Swimming pool & hotel ambience was good staff was helpful.

We had good time at le seasons, staff is very helpful, the place is very quiet and peaceful. Very clean rooms, close to beach, restaurants and shops. Located on the Candolim road. Easy to get taxi or buses. All the sports activities done on Candolim beach which is 5 minutes walk away.

Rooms are small. Not as I thought.

It was great time with family. Staff is cooperative and friendly. Provides many varieties in Breakfast and breakfast was up to mark. Rooms were cleaned and neat. They can improve on toiletries (can provide better quality of soap and shampoo).

Not a resort. It’s a hotel with a swimming pool. Clean and spacious rooms, staffs are good. Nice hotel to stay.

Made my stay very pleasing. Would love to stay there again on my next trip to GOA. Loved every thing about it.

Restaurant staff is good… not actually a resort dont go by the name… overall so so place to stay…

This is the best restaurant I visited in Goa. The staff is so good. The manager is very friendly. The food is freshly prepared. U can tell that they go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Prices are very good too. I'll visit them whenevr I go to Goa again and u should too.

Nice place to stay We had a holiday stay here for 5days. The place is at the central location. The rooms are big and we had complimentary breakfast which was just awesome.

Suitable hotel for a family but nothing like its name. It isn't a resort. Service is satisfactory but would recommend staying near to beach. It is around 1.5 — 2 kms from beach. Food is good but need to pay extra for breakfast, it isn't complementary (500 for breakfast). Rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. They have a small pool, but it becomes crowded if you are going with a big gang. Overall it is an okayish hotel. Wi Fi sucks big time.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and complimentary breakfast was also nice. Near to Candolim Calangute and Baga beach. It's situated on main road so all necessities are available easily. Bike and car rental is just behind hotel. Overall good experience.

Good place. Near candolim, 5mins by walk. On the road. Easy to find. Timings of pool are not accurate. It closes at 7pm. Should be extended to 9 atleast. Rooms are little small. Scope of Improvement is there.

It's a good place to stay with your family. Food is good and staff is very friendly. Only thing I didn't like was electricity cuts is a hotel. There were many, but of short durations. But overall was a good experience. I would prefer to stay at this property again.

Hotel is very good. Good service. Cooperative staff. It's very near to Calangute beach. Just 5min away from beach on bike. Room rental is affordable for middle class families. Deluxe room ranges btwn 2k to 3k. Rooms are very neat and clear.

Been there last year in June. Just go for it. Don't think to much. Worth each penny. Good hotel staff, Food quality no doubt. Just awesome. Great complimentary breakfast provided here. Also they got their own restaurant which provides varieties of food with great taste. Would have given 5 Stars but room size are bit smaller compared to other hotels for same price range.

Not much of a place if you are expecting excellent facilities. It's a pretty average place. The pool and the breakfast are the saving grace. The rooms are small crampy. No dryers and no irons in the rooms.

Best hotel in north Goa. It's four star property with clean and beautiful swimming pool. They always serve fresh and tasty food. Rooms also well maintained and beautifully decorated. Staff is also very polite and cooperative.

To all the people out there whos ever planning to consider this hotel I would like to tell them these are the most unethical people I have ever seen in my life. They cheated my and dint refund my money. I dint even checked in and these bloody money suckers told me tat we can refund as it is not in our policy.

This hotel has no policies. Everything changes according to them even the checkout time.
Staff has no sense of talking
And the Reception Guy the most ridiculous one have no respect for guests.
Rooms are too smelly and small and spoil ur vacation by staying here.

It's was superb experience. N awesome services, as well Very helpful staff. Good food wid free breakfast n free Wi-Fi. Rooms are excellent, whenever plane to goa we stay here only as we r very satisfied wid entire hospitality.

Dont go for it seeing … pool available… its timings r 9:30am to 7 pm… very strange… which atleast a tourist can not use… most of the time … almost all… pool closed … is displayed there… my kids r really disappointed.

Booked a room through oyo rooms. The place has free Wi-Fi and complementary breakfast. Swimmimg pool too. Overall a pleasant experience.

Food is good. Free Wi-Fi. Staff helpful and courteous. Location is central in North Goa. Candolim beach about 3 km. Hire a Activa scooty will be fun Will like to stay again.

Alric Fernandes was very helpful in getting this lovely place. It was better than we expected. The front office staff was very courteous and ever helpful, especially Pradeep and Ms. Srivastava. The rooms and the toilets were well maintained. The bell boys and attendants went about their task professionally, without expecting a tip.
We thoroughly relished the food and the services of the Boarding staff.
I would strongly recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Goa.
Access to Calangute beach is a plus point, added to scores of awesome food joints around.

Very nice place for family. Clean room, polite and friendly staff and very good room service. The restaurant provides healthy and nice food.

Looks bigger and better on the website. Place is clean and hygienic, gym has only a couple of machines. Pool is comparatively small. Food is good but slightly costly.

Good experience in this resort. Food are very tasty, all facilities are available as required. Wi-fi available here and last waiter r very politely behavior. I want to give four star.
