This is the place where you can enjoy every moment. It's incredibly beautiful and romantic! The hotel staff is special, professional, hospitable, client-oriented, friendly and always happy to help in any matter. With great pleasure I spend my time here.

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Amazing breakfasts. The villa is amazing and the pool of this one is bigger than other hotels where we stayed. It has shuttle service to the hotel's private beach area (1-2 minutes) as well as to Bali Collection (restaurant area designed for tourists without any appeal) and the area of Nusa Dua Pueblo (Mengiat Street, next to the hotel, with local shops and some Good value restaurants from the hotel lobby provide everything.

If you are looking for a romantic place and privacy, then this is the right choice! Impeccable service, courteous staff, delicious breakfasts and unmatched cocktails in the bar! We highly recommend this hotel and will soon return! Thank you for the wonderful days!

This place was amazing. Staff was incredible, room was gorgeous, totally made the trip to Bali.

Nicely presented open plan villas. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to the suite. The stairs from the bathroom directly into the pool are amazing. Completely private. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable.

Probably one of the best hotels in which I had to stop. This hotel has a special and unforgettable atmosphere! The staff is courteous, attentive and bewitches with their smiles. We visited The Balé with friends who had not been to Bali before so we hoped for the perfect holiday. Thanks to Madlen and 'The Balé family' we were not disappointed. From the comlimentary collection and early check-in to our last moments at the hotel, the staff ensured our comfort and enjoyment. Our thanks go to Riska, Wawan the rest of the waiting and kitchen staff, June and her colleagues on reception and all the maintenance and gardening staff for making our holiday so perfect. 6 Stars.

Strayed in the large villas. Great service, nice and clean. But however it needs a overhaul since the age starts to show. Update furniture, gym towels etc.

Fantastic setting, tranquil but not sleepy, great location in Nusa Dua next to Mulia and St. Regis but way more private. Very relaxing, friendly staff and all you need for a blissful holiday.
