Such a great time in this resort love to visit again.

Awesome experience. It was nice stay. Staff is very cooperative. Rooms are spacious. Swimming pool also a plus point. Please ask for pool view rooms. It has terrace attached & you can enjoy the pool view. Overall it was fabulous. I would love to stay here again.
The only problem is that location is difficult to find as phone number was not correct on agoda. Com.

Clean it… it's absolutely filthy, I am disabled and the shower leaked all over bathroom floor and I slipped and hurt my head and back, the manager showed no interest at all when I showed him the bruises.

My humble request too every tourist don't stay de altrus resort goa… very bad experience in my life. They didn't give extra bad but I had paid full for 4 days. Reception people are very arrogant they think just greeting people and giving but they don't think slow problem.

Had an awesome time… must visit…

It was our 3rd visit to the resort. Their quality of service, food and everything else has declined like anything. Couldn't believe that a resort like de altauras can do the cost cutting in butter and can serve a local butter instead of amul or something good. Food quality has declined like anything. Staff is not that courteous now. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Its been great staying here. Staff is quite helpful and well behaved. Dinner buffet should be more impressive. The small descrepensies in the rooms should be removed. Pool timings should be increased. Overall its a great place to stay in Goa!

Although location is good (close to Candolim Beach) but it is mismanaged. There is no lift and staff is not friendly. The food and general keep leaves lot to be desired. Should be used as a second choice.

Hotel doesn't carry any brand and they are not bothered to create one, staff is not well trained for professional behaviour. Food quality is OK type. Recommended for family who want to stay in 3

The Awesome Resort to Spend Holidays with Family n Friends. Cheap and best to live. Its Near to Radisson Hotel in Goa and Easy connectivity towards the places. Swimming pool is too good and hygienic.

Nice 4 star hotel with courteous staff. Rooms are well-designed with ample of space, coffee maker, modern bathroom, in-room bar refrigerator, LED TV etc. Swimming pool is small but they offer a better quality of food in the buffet served at the breakfast and dinner. Separate meals are costlier though. Primary hospital, Candolim beach, Market are just 5-10 min walk from the hotel. Scooter/Taxi is available at the Hotel gate. Overall a good family hotel to stay if you in North Goa.

This is trendy place while staying at Candolim. The rooms are clean & big. There is a decent breakfast spread here. The bathrooms are big enough & the water in shower is hot & quiet free flowing. The swimming pool view is the best part of the resorts with an attached balcony to chill. The pool is big enough for entire family to frolic around. Staff is courteous, well mannered & helpful. Not exactly on the beach but not far from Candolim beach. Plenty of Restaurants around. I definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay while in North Goa.

Good hotel but not as good what I expected upon the reviews and price. Price is high in terms of facilities. There was not lift even it was having 4 floors. Lift was there but not for the rooms where we stayed. Food quality was ok. One of our balcony was too dirty. Property doesn't have enough parking. It can park only 3 to 4 small cars.

Good Hotel. Pool is small in comparison to what shown on website. Good food. Cooperative staff. But its an expensive hotel in comparison to other beach facing resorts. Search for deals before booking. No lift in II tower of hotel but overall well maintained hotel. Worst part is no network in hotel. For only this I won't give five on five.

Average hotel. Not 4 starts to be true. No lift in superior block. Better take room in ground or first. Only deluxe pool view rooms have lift. Stafs are nice but they seems to like the foreigners more then Indian customers. Parking space is limited. 4 cars at max. Food is good for breakfast. Internet comes and goes only can browse at best. Rooms are ok but bathroom was very small. Feels old but it was clean.

Visited in 2016 Superb Hospitality, hotel Staff very polite and best part was food. Spacious rooms beautifully, maintained pool side Area a big entrance.! Very close to Beach.

A great place to be the rooms are clean and very comfortable the food in the hotel is amazing been to Goa 6 times before 1st time at this Hotel and definitely come back great value for money also great staff!

One of Best hotels in Goa. Good rooms. Clean rooms and washrooms. 24hr Hot water supply. Nice clean swimming pool at the entrance with sun beds. Breakfast was good and tasty. Prompt service. Foreigners and indians both preffer to stay here. Very near to Candolim beach.

The photos they put on websites are not the rooms you book. They are misleading and lying. The is no quiet in or around the rooms and hotel. We booked a superior room and got put next to a poverty shack were the locals shouted, grinning metal and making fire right next to our room so all the smoke just came in. The rooms are dirty and the smell is that of a wet towel was left under the bed covers for a month and green mould forming. We went down to breakfast and food was raw, the amount of flies sitting on the food is so disgusting. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. In all we cancelled and left to hyatt place.

NYC place just near sinquerium beach just besides Radisson. The parking can be a challenge but it can be managed. Hotel will help you in that. The have a pool and restaurant in the premises but the pool is not that big but clean. Breakfast is good with lot of options and friendly staff. Rooms are nice with balcony with each room. Room service is as expected.

There is no lift facility. Poor signal for major mobile networks. Hospitality is not so great but its ok. Don't book this hotel through travel agency, you may face lot of difficulty while check in and check out. There are hidden rules in this resort. You will be suprised when you reach their And you can't have discussions with your travel agent and hotel people to resolve your issues.

It does not deserve a status as 4 star hotel. Provides dirty room. You can not enjoy to sit in gallery as there is always constuction in hotel. Privacy issues. Only food is good quality. Best omlet. Everything else is worst.

Against what they claim, it is definitely not a 4 star rated resort. The room ambience was decent and suited for a resort with 4 star (I hope just they claim it).

Decent place 2 b in North Goa, with d services dey offer in such price.

We checkec in 18 and chk out on 21st. It was very great experience. Nice and very hygenicly maintained. Thanks to all staff. Happy n memorable stay.

