Breakfast is amazing! The pool is always clean and has a lifeguard looking over everyone. There are plenty of toys for the children to play with. There is also a great childcare centre if needed. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The grounds and the buildings are very well kept.

I got bali belly bug there from bar next to the pool. All folt by staff members who didn't understand english really well and what it meant NO ICE PLEASE. I never went to Bali again.

We enjoyed our 10 night stay in august at Nusa Dua Bali. Spacious and quiet room with separate bedroom for us and the kids! Breakfast was ok, dinner really nice options. Shuttlebus to the beach and shopping center is free and goes very often!
Points of improvement are:
— better shower regulator, it took a while to get the temperature right
— gym classes like zumba didn’t happen when there were not enough people, such a shame
— more things to do for adults not just the kids (club) maybe gamenight?
— icecream price is high 68000 for an Oreo icecream at the pool, why? Everywhere else we paid 35000 max
— taxi staff at the entrance were so friendly but the reception desk staff really wasn’t, for our 10 day stay, none of them greeted us while coming or going which was pretty unusual.

we love this place, very family friendly, large suites, rooms are lovely and clean, romantic breakfast at the beach. So lovely I will definitely comming back to this resort and recommend it to others. … and now we stayed 5D4N at apartemen 1 bedroom with sofa bed very recommend.

We had a shocking experience at the hotel and the staff were courteous and caring.

The grounds and gardens are well looked after and the staff are polite and helpfull 5 star resort and the rooms are a dream well were the vist.

Beautiful spot in a little bit of paradise. Spacious luxurious apartments amongst a very well maintained tropical garden. Huge swimming pools in marvellous settings. Great restaurants and exceptional staff. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and didn’t want to leave. With a daily shuttle buses to and from Bali Collection (a huge shopping mall in Nusa Dua spread over 8 hectares. Also a daily shuttle to the Beach Club. Lots of good restaurants near by. Highly recommend this resort.

We got a Scoopon and just returned from a stay here in a one bedroom suite, spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children (4 years and 7 years old). No complaints — beautifully maintained hotel, awesome pool and kids club, delicious buffet breakfast daily, helpful and friendly staff.

We stayed at Novotel Nusa Dua Bali in 2015 and loved it so much we came back. The rooms are huge, modern and clean and the team very friendly. You always get a smile and a welcome. Nothing seems a bother. We did find the evening meals and choice of cocktails not as good as last time so decided to eat at Bali Collection a couple of nights instead. A BBQ five nights a week is a bit much though and my favourite cocktail from last time, a white chocolate mocha was not to be seen. Having said that I do understand the need to keep the prices down and it won’t stop us returning, in fact, we are trying to encourage some friends to join us next time. Wi-fi is also free.

Very nice hotel, the staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are clean, shampoos, dental cans, etc. Are updated every day. If you leave a tip, the towels change every day, if not, then every other day. Breakfasts are great. To the beach 5 minutes walk, as there are many cafes right in the territory of nusa dua, prices are normal.

This wonderful hotel took us for a week, the staff were well trained and very responsive, the tiniest problems were solved instantly. A large, varied breakfast that takes into account a large number of different nationalities. Spacious room, 95m2 with maximum amenities (even a board with the default iron, fridge with ice, TV in every room. Appointment and you have no chance of being disappointed.

Great hotel, have been visiting it many times in the past years. Love the food in the Pause cafe, pastries are really good! Facilities are well maintained as well, pool area is big and shady in some part, making it perfect for all day swimming. Beach area has to be accessed by hotel's own transport, but good view and the water is quite calm.

I thought this hotel is one of the best hotel around here, but this hotel prove me wrong. Can not be flush toilet, and it repeat for 5 times. Too salty breakfast. Monotone breakfast. Oh God… But still enjoy the scenery.

This is a high class resort and the staff are very professional. Only being able to speak English is ok as the staff can accommodate for that. The rooms are spacious and any issues are resolved instantly by the concierge services. There is a large pool with activities. This resort also has an area for children. The entire resort is very family friendly. A shuttle service is offered hourly to the beach and the nearby shipping centre. The staff are more than willing to help with any needs you may have. It is a great place to unwind and relax.

Stayed in a one bedroom apartment with family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staffs are very helpful and room service is just top notch. Room was clean and furnished adequately for our family. The pool is huge and has several shallow areas for the little kids. Plenty of room in the resort to hang out with various activities for guests running almost all day. The free kids club is handy and the carers there are very good as well, keeping the kids happy with various activities. Nannies are available for infants with reasonable price. Free shuttle to the their private beach (5-10 mins away) runs frequently and the beach is absolutely clean and superb with a beach club there. Buffet breakfast was tasty with quite a good number of items however I thought they could change the varieties a bit more. Was not a big issue for us really. A free shuttle is available frequently to Bali Collection; a huge varieties of restaurants and shops are there you keep you busy for hours. We would recommend Novotel Bali Nusa Dua and would be happy to be a returning customer.

