We only went to the spa, nice clean, for the hotel and restaurants and rooms I don't know.

Friendly, clean and clean rooms and comfortable x those who use the spas. Plenty of breakfasts with great choice… the restaurant nn I had a chance to try it :-

3 stars only for the SPA, cozy, clean, new, intimate.
But the hotel itself would deserve a one star for a number of reasons; First of all the double room that was assigned to us had an old and very bad taste; mini shower, bathroom blind, there is to say that we had Chosen this hotel because from the pictures it looked new and Modern… What a!
Definitely to renovate!
Then the breakfast very minimal!

Structure to renew but professional management. Kitchen with few choices but able and appreciable. Business choice of zero km even in the breakfasts.

Rooms are a bit outdated, but I always have a good rest in Santoli. Nice owner, good value for money.

Very good Hotel, close to the centre of Porretta terme, adjacent to the baths with which it is connected internally! The room is spacious and well furnished, with balcony, only the bathroom is a little dated. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent! The service is impeccable.

The photos of the site are obviously an improvement compared to the reality, but the structure in the complex is acceptable. The friendliness of the staff compensates for some of the small gaps, such as lack of the mini bar (which actually is there but is empty in virtue of the sustainability of the hotel; maybe a little bit of water to the fridge off would be nice). Good breakfast with some local products. I would say that the kindness and hospitality of the staff is the real strength of the structure.

We booked through Smartbox for a short weekend. The service offered was very good and without any nasty surprises, the place friendly and very clean, the staff was more than friendly, helpful, nice and very hands on, making us feel really at home! Super Recommended!

Hotel with restaurant with amenities such as solarium and conference room. Romeo and Frank at the restaurant reception top and kitchen cured. Very close to the spa facilities. For those who come to the hotel in the thermal spas it is definitely a recommended.

Great hotel with relaxing facilities, sauna and massages. Equipped with a tunnel that leads directly to the spa. Good service and great food. To go back.

A week ago quiet clean place great dinner and breakfast abundant honest prices direct access to the spa and good the spas.
I've been really good to repeat surely.

I was frankly expecting better from this hotel, which is quite old fashioned and in some cases a bit deteriorated. There is no hot breakfast served in the morning, which is relatively disappointing. The thermal baths are actually close on Sunday but this is not correctly advertised on the hotel website (as far as I've seen) and also the sauna service is actually shut down on Sunday morning too. Overall I had a pleasant stay in but I was expecting better for the price I paid.

Beautiful and elegant hotel. Convenient for those who want to stay and rest in the beautiful Porretta. But also for those who want to organize business meetings. Recommended.

Hotel is quite decadent. A positive part: the restaurant!

A friendly, clean, staff very courteous, a corner being delicious, simple food, homely and genuine: very good! :) The only record to be done is for the little evening entertainment during your stay.

Direct connection to the spa area. Alternatively, simply relax, you can take advantage of the spa or indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi, area small but well-kept and cosy. Everything from the service to the food to furnishings except beds a bit uncomfortable.

We chose instinctively this facility and we were very happy, it's convenient to visit the mountainous area, the nearby Pistoia and not only that, we also made the most of the Spa, clean and welcoming. Important thing is the hospitality of the owners on Saturday evening held a special dinner churning out upon "tigelle" Porrettana tradition. We promised to come back with some friends, we recommend it.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a weekend, spend a pleasant weekend Spa for couples.
The hotel is not near Sasso Marconi motorway exit (for those coming from Bologna), but the potion in the heart of the Apennines is a great plus point of this structure, on the other hand those looking for a relaxing and well-being could not wish for more!
Just about nature and territory, zero mileage cuisine is a real ACE in the hole for this structure, the restaurant Il Bassotto (internal) offers succulent preparations related to local tradition.
Bathing pool and Spa are conveniently accessible, and give moments of regeneration.
