Lumayan luas kamarnya, sprei agak kurang bersih. Sandal mestinya dikasih 2. Makanan standard trs banyak yg habis, wajar karena sudah jam 9 lewat saya datangnya. Petugas sangat ramah, bahkan diingetin klo kita belum sarapan. Kunci kamarnya agak susah kebuka ya, sensor kartunya udah ga bagus kali mungkin. Secara keseluruhan oke lah, ga terlalu mengecewakan.

Nice, clean, wide, good food, helpful staff. And this hotel located 1 minute walk to MCD jababeka. Its very strategic and helpful. It's also easy to get public transportation.

Good service for a cheap price. Staffs are helpful. Not so much variety on the breakfast. When we're in the room, we can hear noises from outside.

The best budget I've ever stayed in Cikarang. Lokasinya juga ga jauh2 banget dari pintu tol. Frontline-nya ramah dan sigap. Proses check in ga pake lama pula. Plus ditambah dgn aplikasi Archipelago Membership yg bikin gampang untuk reservasi. Udah mah murah, ada tambahan diskon pula dari aplikasinya. Tolong dipertahankan kinerja dan kebersihannya.

Best View, Best Strategic location and Best for room.

Location wise is good but the property not live up to my expectation. There's roaches in the bathroom not so clean room. There's better option.

Clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy as I was on business trip… so I didnt spend a lot of time in the room. All I need was a clean and comfy bed, hot shower and clean towel.

Suitable for business traveler. one of front office staff is not friendly. When I request her to print 2 invoice bcoz I have 2 separate booking to extend 1 more night, she only gave me 1 invoice. Then when I request her to print another invoice, another staff explained to me that the invoice I am requesting is expired, instead of print it. Finally, I receive the invoice. I think front office staff no need to explain about it. Please improve the staff attitude. Parking Entrance in basement is too small, and at night, there is no lamp around parking entrance so we must be really really careful to ensure our car did not touch the walls in parking entrance. Security needs to help all car which will enter the basement parking day and night.

Just next to mcd so very good location Quite cheap price.

Could be a nice place to stay. Need a lot of work on maintenance and keep the hotel clean. Friendly staff. Though lack of breakfast variety and F&B menu need a lot of touch too. Internet connection not stable, sometimes good some other time no internet connection, although the Wi-Fi signal still ok.

The hotel is clean.
The staff is nice.
The place is comfortable.
The food is delicious.
But for the parking car is too small, maybe Fave hotel must give a comfortable parking and give for the child swim pool
So far so good.

My opinion Positive : Cheap, strategic place, has parking lot, bersih, tasty breakfast, friendly staff, has hot water dispenser in every floor Need improvement : Please add more type of food while breakfast, for basement parking I think it is very narrow.

Good hotel, the bathroom is just okay though.

They have very limited and narrow parking lot, and un-adequate roon AC.

The taste of breakfast close enough but the varianf of food must be improve.

If only they provide welcome drink and change the lamp to a brighter lamp (don't like yellow-ish lamp in room)

This is my first time for staying in Fave Hotel Jababeka. As member of Archipelago I prefer choose to stay in their Hotel Group better than other hotels surround. I can get more benefits as a member that's why I choose to stay there. Unfortunately, all I expected before from this hotel was gone. First, the from the FO desk a woman name's Ms. Octarina welcome me and ask for my reservation. Then I give my ID Card to her and she arrange my reservation. I asked her for my request about room upgraded (as I know that's one of my benefits while stay in Archipelago Hotels Group), then she said ALL of the rooms I request to be upgraded was full until July 14th. She also said, it's upon availability. (Yes, I understood Mam. ) Then I asked her to give me a little complement for me because of the room upgraded not available, I request her to give me breakfast for 1 person tomorrow morning. She REJECTED me again with her reason there's no RULES in the membership agreement. Bla. Bla. Bla… (I don't remember what she told later. ) And finally I only request for late check out tomorrow on 3 PM, and again. She REJECTED my request with so arrogantly and said "I'm the Manager here. All of that was depend on availability… bla. Bla. Bla. And our hotels was so full occupancy. I can only keep your request but don't know can approve it or NOT. " Fuuiiihhh… in my mind I feel so angry. But I keep stay cool and just thought.

This hotel located strategically in Jababeka Industrial Zone. The room and bathroom was clean, love the bed, but the variety of the breakfast menu is not much, need improvement.

Nice and quiet, very welcoming staff. Rooms are clean and confortable, the Wi-Fi connection is good.

Kamarnya kecil Tapi standar hotel cikarang memnag seperti ini. Lumayan dekat dengan komplek industri jababeka. Letaknya persis disamping mcD.

Pros:

3. Good location … Cons:
1. Wrong room given by the reception. The room was bar-latched from the inside.
2. Turned out there was a hotel staff staying in that room.
3. No double bed is available for superior room.
4. Access to parking is too narrow even for a small car. Parking space is very limited.
5. Mosquitoes inside the hotel room.
6. Floor design in the bathroom is completely slanted to the wrong side, which makes the grey water piled up on one side instead of going into the water-hole.
7. Dust inside the room, noticeable above the door latch.