Rooms are lovely and clean thanks to the cleaners. Gardeners do an amazing job and the gardens are well maintained and pretty. I had a big room with a big bathroom, big and cosy bed, and a beautiful spacing veranda, just what I expected. Rooms cleaned everyday, fresh towels, and staff very friendly and attentive. This resort has a fantastic pool, big and well cleaned.
There his a free shuttle bus to the beach Club every 15 minutes, and a free bus every hour to the Shopping Mall "Bali Collection" was superb.
Security were always friendly and made you feel safe even when walking around early hours of the night. I enjoyed my stay at Novotel and recommend to any friend wanting a great and trustworthy place to stay while in Bali.
I will definitely recommend this resort mostly to families with kids.

Hotel is very good, clean and tidy. The staff speak very good English and are polite and helpful. Good choice of restaurants and the on-site Cafe is excellent. Suggestions — can the rooms have mugs and ashtrays provided in the cupboards. Also can there be short session provided so that guests can learn basic Indonesian?

We stayed here as part of a wedding group so I didn’t do any research — it was just where everyone was staying. We have never stayed in Nusa Dua before. I am not used to staying in such large, sprawling resorts and I don’t think this hotel is good value. We had a 1 bedroom suite and it was spacious but there were only two glasses provided in the kitchen so if you wanted to mix a drink it was a wine goblet or tea cup to choose from. As first time guests at other good hotels we have usually been offered some discounts and offers to entice us to make use of the facilities. Not here. I was annoyed about the card for towel rental system because if you leave the card in your room you can’t rent a towel and have to go back to your room to get it. There wasn’t really anything bad here — I just didn’t think it was a great experience for the money.

The kitchen is great with themed evenings and great food, the apartments are big and comfortable and the pool is spectacular. The hotel is located in Nusa Dua, which is a modern and clean but somewhat monotonous town. However it is close to important roads that allow you to move very smoothly.

My wife and I stayed here from March 28 to April 3, 2018. Located in the ITDC complex in Nusa Dua, it is a quiet clean setting for family vacations. Breakfasts are satisfactory, although the single coffee machine is often crowded. Cleaning of rooms can be improved. Linen is often old and worn. Bedroom cushions slide and unsuited for relaxing. A la carte service is poor. Lobby staff not familiar with shuttle services. Shuttle vans to beach are small and often crowded.

We have stayed here twice and purchased Scoopon deaks on both occasions. We love the place. Staff in the kids club are awesome (Chip, Ayu, Cheli and Peanut) and are fantastic with both older and younger kids. Cleaners do an amazing job and the gardens are well maintained and pretty.
There are two things that could be improved. The size of the kids paddle pool could be larger with a little slide going down from the existing kids pool. Secondly the breakfast could have more variety.
I will definitely be coming back to this resort and recommend it highly to others.

Rooms here are OKAY. Nothing to write home about. I was quite unimpressed for a 5* hotel. The breakfast the next morning was also a complete letdown as well. I expected so much more from a 5* resort.

It's all good in principle. The staff is friendly and courteous. It is felt and the crisis has reached them. The bed linen is very clean. No fruit or flowers in the room. On the beach great current and ebb. The breakfast was very good. The whole stay rotisserie large rooms 90m2 and good company.

Great hotel, not new, already shabby, but well-groomed. Cleaning every day, doing threesomes, one cleans, one changes everything, the third controls. The staff are friendly, all friendly. Good breakfast, varied, there is something to choose, but the fruit is not enough. Great large pool, two-level area for toddlers. There is a children's club with a schedule of programs and a playground. Generally the grounds are large and green, the hotel enclosures are not above the trees fit well. In the yards of reservoirs with fish, everywhere the feeling of comfort. There is a free tranfer to the beach and to the city. Transfer from/to the airport, although paid, but cheaper than a taxi. To the beach and walk not far (10-15min probably), we are supporters to walk, walked through the territory of the nearby hotel yoda, the entrance opposite novotel, but it is large and the area to the beach. The pool and beach are given towels on the cards. Of the cons of a very insidious sun to burn just for once two. Especially in the water. Sutra strong current along the shore — the tide, swim more interesting, that's how we burned. For those who like to relax mainly in the hotel, we recommend 100%. There is an exchange room in the lobby as well as nearby on the street where shops, restaurants, massages and souvenir shops.

If you live here, don't eat at your local square restaurant! You won't find a more disgusting buffet anywhere else. It's not tasty, it's skimpy. Cocktails served in plastic glasses.

It is awesome. The room and the service is excelent. It also provides a swimming pool for kids and adults. Its also near to the beach, you can go there by take a special bus for free around 5 minutes.

