Hotel location, interior looks are good, service is pathetic, feeling like begging for everything right from lunch at restaurant to room service it's disgusting to call multiple times for everything.

This is my first visit and they've upgraded from Superior room to Executive suite. So exited.

Big rats in rooms. Flush issues, leaking pipes, interiors old n dingy rooms. Management unfriendly, front desk not knowledgeable. Overall not very good experience at all. Will never recommend this hotel.

Pathetic place to stay… Staying here for a week during my business trip. Few unusual things that they ask for advance payment for your stay and the property seems little old or can be maintained better they won't allow anyone to come to reception if you order anything online. The TV remote was not working, freeze was making so much noise, shower was not working… The staff is not supportive at all. How it can be a five star hotel… if you ask to cancel booking they would say it's not possible as it's done online and they take payments in advance. Even when I asked for cutlery they said they do not have sufficient bowls … What are they running — it's not at all a 5 star hotel.

Nice rooms, a bit old fashioned in terms room interiors but worth the price. We had breakfast which had a lavish spread, good preparations. Front desk need to improve in terms of communication, speed of service. Travel desk seems to be a challenge. Room service needs improvement. Overall it was a good experience for a short stay.

Ella hotel provides you one of the best experience whether in term of food, ambience or service. The bar there is one of the best bar which I like most. There is one open space where u can enjoy the food. The spa is good. Rooms are as good as u want to see in any hotel.

Visited for team lunch. Loved the ambience and service over there. Buffet spread was not lavish. But the food was scrumptious. Live counters desserts, starters were part of the decent menu. Wouldn't suggest this place for heavy savage eaters. If anyone looking for privacy and serene dining comfort. I would suggest this restaurant. We had a power glitch during our vusit. Apart from, enjoyed the dining experience.

Good place for an extended stay. Gym, swimming pool and 24/7 room service. There's a business centre in case you need to use computers or get printouts. The complimentary buffet breakfast is good with quite a lot of options. The only issue I had was a lack of iron box in the room though it was mentioned on the booking site as an amenity. The staff were very friendly and polite and the location is visible from the road itself. The location is visible from the main road however the entrance for Ellaa apartments and Ellaa hotels are adjacent to each other and might cause confusion. It's best to clear it with security before entering through the gates. And for a five star hotel the pricing is pretty decent.

Awesome place to stay at. Top class rooms and food was equally awesome. Just one thing, service is a bit slow. Especially if you order food in your room, it would take around an hour for them to give it to you. All in all, a great place to stay at.

The hotel was nice and the staff courteous. The place just seems like an little old fashioned but it doesn't take away the comfort it offers. We had a suite with a kitchenette and the room was nice and comfortable. I was not paying for it so don't know if it was bang for the buck.

The service facilities were good. But as a 5 star hotel it should keep its room a little more clean… And the should renovate some parts of the room.

Beautiful rooms and polite staff. Excellent service. Would like to give 6 star. We chose a Executive suite which comes with one living room with attached kitchen & one bedroom. The surroundings is also very peaceful. Will Recommend if you are visiting Hyderabad.

All the facilities provided by the hotel were Excellent! It is an unforgettable experience. The food served there is also excellent. I really loved my stay at ella hotel.

Value for money. Executive suite is excellent… ambient lighting… comes with a living area with sofas and TV, a small dining table with chairs, fridge and kitchenette. Swimming pool on the ground floor… Calm and beautiful area to have some walk around, good garden and so on. They could have make the showering area a bit more bigger though they have got another bath tub… All in all excellent value of money, by amenities and quality!

Nicely located place. Very higyne and rich class rooms. Friendly staff. Even the prices are so feasible. It has mini bar setup in the rooms. But the items are chargeable. Restaurant is also very good. Complementary breakfast till 10 am. Ample parking space and beautiful surroundings.

