Wonderful but unlike last time, it will be due to the post Covid circumstance our relaxing stay was a bit disappointing for many reasons, x the onerous price x a room where it was difficult to turn around, shower malfunctioning, let's say everything fixed at the last moment with disappointing details on the property.
Friendly reception as well as all the staff, minus the lady, always indisposed and hostile.
Sin on breakfast only on the times that allow the first service at 8:30, finally all hotels regardless of the allocated stars allow the use of the pool in the morning until 12, in this place you owe an extra 15 euros per person, therefore.
Better last year.

What an amazing place and so close to Lecce. It is a paradise, very good food, very nice interior with a Marrakech touch and such friendly people. Definitely a place to come back.

An oase of peace and tranquility. A corner of Morocco in beautiful Puglia. Lovely hotel run impeccably. All the staff are very nice and always ready to make your stay a unique experience. The staff of the spa is very prepared. I've done some of the best massages of my life. The pool is lovely, the restaurant offers really good tasty dishes. It's the second year I've come here and it won't be my last. I recommend it 100%!

We came here for a day at the pool and absolutely recommend it! The area is calm, the pool is shallow, so rather for dipping and relaxing. There is a jacuzzi, bar and a restaurant. The price is 15 eur per adult with included pool access, sunbeds, umbrella and a little table. The setting makes you feel in Marrakech!

Moroccan oasis in southern Italy led with lots of attention to detail and a lovely host. Beautiful architecture and exclusive truly Moroccan interior design. The food was fantastic, and a rarity in Italy: lighting and level of the music were just on point. We only came to visit the restaurant in the evening, but will definitely be back for more!

Requires a global renovation. The rooms are very comfortable. Anecdotal SPA and decentralized location. Expensive for what it is… but nice staff and breakfast OK.

We spent here a Weekend. All very nice, we had the suite with Spa. The masseuse was very professional and sweet. The negative: restaurant
2 steps from Lecce, we expected fresh fish and nn-frozen. We then ordered meat. We asked the waiter, who unfortunately has confirmed that nn were fresh. We found a spring in the dough, but they are things that can happen. I think that the structure is able to overcome the 5-star hotel, but they must, absolutely, change the management of the restaurant. Apart from qst I would recommend this property.

A unique environment considering that it is located in Lecce… very unusual. You have to visit it, a review will never even give you an idea of the atmosphere. In my opinion, some prices are quite high but all in all acceptable if you are on vacation. Location anyway that deserves a lot.

A fantastic place that is a highlight in Lecce, Italy for me. Best food, the spa is great and a nice touch of Italian class for an Australian tourist. The staff are great and attentive and speak English, Italian and French. The cocktails by the tropical resort pool are a dream. Thankyou for the great experience.

A thousand-and-one-night place, very friendly staff and top holders… all in Moroccan style with intoxicating scents and musical backgrounds. To be tried at least once in a lifetime, as a mystical experience! Emt.

How to live a fairytale from one thousand and one nights in Puglia.

This hotel probably was designed with great intentions however there are various functional, quality and service issues. The bathroom is very dark and puddles of water form around the sink and on the floor because of drainage problems. The bathroom shower is very old and spills water all over the place. All our clothes that we put in the closet smelled very bad after two days of stay. We were bitten by bugs during our sleep. The Wi-Fi worked on and off and had poor reception… from the rooms. The breakfast buffet was poor with limited selection, and what was offered was high calorie pastries. The smoke from the fire lit in the courtyard at nights spread all around and the smell went even in the rooms through the AC. Good location, good overall facility, but poorly managed and maintained.

The staff are really friendly and sociable, I was very good and definitely return ASAP:-D.