Novotel never disappoints me whenever I stayed with them in various locations and this was the same here too. To begging with, located admist the lush green campus of ITDC, this place is meant for total relaxation and Self-Pamper. They even have frequent shuttle transfer to their private Beach Club. The property has everything you need to enjoy your time and be admist luxury. The room where I stayed in was huge and very clean and tidy. The room service was excellent. I landed up on my First marriage anniversary day and on that night, the staff presented us with a lovely Red Velvet Cake and wished us too. I am really happy and contented with my stay here.

Staying here at the moment through Accor Vacation Club in one of their 2 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms and private pool… wonderful. Suite is beautiful and the staff so friendly and helpful. Have just joined the Accor Vacation Club Asia while here. Highly recommend it … no more 12 months wait to book now… max of 21 days now in Asia. More Asian holidays coming up for us…

Hotel located in a private area of Nusa Dua Hotels. The beach is reachable by shuttle, equipped with the minimum necessary even sometimes lacking towels for cot. Suitable for families with children who do not want to move and see the wonders of Bali. Breakfast not at the level of the hotel Chain.

Located inside Nusa Dua area, this hotel offers a maximum value of leisure, away of busy days. Natural view surrounding the room is an ultimate, shuttle service is available to beach and Bali Collection for those who desires outdoor whereabouts. If you are smokers the the balcony is where you can release the fog. My comment will be on the Suite room I stayed. Iron was leaking, and the cord was not long enough to reach the wall outlet. Not such a big deal but annoying for preparing your neat clothes for the day.

Quieter than the Marriot. Better insulated room. Low-end breakfast. Only downside really in this hotel. Very nice staff. Perfect beach, secluded, quiet.

Greta place to stay with family. We stay here for 10 days, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and well maintained. Located in a quiet area of Nosa Dua, we feel very safe and welcome here.

Great Rooms. I had a two bedroom apartment with our own pool. Food is OK, and resort priced. Nusa Dua is a great location for a resort experience, but isolated from the attractions in the North.

We visit this place once a year — great place to stay and great facilities. I will say the food is good — not like some places up the beach (just a a cheap taxi trip for special times together) you can get board with the food in the restaurant but I love this place as the local village is just a short walk with a variety of good local food. Kids — great for kids as there is a stuff for them to do, pool is a good size and well kept. Ladies, from my wife's experience the treatments are great and well priced. Will be going again soon. In fact my wife has just come back a week ago. Rooms are big and well maintained — A relaxing place. I am a hard critic so a 5 is hard to get.

Good resort but beach is a short 5 min shuttle ride away. As this is not very apparent online reducing a star. Great pool and property otherwise. Hindus need to be careful of what they order as the resort has a lot of Beef dishes.

Very nice green Facility. The rooms, we had a 92 sqm suite was well maintained and country typical Styled. However, The bathroom should be renewed! The toilet — glasses were very yellowed and the Bath/shower tray rusty! The mirror and the tiles were quite dirty. The Beach Club has beautiful sunbeds and there is a BBQ available 3 times a week. On the beach and also in the water lies countless plastic rubbish! Wonder that the hotel does not join together and remove the Rubbish. Especially right next to the Novotel Beach club, the extremely exclusive St. Regis is Located. The water was definitely better in kuta, Legian and Seminyak.

A real spring of 5 stars, a huge pool, the staff very welcoming and smiling.

The Resort is located in Nusa Dua, the "In" area of Bali. It offers spacious rooms and suites equipped with all comforts. The suites are 90 sqm wide and have a kitchenette with fridge and kitchen utensils, a living room with cable Tv, bedroom (huge bed and very comfortable), bathroom with toilet and bathtub. The beach is reachable thanks to a free shuttle that runs every 15 minutes. In the resort you will also find a large swimming pool with large islands, but unfortunately the sunbeds are not in sufficient numbers and it is very likely not to find place coming by the pool in late morning or afternoon.

Massive complex. Good swimming pool. The square restaurant offers great buffet breakfast. Rooms and apartments are spacious. Good bathrooms. Nice service. But far from denpasar and kuta.

I stayed here for 3 nights arriving on a Sunday but had arranged for a driver and for 2 and a half days I spent most of my time out of the hotel. Bear in mind that this is more than one Novotel hotel in Bali — the other one is in Benoa. But what little can I say about this hotel? It is in a really good location — very near to the main international airport Ngurah Rai international airport. The Bali Mandara toll road has proved a wonderful addition to the Bali infrastructure since it was completed in September 2013. It cuts the journey time between the airport and the resort area of Nusa Dua by half if not more – a journey that sometimes could take more than an hour at rush hour, now only takes about 15mins. As I don’t have much to say about the hotel, I will pretend I have a lot more to add by describing some of the surroundings. If you are staying in the Novotel or any of the hotels in the Nusa Dua complex, you will find that it is pretty secure. At the entrance to the hotel complex is security and there is also security for each separate hotel. That does make it feel more secure, but as with anything, it’s only as good as the weakest link; which is pretty obvious when you first exit leave the complex. There are security at the entrance but not at the exit of the complex — strange if you ask me. You can easily travel between all the hotels. One way to do this is to use the Bali Collection shuttle service which goes between a whole number of the resorts in the area.

