Rooms are good but service is worst. They won't respond immediately and no hot water. I waited for 1.30 minutes for hot water for my kid. They are not bothered…

Decent hotel with good rooms and staff. It's right in front of Temple's Entrance Gate. So very convenient. No restaurant.

It is too expensive and not worth for the money we paid. No Wi-Fi signals in room. Reception staff saying that we need to be in lobby if we want the internet connection. Bathroom had a leakage from AC or something else. We called up room service and they didn’t do any fix for the leakage.

Very Good Hotel.! Loved It The Room Is Very Clean As Per The Rate.! There Is A Lift And Also The Service Is Very Good You Can Get A Clear View Of The Temple No Need To Take Vehicle Enough To Walk.!

Good HOTEL, Big Rooms, Can accomodate 8 people but only issue they have single bathroom for such type of accomodation.

The best part is location, convenience, food options & ofcourse the room. Modern & clean. Good, gentle staff. Recommended for early morning mandir darshan.

Rooms were good as per their rate. Walked in directly n got reduced rate at counter. Hotel is just opposite to Sai Baba temple. For food pls visit near by restaurant as discovered that food served in room service were from road side joints which were run in hotel boundary. So not sure about hygiene. Rooms are comfortable.

Nice rooms and Well received in reception, just opposite to Sai Baba temple walking distance no need to take any vehicle.

This hotel is so amazing. It has family rooms not specific rooms for family. It has fast service and it has its own restaurant (lunch / breakfast / dinner). That was the thing I most like.

The Rooms were neat and clean. The staff was cooperative need to mention G Manager Mr. Vijay was very helpful. Also the hotel is very close to temple you can even listen Shri Sai Aarti from your room. Definitely a revisit.

Hotel is good but the service was pathetic. We got surprised when we found cockroach in chatni. There was no manger at all to talk on it. Very disappointed.

We stayed in hotel City point for 2days. Arrangements were so so. By mistake we left our Canon Camera. After calling on phone, they totally refused. Again we called the Manager, he assured to enquire and to reply. Two days after we try to call them, but they don't bother to reply and even block my phone no.
