The Mulia class themselves as world luxury hotel n villa. It is a 5 star hotel n villa that do not have/or keep: 1) Hotel guests confidentiality and privacy 2) Professionalism and ethics in hospitality 3) Code of conduct of their staff On my 2nd day of stay, I had an unpleasant awkward incident with the housekeeper in the room. Instead of helping their hotel guest to keep it low profile, The Mulia manager told butler and their staff about my unpleasant encounter. To make the matter worst, the butler mentioned the incident in the lobby and hotel guests and staff were around. The butler even mentioned the incident in public to my friend and mistaken my friend as me! It was the most humiliating and embarrassing moment in my life. Spoke to Office manger Mr Claudio Togo. He wasn't sound sincere and apologetic about it. The matter couldn't be escalated to their higher management as he says he is the highest rank and one man show to handle everything. What a pathetic 5 star hotel that has zero CRM skills. I believe they will just swept my complaint under the carpet. Don't waste your time and money in The Mulia. Not worth a penny. There are many classy and beautiful hotels in Bali that has better Professionalism and ethics in hospitality + higher level of confidentiality and privacy to their hotel guests.
