It is not my habit to make negative reviews, rather not write anything at all. But when you spend the night in the company of critters that come out from behind the air conditioner and run around on your pillow. (room 110)
and if in the morning you do this to the kid just came out from middle school reception, but the only response that continues to give you is only, "I'm sorry, I can't do anything about it". No! this time I just can not stay silent! Not to mention the fact that from 17e30 of the afternoon need to contact the hotel to notify us that you'd arrived much later, and I respond only after the 21e30 telling you that after the 23e30 if you want to enter you have to call this number. Well. If we put the same amount of time to respond to open, you can also sleep in the car. And the TV with no signal and the phone within, I think fake, because if you try to call to say that you have "unwanted guests" continues to give busy. And when exhausted to reap victims among your unwanted guests, to 2e20 night you decide to go down to reception to complain, you find it closed. No! This time, the negative review I do.

While the hotel did provide a nice stay and good meals, I didn't find the bacon to be good, being a little greasy and the rooms were small which didn't helped with the room I stayed in having three beds.

Can walk to good locations, A/C mostly worked, tiny rooms.

We were assigned a Deluxe room instead of a standard so I can only be satisfied with it. The room is very clean, well furnished and cared for in every detail. The location is convenient to reach by car and directly in the old town, there is an internal parking at the extra cost of 12 euros which I consider a bit excessive. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Good sized bathroom and the restaurant was yummy! Air conditioning could have been better. Wi-fi was good and staff was friendly.

The dinner was terrible. The service was nice and the rooms were clean.

Very comfortable hotel to reach the center of Padua on foot (5 minutes walk). Internally quite manicured also ae the dark carpet (I think Bordeaux) and the dim lights, make it sometimes gloomy. Rooms well maintained to clean, though some furnishings and finishes of old installation begin to miss shots (dented tiles, partially dived limps, not working air conditioners.
Overall however a good hotel with low prices.
The only real sin the breakfast to pay in addition to the cost of 5 euros… I don't recommend it. Really sad.

If I could give negative stars I would. Two words: Bed Bugs, 5 rooms. When we addressed this, they suggested just changing the sheets. We left the hotel at midnight to check into a nice Marriot nearby. (This hotel was assigned to us as part of a tour).

Modern Hotel in a quiet area but very convenient to the old town, reachable on foot in 5/10 minutes.
The staff, from the reception to the breakfast room, single room with bed at the French small but comfortable and clean, bathroom with a spacious shower extremely clean.
Breakfast with a very varied buffet.
It was a pleasant stay and with a very good value for money,
To come back to us surely!

I stayed for work and it is a great hotel, in good location close to main monuments and shops, spotless and equipped with every comfort, young and super courteous staff. Good breakfast.

Located near Prato della Valle, and then in the center of the city, ideal that who needs only a foothold to sleep. Good reception But the structure is dated, the rooms small and poorly lit, there is a closet, impossible to make up in the bathroom with two mini spotlights… Breakfast could be improved in the quality of the products.

We got to hotel at 13.20 and were categorically refused an earlier than 14.00 check in despite asking for help to ease a very sore back. This is the first time I'm experiencing such inhospitable conduct from a hotel.

Cheap and clean. Close to the centre is well served by public transport. It is a 15-minute tram ride from the train station, 2 minutes from Prato della Valle and 5 minutes from the Basilica of St. Anthony. The best as value for money nearby. Breakfast Often frequented by schools for which there is not always place.

Was often here for the last 5 years… After this years experience… never ever again! Staff is rude, inpolite and unfriendly… apart from that it is very dirty… even if you try show the dirt (in this case dogshit) … They Do Not bother… If you have the possibility to find another accomadation in Padua… better stay away from here!

Can't complain, have been upgraded both times I was there. Brand new rooms, cosy and design. Breakfast ok. Apparently very popular with buses/groups.

Mediocre Hotel, with sweet and savory breakfast.
The rooms are a bit gloomy and sloppy, there was no possibility of having an additional blanket over to the sheet. Clean and decent.

Unpretentious Hotel but very well located to visit the city whose historical centre is located 200m. It has a private parking. Very clean.

For the fifth time we return to this hotel. 3 stars you deserve. Strategic position, a stone's throw from Prato della Valle and the Basilica del Santo; The room was very clean and the staff was very nice Moderate prices so much substance and guaranteed result.

Absolutely avoid the breakfast!

Hotel 2 min away from Prato della Valle and 5-10 min walking to the city centre. We booked an economy double room (toilet inside the room) but we didn’t like at all the shower set up. The floor becomes completely wet after every shower (see photo). The hairdryer is very… vintage! The room was very small and incredibly warm. One night happened to have very noisy neighbours (they broke the wood door just playing between them) which took us and the floor awake. The staff didn’t manage the situation so well after a complain calling. They just came to see the situation but nothing changed and we and the floor have been taken awake in the night. Sanitisation of room charged (1€ for day).

No problem encountered contrary to some critics. Internet is free and works without any worries 2, 6 Giga of GPS maps downloaded for a stay in Croatia. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A parking at 10 euros Yes, but when is it elsewhere!. Clean toilets and very hot shower. Room of 3 place quiet and night repairatrice.