The Good 1. Rooms are huge and comfotable. Balcony, thub, many pillows and bed 2. Complete amenities. Pool is nice! 3. Staff are accomodating 4. Lots of birds chirping. Music to the ears for a relaxing day. The Bad 1. Too many flies and mosqito. I swear you have to control these pests… when you eat there are like 10 or more flies disturbing you. And while lounging at the pool there are lots of mosquitos biting you. 2. Landscaping is far behind… the grass and plants are not groomed anymore making the hotel look subpar 3. Lacks cleanliness in over all surrounding. I see lots of dead leaves everywhere and nobody seems in charge to tidy up the hotel. Something is wrong with the management of thr hotel for sure. It is not giving a 100% capacity Stayed December 2015, traveled with family.

The room is very comfortable. The facilities and the environment are great, supported by nice staff. The private beach is lovely, beautiful and clean. But the service of blue bar and the square restaurant is very slow. My wife and I had lunch there 2 times, and it took about 30 minutes for them to serve our orders completely. Moreover, we don't really fit the taste of the foods. It's kind of tasteless for us (as Indonesian). But overall, we had a good time staying at novotel nusa dua bali.

Overall our stay was average. Basically the room was ok, no issue. Very spacious so very nice for the kids. Its just we were not been informed about the contruction which was happening next to our room. Its better if someone at your reception or uon check in at least as courtesy explain to us in advance just to meet our expectation. Regarding the breaksfast buffet varieties, I think a lot of improvement can be done… in terms of taste and varieties.

Very pleasant, comfortable and very friendly service, breakfast very satisfying, wanted to stay back as soon as possible. For the private beach is very beautiful and very quiet beaches, my wife and was very satisfied. Thanks.

Thankyou to all my friend at the Novotel Nusa Dua, I have been lucky enough to have had many holidays at this hotel, every time I return I feel as though it is my home away from home. Your staff are all so friendly and welcoming, I am always amazed how they remember everyone's name. The features I love about the complex are: the comfortable rooms, which have recently been updated and look fabulous the immaculate gardens which are always colourful and great to stroll through the clean and well maintained facilities the Pause Café, and Square, menus selections and affordable prices the Beach Club and wonderful staff and most of all the Gidday and the Recreation Team who offer fantastic instruction in the gym, at stretch and water aerobic class, those boys are fantastic, and really keep us motivated. thanks again for your hospitality I look forward to visiting again next February.

Finally find my resort. Food is great, bedroom are really clean no ants in the bed, hole resort is great definitely coming here from now on. It took me a long time to find the great resort everything is near. By and security is handy… absolutely love it Thanks guys…

Goshhh! The staffs at front desk are so slow and unprofessional. It takes almost 2 hours for us to enter the room. They said our room wasn't ready due to the other guest has not check out! For god sake, the check out time is 12.00 noon.

This was a perfect getaway for us. Located in the mega resort area and next to a golf course, man I wish I had my clubs. It's quiet, peaceful and the staff is super friendly. The grounds are very well kept but it's hard to keep up with the amount of trees that are on the property. In the back entrance there are atms and a convenient store and on that same road are tons of little local restaurants. This is by far the best location of any resort in the area. The beach club is a short 10 min walk or the shuttle bus will take you. There are two pools a bar and the main restaurant area. The resort is pretty big and we never felt crowded at all. Wi-Fi is throughout the resort and as well as the beach club area. The rooms are massive and very well updated. The bathtub can easily fit two adults. Kitchenettes are a nice touch and a full size fridge. This is a great resort to relax and unwind at!

Lived in the hotel from 7 till 14 January 2014. The huge and beautiful grounds. Rooms large well appointed rooms. A bath and a shower that's more like it. The only thing you can complain about — I would have done the repair. Not even the repair, and update. Everything seems fine, but it is clear that it is not fresh.

Ideal for big fam. Far from everywhere.

Great place to stay in Bali. Not right on the beach, but within easy walking distance or you can hop one of the shuttles than go from out front of the hotel quite regularly. The rooms themselves are big and spacious, so are good if you're spending more than a couple of days in Bali and don't want to be cooped up in a small room. Location wise, there's not too much to do in Nusa Dua itself but it's cheap and easy to hire a driver to take you anywhere you want to visit.
