the buzzer & received a warm welcome. The receptionist was courteous & polite, made an effort to speak English as we did not know Italian. Filled the forms was shown to our room which was very romantic in Venetian style. Had breakfast bought to our room next morning and it was delicious & more then our expectations. Thank you so much for the hospitality would highly recommend.