I stayed at this hotel with my husband. We were given a room 2m for 3 in the bathroom not C was the shower cubicle but a pseudo shower without even the curtain. Courteous staff but not a good reason to recommend this hotel.

I would describe the hotel as "you get for what you pay". It wasn't fantastic, but it wasn't awful either! My overall experience was fine, the room was clean enough and just as spacious for two people, minibar prices weren't too high, hotel personnel was kind. The best thing about the hotel is the position, I guess: it's really a few steps from the town center, very convenient!

It's the second time I've been there.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Professional and at the same time informal. Great for the area and the price. Easy to reach by car and in two minutes walk you reach Prato della Valle and then continue towards the center.
Only drawback maybe the bathroom. The first time it had a slightly arranged shower, the second time the shower was spectacular, but they sacrificed the bided. Not bad, surely if I had asked I would have changed room without a word.
I recommend it.

WORST hoteL ever, I want to type the curse word for them, but not allowed here. Their attitude is really bad, make u feel is OK seemingly, but actually they won't want to help u, and only care the money, I can't believe the three stars hotel just like this. I won't tell my bad experience again, but I just want to mention people who wants to book, 1. Don't buy the minibar serives, they will stealthily "forgot" to put the drinks in ur room and their reason is because they already one in there. 2. Don't look forward to they have a positive and kindness attitude for u even if u always smile. 3. I book and I regreted for whole day, those things also could be happened on u. I post the front door picture and as u see, u can image the worst smell, like the sewer, just in the front door.

A bad experience. I shared the floor with a large group of students in a field trip, so I endured two consecutive nights of noisy teenagers running around. They should know better than mixing regular guests ans students. In top of that the fire alarm went on (but no fire! ) for five minutes at around 2am each night. Not much sleep for two days.

The hotel was alright, the room was quite small, but the location was perfect, really close to the center in a silent side street. Would recommend for a night stay.

Single Rooms for doubles! Bathroom… forget it. All for 80 Euro per night excluding breakfast. Only good location.

The rooms are simple and small. The bathrooms are way too small. The breakfast does not have many options.

The rooms are a bit small, but there's a mini fridge Wi-Fi and a balcony… Also you can rent a bike for free and go around town. I would probably come back to the hotel if o ever visit again.

3 stars for a 3 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Simple. Central.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Thier staff are nice esp the Indian guy and Aron who helped me a lot. Very professional and great costumer service. The place is nice. I just suggest to fix Thier remote control on thier television. Lol thanks Aron.

The rooms are fairly cozy (small), but it was OK. My initial room only had one open electrical outlet (which was broken) and there was no shower partitioner, the whole bathroom (very small) was the shower. The lady at the front desk was really nice and got me a new room. The new one had three open, working electrical outlets, and the bathroom had fold out walls/partitions for the shower. AC worked great. Breakfast was 5€ at the time, but I didn't have any so can't comment on that. It's about a 20-30 minute walk from the train station, but if you walk straight south, you get to walk past a lot of shops. Tip for English Speaking Guests: Nearly all the TV channels are in Italian, as expected, but a few of them have English audio options (look for an audio button on the remote). So I was able to watch NCIS and Elementary in English (Channel 1 I believe), minus commercials. That probably goes for any hotel, but figured I'd mention it. Overall, very modern looking, and at around 45€ (what I payed for 1 night), it was a pretty good deal, just be prepared for a cozy living space.

Very spacious room for a Queen room, and very affordable! Breakfast sub par, but the entire stay was fantastic.

The hotel's location is great for visiting Padova. The double room I stayed in was modest, especially the bed and the shower, considering the price not among the most competitive. The service has been guaranteed in all its forms, without any lack.

Small rooms but very modern, the breakfast service is good.

The room was very clean. Receptionist was very friendly. The Hotel is placed near the city center and near the airport and is one of the one cheapest hotel near the city center. Unfortunatly the bathroom has the shower box without the shower tray at the bottom. The parking cost 10€ for day and is unattended.

Site in the Center (100mt from prato della valle) the hotel is elegant and clean. The front desk is friendly and helpful. The room, albeit slightly small was equipped with every comfort. Fairly inexpensive in relation to level and place. Recommended.

Not your dream hotel, but close to the airport and is close to the direct bus to Venice. Clean enough.

Hotel carino, quando siamo andati noi era in ristrutturazione così non ci hanno fatto pagare il frigo bar. Stanza tripla, ci hanno chiesto se volevamo I letti singoli (molto bene) e con sorpresa aveva anche il balcone. Colazione molto buona pagata 5, parcheggio pagato 10. Nel complesso molto buono.

Good cleaning. Great central location. Courtesy and hospitality excellent. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Adequate enough value. Minus the surface of the rooms which are, actually, a little small. Ultimately I would especially recommend for short stays.

Quiet location easily accessible by public transport (tram to prato della valle). Comfortable but not huge, equipped with adequate facilities (in my single there was the bidet but the shower was no box). Breakfast at reasonable price (5). Special mention to the staff (Benny and the girls at the front desk were always helpful and friendly). By booking on the net the cost is less than or equal to many bed and breakfast.

Great value, good, friendly service and location. They upgraded us to the largest room in the Hotel (The suite — which was still not that large! ) because the triple room we booked was gone.
