It's nice hotel with Co operative staff… its location is very close to sai baba temple and shirdi bus stand… Awesome experience with good food quality… I'm happy…

The details they update on the website & enquiry done at the Reception are poles apart. Barring Amar, the Male staff at the reception are out of the world, not willing to entertain people who want to negotiate. I wonder it is a 3 star hotel for this reason? 'v'

Easy accessibility from Shirdi Bus stop and close to temple with all amenities and ample parking space. Simple and elegantly designed rooms.

Rooms are ok. Not 5 star types as furniture is a bit old and broken but hotel is very near to the temple. So as per location I have given 4 stars for it. Food quality is really not good and they should improve on it. Hotel provides room for driver. They charged us 500rs extra for early check in. We had checked at around 5am in the morning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very nice breeze in the evening and car parking is provided. So not bad overall.

Hardly 5 minutes walk to the temple. I just got into bus in Hyderabad and got down at the hotel and the rooms are good with good ambiance and the boys attending on call. Very big parking space and the lobby space is good enough to schedule small meetings. I love Shiridi.

Maintenance is very very poor. No proper internet. Tv will not work properly. House keeping is poor. Rooms will look good but poor at maintenance & room service. Should improve at lot on maintenance perspective. I am seeing those plates beside my room door which are removed from other room since today morning. It was stinking. Bad smell in the rooms. Should maintain a room freshner when the room is getting cleaned up. Bedsheets & pillow covers are dirty with stains when we checked in the rooms. We are Not happy with the service.

Rooms wise good. But, service is not good. Proper response and facilities will not be provided by management. Fake promises will be given to provide facilities like in Hot water etc.

It's near bus station But not good according to price. We need to cost lot as compare to the service we get. Decrease the cost. Other things are nice. The cleaner should made a lovely effort with folding the towels and that will be really nice.

It's was nice their rooms were big and the service was also good but the Landry was not at time.

The room looks fine at the first glance toilets get water logged and dirty soon… At least in the room we were staying in… Not sure if it's value for money.

Rooms and stay was good. Breakfast spread was amazing too… But giving 3 stars only coz there was a tiny cockroach in cornflakes they served in breakfast spread.

Stay is ok. Not too good… Don't order in this restaurant. They bring food from outside roadside hotels and serve you. They bring for 30rs in Street side and serve you with charge of 300 RS. Worst hotel.

Awful experience! Stayed there for one day. AC makes constant noice. No exhaust in washroom and used bedsheets. Just awful. They say complimentary breakfast but next day they make some dumb excuse of why they can't provide.

Very reasonably priced for their location and their place. it's nicely maintained, 1000 per day stay if gone through morning star travels. they have some tie up. good to go with family and kids.

The best thing about the hotel according to me is the Large Family AC room, which accommodates 10 persons. This is the only hotel which provides such a good large room in shirdi, check out the pics on their website, good for those who want to spend family time, frakly the food is okay but still worth it…

In city heart there is Raj Sir… One of the best person I never saw in hotel line… He Co operate very much.

Hotel city heart team is very co-operative and hotel administration is very nice. Solute.

We stay there for 2 days but the hotel is good than other place We booked by Oyo. Compare to other hotel… all r good. Nice n clean… free brkfst… super hotel…

Pathetic room service. No water… no TV connection.

Your mood definitely going to be off, if you are going to stay this hotel. When you enter for check-in, you have to wait for atleast 30min for getting room. There is one manager (don't know his name, he will be with cap always) who is manners less and won't respond for your queries, he don't know how to behave with customers. And forget about the room service, you will be frustrated with it.

Nice place to stay. Close by to Baba Temple.

Good Hotel and Very Big place for Parking. Very close to the Shiradi Sai Mandir.