We checked in on 13th oct and check out 17th oct today these four nights five days we experience very very bad. These five days half hotel was in renovation so it was very dirty ànd summing pool was totally closed and very loud noise of renovation. Every room was stinking with THINNER'S smell, food was good only. But we spoiled our golden diwali vacation and money waisted. These things management should inform in advance.

Zero hospitality, no doctor on call, no cars for emergency. Food is disgusting. Only paid food is eatable. Spoiled my vacation. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here.

Facilities are good, Food is Good. Rooms are Pool Facing with Balcony. Front Desk especially Mr Kapil Arora and Restraurant Manager Mr Sudama are very poliet and ready to help you always. In Breakfast there is scope for impro ement in Fruits side. Rest is all ok. Thanks.

Hotel location is inside from the main road, otherwise hotel is good. They are charging lil extra as per services they are offering.

Location is ok. Food is good. A bit of hygiene is needed more in dining room and the staff at reception has to be more courteous & helpful.

People's are helpfully… Swimming pull is small but clean and cold water Candilom beach is so clean water and so beautiful Spesilly thanks for reception Mam And sir Candilom beach is very near by hotel's Only 3 minutes by We miss u de altrus hotel and my rooms.

We went there in April. Got Room with big discounts. Great, clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Swimming pool is also cool.

I loved the exterior when I first saw the hotel. The water feature and the pool at the front. Building was painted neatly and it looked neat and well lit up compared to other dilapidated places which didn't meet our online expectations. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Room was spacious with excellent view from balcony. The restaurant provided great buffets. Mr Sailesh kambli from the restaurant was extremely helpful and pleasant. All his staff were always on the ball. Loved the music played at the pool side. Should cater for a kiddies pool though. Wifi was very poor which is the main requirement to be in touch with loved ones.
The only disappointment was the ayushka spa which is nothing to what us advertised online. No reception at the spa. Staff not well versed in English. Spa rooms no ambience. Not clean. Kerelite lady was called from another branch. She was not skilled. No experience in dealing with clients. Oils were cold. Didnt appear to have the skills of massaging. Wasted my money on just getting cold oil slapped across me.
The spa brings down the standard of the hotel. No steambath. Extra cost for using the jacuzzi.
Hotel management definitely has to look into the spa facilities and staff.
Otherwise overall a beautiful stay. Definitely would recommend to others.

Rooms not that worth for money. Dual room — one ac will not work, swittches are dead, etc etc willnot visit again.

We (3 families) stayed in Super Deluxe Rooms. They were not as big as appear to be on their website but big enough for 1 person. Room consisted of a balcony, flat screen TV with TataSky connection (without the HD sub), Paid snacks already in the fridge, A hair dryer, 2 complementaty water bottles and tea & coffee making set. Our package involved breakfast & dinner buffets. Food was really tasty and a variety was available at the buffet. Best part : — Free Wi-Fi (though the connection sucked at various parts of the hotel except for the lobby). Pool was fun too. Their was a fuss when a member of our group wanted to enter the pool wearing a cotton garment and the pool instructor strictly refused. The location is not so attractive as the beach was 10 minutes walk away while we could have stayed at a beachside resort. Overall a good 3 star hotel, Manager Kapil & Balbir were nice and pleasant to us.

Had a wonderful experience of staying here. Visited with family and friends last year in September. Staff was very polite and supportive. Food was awesome. Rooms were neat and clean and very spacious with all amenities. Would love to visit again. Keep it up guys.

I stayed here for 5 days. Rooms are super huge and the best part is swimming pool… dnt miss morning breakfast here ;) this hotel is located in the best area of North Goa. Also you have beach at walking distance.

Hi This is in reference to our booking. we made the booking through Goibibo and checked the photos and video on their website. After checking directly from hotel we came to know that they uploaded the video of Super deluxe room, in place of superior room, which has no view. We were feeling like very much cheated. Then we contacted to Goibibo and they told that as per hotel policy we can not refund the amount. We again directly contacted to hotel and they are also saying, thayt they can not refund the amount. Therefore I would request to all of you, please book the room in the hotel which has some cancellation refund policy before 7 days. Definitely I will never book any room in Alturas. I dont want to be cheated again.

The hotel service is not obsessive, suitable for families with children.

I stayed 4 days in De Atluras Resorts and I loved it completely. Ours were Delux Room, though Delux Rooms refers from each other in terms of size and locations but I will say it is spacious, clean and well maintained. Being 3 star hotel I will say its best among all. Food is awesome.! In short overall Experience 5 Star.

My experience was not good at this hotel I choose this hotel bcoz of twin bedroom availability but the ac was not working in one bedroom from the beginning apart from mr kunal who is the main chef the staff of the hotel is not experienced the buffet they arrange is good but you have to request end number of times for drinking water they are expensive for their swim suits so kindly carry a proper swim suit at the time of checkin. Front office staff is also not experienced. And lastly kindly do not take any type of verbal commitments from the hotel for any extra things while booking online bcoz the front staff will arrogantly demand a written confirmation for the same at the time of checkin.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. Everything was clean and tidy. The entire staff understands English. Had a little problem, the switch did not work, i. E. The light in the room was off, but very short dialogue with the Member of staff led to the replacement of the switch within 10-15 minutes. The food was local (very sharp) and acceptable to the Europeans. In general everything was super) ) )

A nice clean hotel. English speaking staff, very polite. Room cleaning every day. Bring drinking water daily. Recall is not necessary. In room teapot and utensils, tea and sugar. Breakfast is minimal, but are designed for different dishes.
With regard to the environment, a few strained the noise from renovation works on the first day (09.11.2013) is with the front part and the view from the balcony on the building of the new hotel. While there is no one else bare walls. But when the first guests, you will be able to see all their lives without binoculars) ) )
