➜ Despite my booking for 18 and 19/05/2018 I showed up at 15 o'clock. 00 as per telephone agreements on date 05/05/2018 the room was not available and I was forced to look for another one.
➜ I would like to leave a positive comment for this property. I booked wrongly and precipitately on booking 5 nights not realizing that it was not ' free cancellation '. Mr. Fabio was sympathetic, and he didn't train me for the cancellation fee. Professionalism and friendliness. Thank you.
