This is the third year that we spend 15 days vacation at this hotel and enjoy the kitchen of Salvatore and his sympathy and Daniela. All you bring to the table is done by them including bread, pastas including gnocchi, cavatelli and several desserts to satisfy everyone and finally you can enjoy a selection of delicious licorice or chocolate liqueur limoncello or I'm crazy. We ate a rabbit great but also not to mention the caponata roast Sage or fiorentina or porchetta. And what about the strascinati with tomato and ricotta? A pleasure! Or noodles with porcini mushroom sauce? And the bolognese cutlet? Basta! I'm only 17 and I've already got hungry! :-)

Kindness in welcoming and customer care. Generous portions: Council to order taken away, as consumed. What advances may be well wrapped and taken away. Very good cuisine and homemade desserts. Some à la carte Sicilian wines are proposed to exorbitant figures, but you can choose a cheap variants. Nearly everything proposed is homemade. Offer their appetizer and several liqueurs/infusions at the end. Value for money is very good. Attention, do not do half portions for children. Doesn't stay around the corner, but if you go around and around Porreta, better go there to eat.

The courtesy and friendliness of the owners is proportional to the goodness and plenty of food! In the cosy and welcoming, the fireplace in the small lounge offers a pleasant feeling of warmth. In anticipation of the dishes chosen by us, we were greeted with a starter of mortadella and sundried tomatoes with olive oil and capers, very yummy. Tagliatelle with meat sauce were very good and abundant, to the point that we got barely finish the second course, consisting of a pork loin cooked to perfection (with probe) and a grilled sausage. Vegetables (in season) really good grilled. Before you ask for the Bill the chef made us offered a selection of homemade cakes (divine) and a host of spirits produced very good (very good that licorice). Red wine (a good nero d'Avola bottled at source) accompanied the meal, along with homemade bread soft and fragrant. To close the coffee served with mocha. Our only regret was not being able to finish all the food because really abundant. 35 euros per person, represent a great value (and quantity) /prezzo.