I visited today at lunch buffet. It was superb experience. Ambience was serene, Mild music was playing, meanwhile the staffs were not dancing on my head. They were waiting till I wave to them. Nice management, food item list was quite decent. We tried masala dosa, it printed hearts on our retina. It was really good. And, dum biriyani was also mesmerising, one of the best I ever had. Again not able to reach the dessert counter. Would test them next time :wink;

A great place to hangout at. Beautiful roads, beautiful place. Nice scenic view and great amenities. There is also elderly assistance with a graceful valet. It has a swimming pool, recreation area, walking track, spa, entertainment center, gaming zone, different restaurants, great bar and barbeque. The locality makes it look posh and prices still economical. What more does one expect than a luxury economic dining? Awesome hospitality and great service.

Room is well cleaned but the service was very slow. As we reached the hotel the lady at the reception who was from North east took around half an hour to get us two different rooms although it was booked. I had forgotten my Seiko's watch in the room and checked out, but when I called them to check out. They didn't cooperate. I asked them to check with the men those who had cleaned the room, but they didn't scan the men who went to clean the room. They are thieves, valuable things are easily stolen in this hotel. Beware of this hotel.

This place is in Gachibowli. It shares its area with a gated community. Ambience is okk. The whole place feels stuffy and stale. The place feels old. I have no idea when it was started. For lodging the rooms are good and the staff is courteous… The buffet breakfast is good… Menu is interesting and elaborate. Food tastes good. So if you are around Gachibowli area and need to stay. It's a decent place.

Excellent business hotel with a polite and diligent staff. It is great for anyone who has to visit HiTech City in Hyderabad. I had a hassle free check in and the room was better than I expected. The refrigerator in my room wasn't working but the maintenance staff promptly replaced it for me. The in house restaurants as pretty good and so room service was a pleasurable experience. Although I will say that the lunch buffet at Indus, their Indian food restaurant, had very few non vegetarian options. All in all I would surely recommend it to any business travellers.

Superb place. Attended a function in open garden area. Nice delicious food arranged in A/C hall… Neatly maintained hygienic place… Clean washrooms. And well organised facilities and friendly staff.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is very friendly and provides all amenities expect pool. The hotel is inside a township making it really safe for solo and couple travelers. It has a good location, situated between Indian School of Business and IIIT. It is difficult to find cab in the evening as it is a bit far from the main Gachibowli area, thus, it is better to have a prior cab booking or can take the cab facility provided by hotel. The room was quite spacious and had separate seating and living areas. Also, it was equipped with kettle, fridge, iron, mini bar, etc. Breakfast buffet was provided in Indus Restaurant at the ground floor. They had all varieties of breakfast, from English to North Indian to South Indian, Chinese, Continental and more than 4 scrumptious desserts.

Except room rest was very good. Rooms are not maintained as per hotel standard. Pros: Food, restaurant ambience, quick service n attentive staff. Cons: Poorly maintained bathroom n fittings in bathroom. A Swimming pool seems shared by residemce n guest in hotel.

But it's OK. The hotel is very clean compared to other hotels and you do not have to worry about being a European.

It is a nice hotel for a short stay. I just stayed for a day and couldn't explore more of the hotel. However I am satisfied with the stay there. Is pleasent, calm and very simple. You can identify the hotel from main road, however you have to go a bit off rust to reach it. The room which I stayed in is cozy and had an nice ambience. It might be my personal opinion but the hallway looks so dull and I got a creepy getting about it. The room service and response is good. I haven't ordered anything from the hotel so can't provide you the review for that. I saw the spa area and pool, those looks good and clean, however I never experienced any of those. Everything went fine for me. To sum it up, it's a good short stay :)

Very poor experience. Air con not working properly. I was not given the type of bed that I was promised on the first day. The second day I was shocked to see some one occupying my room without informing on time. Later they said I was shifted to another room because of the bed that I asked for. They left my toiletries somewhere while shifting my things to the new room. Prior to my booking I had asked the hotel to pack my breakfast as I had to leave very early and the promised to do so. While checking out in the morning I asked about my breakfast and they said that they forgot about it. In short it was not worth for the money that I spent.

Pleasant stay. Quiet not too crowded. Food is expensive and prefer to eat outside. Many food joints near by with 2km. Hotel located in hill ridge society (residential).

