I have been going for years to this hotel in the center of porretta xche I always feel good. Great location downtown, nice and clean rooms, good food and nice spa. Top thermal pool.

The room very large also the spacious bathroom. Very good.

We stayed in the hotel for one night.
The property is practically located in the center of the village with a great view from the solarium.
The spas are equipped with a heated pool with various whirlpools, vascular path, biosauna, hammam and sauna. All very nice, relaxing and clean.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Rich continental breakfast for all tastes.
Unfortunately we didn't get to dine in the restaurant.

Cleanliness, friendliness and education, from everyone, from the manager, to all the hotel staff.
An impressive period structure, completely renovated, in the center, once inside the most contemporary modernity. A beautiful spa with thermal water, hydromassages, cervical waterfall, Kneipp path, sauna, Hammam, treatment and massage area, and on the seventh floor, in front of a 360-degree view of the town of Porretta, a hot tub iacuzzi with hot water.
The restaurant, what to say, fantastic, modern cuisine, refined, fresh raw materials.
The hotel also has a private garage a short distance away.
Nb. The Helvetia, is the only hotel to have the thermal waters inside.

Fresh fresh Review, I was There on the weekend of June 2, I have to say beautiful place, are practically a spa inside a very scenic hotel with a large staircase that from the terrace descends to the entrance in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is included while lunch and dinner no, and if you stop to eat you have to book because it is usually full, it will be because you eat well. The thermal baths are on the first floor, a large thermal swimming-pool, with saunas, Turkish bath and wellness path.
There is also a spacious terrace with deckchairs to be able to sunbathe and a jacuzzi. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. The Village is within walking distance with locals where you can also eat.
Overall I would say all very positive.

Comfortable and welcoming. Was there before the season so a little maintenance was needed in the spa/thermal pool area, but still very nice. Masseuse was wonderful!

Inner Wellness Center that marries the concept of relaxation. Excellent location five minutes from railway station.

A small jewel that embellishes the anonymous village of the town of Parsons. Friendly staff, impeccable rooms and plentiful breakfasts. The SPA is the flagship.
The only drawback is that there is no parking inside.

Very central Hotel, well cared for the smallest details, I didn't personally stay in the rooms but I could use the spa and fitness service.
A very specialized centre, really nice and comfortable, sauna services, pre sauna, Turkish bath, cardiovascular water and idromassagiata swimming pool, all very well cared for, beautiful to see and practical.
There is the possibility of professional therapeutic massages and to take advantage of a small well equipped gym.
The cost of the stay is slightly expensive but with so well structured services it goes into the background.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights choosing a package with access to the spa and a couple massage a day. I broke a little boxes for mail to ask about the package, they were kind and cooperative, but I realized that many variants of their packages are not allowed. In the end I booked through the site spending a hundred euros less! The hotel is housed in a well-kept building, 100 metres from the train station. We start from the room, right size, nice bathroom with big shower, unfortunately our smelled slightly of smoke and when we did this we were advised to let us change rooms. Unfortunately the disgusting people there is always and does not depend on the hotels. Another small neo of the room was the temperature, despite the thermostat at 22 degrees, it was felt cold during the night, instead in the bathroom the heated towel rail was also only regolandolo at least to 1. The hotel also has a small gym with all technogym equipment, a bar on the mezzanine floor and a huge lounge for events. Accessible from the living room there is a small and intimate room, the TV room, with a fireplace. The spa is pretty big and consists of a beauty area, with several single rooms where to make the treatments and a great for couples massages. The workers are very hand-held and professional, I found the massage included in the package, Swedish classic "Well done, delicate if we want, but relaxing.

The hotel is located in the center of Porretta Terme, then easily reachable. Great service, courtesy and helpful. We spent a day in the spa, everything was wonderful, from the pool with Jacuzzi, passing through the saunas and ending with the Turkish bath. Absolutely to recommend.

Located in the center of the city of town, beautiful hotel, beautiful furnishings. The Triple room (two adults and one little girl) was actually a double adapted, so a little narrowed the space. For making us wait for the preparation of the third bed we were offered the entrance to the SPA, beautiful pool and space used. On the roof of the hotel terrace with Ibe and view on the very enjoyable.

I attend the pool weekly. Friendly place where you can have vascular tubs, sauna steam room and Jacuzzi, relaxation of course … I've never slept in the hotel but I saw the rooms which are also comfortable though not very large, but with all the comforts …

I was there for a morning of pool (hot tub), vascular course, sauna, bio-sauna and hammam, all services provided.
Particularly in swimming pool water and herbal teas can be of different types.
At the entrance we provide towel and bathrobe.
All really well done, staff super knowledgeable, friendly just as you'd expect from high quality hotel.

Stay at end March 2016, offer stay Spa for couples. Room comfortable and especially as always spotless. Spa slightly busy on Easter Monday, pleasantly intimate towards evening. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we enjoyed the delicacies of chef villiam, gourmet dishes combined with portions of Emilia! By praising the late check out combined with spa package; make use of the room until 19 allows you to enjoy the spa with complete peace of mind even on the day of departure.
