The room is clean and comfortable as well as other facilities such as the pool and gym. Though it's lebaran break, the situation and staff is still friendly and welcoming. The food is plentiful and tasty.

A nice place to stay with the best breakfast selection in the area. Western cuisine however is very Asianised, not something you should do to Chilli con carne or Ghoulash Soup which tasted like sweet and sour. Staff are very friendly. Beds are on the soft side. I'd stay there again.

It used to be a good hotel, not now. Since they changed the manager several years ago was plummeting. He has a lot of competition nearby. There's no professionalism.

Sesuai dengan rating dari trip advisor. Hotel ini layak mendapatkan bintang yg sesuai dengan pelayanannya. Mereka memiliki fasilitas whirlpool, sauna serta gym yg kami bisa gunakan sebagai pengunjung di hotel tersebut. Tidak hanya itu saja, pihak hotel menyediakan kolam renang untuk anak2 dan untuk orang dewasa, sayangnya kadar kaporit untuk kolam renang anak cukup tinggi dibandingkan yang dewasa. Terbukti sewaktu saya menemani adik saya yang masih berusia 4 tahun untuk mandi di situ, airnya lebih terasa kaporit dibandingkan sewaktu saya berenang di kolam untuk dewasa. Sewaktu keluarga kami menginap di sana, mereka memberikan kamar yg dimana kamarnya untuk orang yg merokok, padahal dari sejak awal booking bahkan waktu cek in pun berulang kali, bapak saya memastikan untuk kamar for no smoking. Waktu itu Bapak saya merasa DITIPU, karena pihak hotel tidak menjelaskan apapun ke Bapak saya yang sudah menanyakan berulang kali waktu itu, sehingga mereka tersiksa dengan asap rokoknya meskipun pihak hotel memberikan aromaterapi di ruangan yang TIDAK BERFUNGSI SAMA SEKALI. Belakangan kami tahu bahwa lantai tempat kami menginap dikhususkan bagi orang perokok, padahal keluarga minta KAMAR YANG BEBAS ASAP ROKOK, justru diberi LANTAI yang SELURUH KAMAR PENUH ASAP ROKOK. Tapi terlepas dari itu, pihak hotel telah menyampaikan permohonan maafnya sesuai dengan kompensasi yang di ajukan oleh Bapak saya.

Dari awal kami Sekeluarga telah ditipu waktu check in, padahal sudah minta kamar 'no smoking' malah ditaruh di lantai 11 yg smoking semua (waktu Check-In saya dg anak saya berumur 4 tahun). Alhasil kamar kami yg ber-connecting door berbau rokok. Diberi solusi sumpal handuk di pintu dan aroma terapi yg apinya juga segera mati. Mohon diperhatikan, kami ga diberi pilihan pindah ke lantai lain dg alasan semua kamar penuh. Itu bukan alasan yg tepat utk hotel sekelas Grand Zuri. Jujur kami tidak akan kembali apalagi recomend ke orang lain. Kecuali Grand Zuri beri kompensasi utk kami. Terima kasih.

The hotel was clean, have a nice ambience, good service, semi infinity pool large parking lot. And the price was so affordable. They have many variety of breakfast buffet but unfortunately some food tasted nothing special. It should be improved. They have a nice Chocolate croissant.

It will be Very Good if the Piano in the hotel can be played, off-course with strict permission. And in the bathroom, specially for toilet, please attach the jet-washer separated, by the right hand handle (some people not yet familiarly). Thank you.

I had bad experience with Gran Zuri Jababeka. Air Conditioner is not cool in my room, there is no towel at swimming pool area so we have to take/bring it from our room, its different with other hotel who provide towel at swimming pool area. There is no Air Conditioner in corridor so it's very hot. We will never come back again to this hotel.

I'm just see from street, this hotel is good.

The rooms are very good. Wide and comfortable. I'll. The large shower. Very interesting: I'll ceramic floor and no carpeting. The only Mange. As regards the attentative. Poor both on the road side parking. I'll restaurant is ok with buffet and a la carte. I'll services is great and very friendly. Great girls. Friendly ojk pool sauna ok ok gym massage. For me. Used in vietnam a little sparse. All in all a hotel to recommend. I lived there for three months.
