Absolute gem of a resort, surrounded by lush natural beauty. Favorite part of each morning was watching the eagles flying over thier nesting area next to the back waters at the back of the resort. Staff are friendly and very helpful, will definitely be returning to Dreamcatcher!

Nice place to stay. Place is maintained very well and we also got a room facing backwaters. Palolem beach is walkable from here. But the in house restaurant is not that good. Better options are available outside this place.

We booked one room and they provided very poor room… Very bad experience… Don't trust on this … Specially of you are booking online…

I have stayed here 3 times but sadly on the last occasion management and staff really let things down for me. Firstly (minor point) : the manager misunderstood my booking so assumed I was checking out a day before I was scheduled to even though I had paid upfront. Further, they double charged for our restaurant tab at the end — via card payment and also cash payment, which they have not returned to me since arriving back in the UK (4 months ago). Context: I was trying to be nice and asked the restaurant staff if it was better to pay and leave a tip via cash or card. They said cash and thus "cancelled" my card transaction — which then went through when I checked a few days later. I had of course also paid them the cash, including a generous tip. It's unfortunate they decided to keep the money as I will not be returning here again and would advise guests to double check their payments before using the card as there are some dishonest staff members. Further, when paying for our accommodation by card upon arrival (they insist you pay the full balance which is a bit unusual and not how things were done previously), they charged me a fee on top of this which was higher than anything else I had paid in India. I have a Monzo card that gives perfect rates if you pay in the local currency but Dreamcatcher either added on a card fee or opted for us to pay in our home currency which made it more expensive. Again, not perhaps a huge deal but definitely unethical.

This place is right out of dreams. Location is beautiful. Peace lovers must visit.

This place is amazing! The owner Jackie is a great character, plus live music and incredible food!

Go so here. Resort is nicely laid out, but the individual huts, as measured by price, are very simple. But the beds are good, so we stayed a few days.

A dreamy place dream catchers… although I haven't stayed here it was just a pass through… found out this place. It's awesome. Beautiful. The restaurant location is cheeky. The whole bunch of dream catchers are well decorated sticking to it's theme… plantation makes it greener n cooler. Loved the idea of placing hammocks outside… thumps up.

Peaceful well run resort in a quiet location.

We didn't stay here, just stumbled across the restaurant on an evening stroll through the palms tree. So serene, calm and peaceful. We couldn't stay away and kept returning for dinner! :)

Very nice hotel, situated in a relax area in the last end of the beach, it is away from the main locals that makes it a very relax area to stay. Still everything is close and you can have very nice walks. We rented a room with a river view that makes it more special. Also the restaurant inside the hotel is delicious!

Gentle serenity with a charm of its own, just sit by the delightful river watching beautiful wondrous birds sunshine and shade all day long, Dreamcatcher does just that, catches your dreams!

Sorry but the place is poorly maintained, secluded (no view) and dirty (room not prepared before our arrival, undignified bathroom. ), the staff is nonchalant, lax and poorly behaved (they spit next to you). The bosses are hedged and disrespectful. I pity the team of managers who seem scan not to change anything at this stranding. We left the next morning of the first night and found very easily ailleur with sea views, clean and at the same price!

Beatiful surrounding around huts… river side rooms are the best.

Very peaceful and quiet. Beach is beautiful, though, fixes can be made, and workers are not as attentive as you would like. But I do say it was a very nice experience.

The resort is camouflaged in a shrub jungle. Tucked in at the northmost corner of Palolem beach, the resort offers fantastic river view in the land of sea. One can chill out gazing birds and mountain while having breakfast and the next moment can take dip in the sea as the beach is 2-minute away from the resort. Ravi and Aron are of great help. While Aron knows the whereabouts around the town, Ravi sticks to the resort and helps with every single thing one needs. Both of them are cordial and amiable. We visited the place during demonetization and Ravi's help in the whole trip is unforgettable…

Booked this place and on reaching found that the place is still not up and running! Would have given 1 star if not for the extreme hospitality they showed and transporting to another resort of theirs, la la land, though not on beach is a better property.

Just got back from 14 nights here with my partner and 7 year old son… we all absolutely loved it! We want to be back.

We spend 3 nights her. Very calm and relaxing place. They have Moskito nets over beds and you can smell that the beed lines were fresh washed. We saw quite a few families here. So I gues it is good suited for them as well. The food at the restaurant is also pretty good.

Lotus restaurant is good and service is honest, Nice scenic spot to dine on the Backwater platform viewing the greenery around.
