Standard should be improved. Price is good. Food is also good to the cost. Management should I prove their quality of service. People who work there should also need to look professional. Rest everything is fine. Also rooms are little small, no chairs to sit at least.

Polite receptionist and clean and nice central air conditioning rooms. I got irritation to reach there but after check in I realize that for this kind of hospitality distance is no matter. Peaceful saroundings. Finally on top floor the arabian style restaurant calld YUM YUM TREE. You can feel fantastic ambiance and delicious food too. Nice service from staff.

The best Mandi place near my workplace. Nice, hygienic, taste is awesome, people are friendly. No issues of parking. YUM YUM tree serves great food. I always eat mutton fry mandi there. 1 floor down and you get great variety of vegetarian food. 1 floor up and there's an open bar work in progress. Might be open in a few months. Love it.

One of the best hotels. I will share a experience how good the staff and the service is, I went there at 1.00 pm in the afternoon and the receptionist was very polite as soon as I got into my room. It was so well maintained and everything was available in the hotel itself like the basic food and other things. the service staff was good like it just took them 3-5 minutes after I called to get anything I wanted. I felt so happy that I didn't have to wait. I just felt like home. Truly the best one.

Pleasant Stay. I stayed at The Art Boutique Hotel for 5 nights and found it to be clean and better than basic with a lively convenient location. I really enjoyed staying here. The service was great, very peaceful place, comfortable and central. The staff service was excellent and they were very helpful. Although I arrived early, the staff was on hand to check me in, I obviously had to wait for a room but that was no big deal, room was very good size and I was more than happy with the whole experience from good reception staff, bell boys, good food and location. Everything was fabulous, many thanks for making my stay memorable. Would recommend this Hotel to anyone going to Hyderabad.

The hotel, especially when booked at goibibo prices, is simply excellent. The rooms are less-than-medium in size but really well furnished and well maintained. Its all very neat, clean and polished. The customer service is really responsive and helpful. True enough that its rather small in size and you won't find seven course breakfasts here (the selection of dishes at complementary breakfast is rather limited). But they can whip you up a bread toast or a coffee/tea on demand. And whatever fare is offered is good fare. Also, you can order meals to your room (at slightly elevated rates though). Also, is only a short distance (a Rs. 10, shared, auto ride away) from the IT/Financial area in Gachibowli. I stayed here on business purposes for 4 days and it was a good experience.

Great location and perfect hotel for us. We loved the neighborhood and the staff really made the experience wonderful. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Easily accessible from Gachibowli and IT companies. A perfect budget luxury hotel for short and long stays. We rested very well at night. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. One highlight for us was the reception lounge, as the hotel name says it's a artful design and impressive at first sight. We enjoyed the breakfast. Reception person was kind enough to remind us about the breakfast in the morning. He also helped us in booking a cab from the hotel. Being a new hotel in the town, it has the fresh look and super cool rooms.

Overall service is good except two problems that I faced, i. E. I) in the morning the water supply was stopped from about 8.30 am to 10am on Dt. 26-12-2017. Ii) The payment towards one lunch was made earlier. But during check-out, they refused regarding receipt of payment, only after production of receipt the matter was solved.

The hotel looks great from the first glance. Issues start once you check in. For instance, the ventilation in the room and the washroom wasn't adequate. Cleaning could be better. The breakfast was overspicy. The good thing was the hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. Location is a bit far off from the city. But I'd definitely come to stay back.

A pretty decent place. Hate the choice of food. You'll see a fancy menu but there's very few items actually available. Some of the items on the menu they don't even know how to pronounce. The location is good but there are absolutely no options available nearby to order food from. While I stayed there, there was construction work going on and it made up a lot of noise and kept me up all night. Which was really uncomfortable. Anyways, while the interiors and the rooms seem good the hotel service is just OK. The breakfast menu is just idli and medu vada. When there were out of medu vada they didn't even bother to replenish the plate. So don't expect the service to be as good as the interiors.

Nice hotel in the town. But service not satisfactory. Need to be more professional and need improve service.

Awesome boutique hotel. If you are lucky then you might end up with suite for a steal away price. Highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay near gachibowli area.

Location is bit outskirts but the hotel is nicely built and great value for money. Good service. Had a really good time here and memories.

Worst experience ever. They went our room. Took pics of personal stuffs. N wen v complained as we somehow found in their mobile. They have started threatining us. Telling us that its a hotel of an MP. No cops can come. N ask us to leave hotel right now. That too very rudely. Dont ever go to that place. Mattet of pics was nt that big. But the way dey reacted is so scary.

The way they behave with us is too good. The only hotel in the Gowlydhoddy village which serves as 5 Star Hotel on 3 star rates.

Very aesthetically designed. Good and friendly staff. Though the rooms and bathrooms are small they're well maintained. Their suite rooms are bigger than the normal ones. Good place to stay if you're on a business visit to companies around the financial district area of Gachibowli.
