Very nice hotel with delicious food.

The hotel was so good, near and had all arrangements needed for the stay. The staffs were very courteous and accessible to all requests. You would get complimentary breakfast with good variety of menu and ofcourse food was delicious. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended to others.

A very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful. The view from this hotel is really good and their food is also quite good we stayed here only for a night and it was very enjoyable :)

I went with my family and absolutely loved it. We had a family suite on top floor with the balcony which was just wonderful. In the morning you can see the snow peaks and on sunny days can enjoy basking in the sun. Rooms were clean and the bamboo mesh walls gave it a homely charm. Very friendly staff. Walking distance from mall road. Breakfast can be better in terms of taste.

Decent place. Pretty far from the mall and taking a car to the mall is not an option as its a one way road. Better options available elsewhere in this range.

Hermon is a great hotel and the food is incredibly good, but the rooms have charging port in weird places, also a room directly on the ground floor near the road, super weird. The corridors are also narrow, but still it was a very nice experience.

Good hotel. Good location but if you are not interested to walk than it's little away from the Mall. Staff is polite, well behaved and helpful. The valley facing rooms have good view. The bathroom is bad with permanent bad/foul smell coming from it. Maybe due to faulty drain. There are no exhaust fans in the bathroom which could be of some help. The food is good and reasonably priced. Service is quick and prompt. Nice place. But there is room for improvement specially bathrooms.

I loved the view Of Kanchanjanga from from our room and the food was delicious and also the hospitality of staff was very good.

The place is located close to the main market area which you must explore. Specially few of the local Cafés. Subway, KFC and Domino's all walkable distance. The rooms are clean and the mountain view ones provide a good view provided the weather is clear. The washroom was clean but had a bit of a stench primarily due to no exhaust fan culture in the hills. (imagine winters that get really chilly). Toiletries provided was decent. The staff is helpful but do not expect out of the way service. Breakfast spread is normal, with only a bit of variation in the menu. Non Veg lovers please be content only with eggs. Overall a pleasant stay. Pros: Room size and room amenities like electric blanket, location and mountain view Cons: Basic breakfast menu and smelly washrooms.

Good hotel. Hospitable and polite staff. Can help you book toy trains also if you wish. Food is good. The only two drawbacks are that I got an attic room which quite possibly gave me bruises as I bumped in it too much cause of the inconveniently placed slopes all around the bed. The bedroom is small yet the bathroom is bigger. The shower stall not so nice but comfortable. Gets the washbasin area wet though as the two are adjacent with no glass or any divider. And the worst problem is Mosquitoes! Big dengue/malaria scaring mosquitoes and huge flies. Had to use their food menu to put one down. And no ventilation. At all! Can't open windows because of the flies. No exhaust fan, even in the washroom. They should install steel net framework inside the windows so we can open the glass panel and let the net one closed to provide ventilation/fresh air and keep the insects out.

Having read the previous reviews, I think they have improved on all grounds. All the basic necessities were provided with good service. Food was good enough and ambience was upto the mark. Spent two nights and didn't face any issues except that the dryer was not working at times!

Service not upto the mark. Staffs are laid back. The hotel was full of guests they didnt seem to cope upwith the rush. Breakfast we had to keep asking them for stuffs. We requested them to clean up the room while we ate away. To our dismay came back and saw nothing was done. There is no co ordination among staffs. Lost my bag in reception. Rooms on top floor are really bad. When you sleep the attic hits the head. Spa is cramped up wet floors and suffocating. Wont recommend this property.