I preferred Ella due to ambiance. Almost stayed in four different occasions. While property is good — I found the staff lacks professionalism. Earlier — if I requested room-service and II was not attended to. Seems they forgot. In December this year — they shifted my room and missed my travel toiletries kit. Written an feedback — no response-as they appears blissfully unaware of my feedback note left at reception. I had to travel further and it caused huge inconvenience. In the same stay — I was allotted a lower segment room despite my booking stands for higher room. I checked with reception and Duty Manager came 25 minuets late — while I was waiting at reception. Once Duty Manager came to reception — he got engaged in other work without attending me. After five minutes I went to his desk and got a reply that “he is busy” and started working on his system. I am thinking if we are getting the right value of our money.

Had office party here nice ambiences. Fish fry is really good. You will not get impressed with the buffet for sure though the variety of food items are more.

I didn’t particularly have any bad experience here but the place is definitely not worth the money. It’s certainly overrated. Rooms are not well maintained. I don’t know if it’s all the rooms but my room was really really dirty. The service is slow. It took them 3 phone calls and 1 hour to replace the dirty electric kettle and to get a dental kit. The place is not well maintained. You can find better hotels for the same price.

Beautiful suites but doesn't seem to be maintained well. Restaurant serves some nice authentic regional food. Indoor swimming pool is nice. Got a great deal on my visit.

Spa is poorly run, not recommended for a smooth experience. Where do I start? Between the half hour it took to book services for 4 people for a birthday celebration and the half hour it took to finalize and pay, I expected more at every step. No one started on time, we were 15-45 minutes behind to start the services, the specific booked services (facial, scrub) were not available, the services ran long and could not be completed because we had lunch plans, the body scrub was terrible with dry salty sand being rubbed into the soft parts of my arms and legs, requests to stop that hurts were ignored, front desk attendant was not helpful or nice, it was just all bad. Recommend another place for your spa experience.

Cockroaches and stinky drains. We are just out of the spa and the experience left me baffled. There are no minimum facilities that come with a day spa like a hair dryer or complimentary tea to complete the experience. The massages were good, but not the best. The drains were stinky and making the whole room smell. There is not even a aroma diffuser which is expected out of even a basic spa. There were cockroaches in the cupboards and used ear buds on the floor. When I complained to the manager, she inspected the cabinets to find more gross looking dirty wipes and dead roaches. All she had to say was an apology and give me 10% discount. Thank you Ella for ruining my husband’s Birthday celebrations. Stay away from this place.

Comfortable rooms, rest is just fine. The food is very average and front desk staff are not trained enough to handle bookings and customers efficiently. Overall this is not that star hotels in reality. My bathroom was stinking all the time with no exhaust.

Great experience staying here. The rooms! No it is a suite. The suite opens to a living room with a TV. Had a separate bedroom with TV. The bath is having a shower and a tub. A comfortable stay for a family.

Wonderful Ambiance, good place for team outings and family gatherings but food was average. Been there for lunch buffet, Biryani was burnt, food like rice items were so dry, soups were bad but things like pasta, starters, ice creams, desserts, rotis and curries were okay. Had a good time but have check on the items before serving to customer.

The place is a bit aged with the Superior rooms laid out well but some facilities don't work well. Very responsive for any complaints. The suites are very large and comfortable and the spa is one of the better ones I've been to.

Been there on 30th Aug on a corporate annual event. For me it was better than expected since I checked the ratings on zomato and found it average. Place was good, starters were delicious and main course had limited options but they were good. Suggestion — Staff need to be more professional and manager should reach out to random tables to ensure delivery is good all around the corner :)

I had a great stay at Ella's. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The food at the buffet made me taste a lot of India's flavors. I would love to stay here again when I visit Hyderabad.

Stayed with the family. We had a late check in at almost around 7:30pm. I requested the hotel for late check out at 4pm. The hotel was very kind in accepting my request (Kindly note that it is only subject to availability of the room). Awesome room. Great service. Love this hotel. Breakfast spread was amazing and was tasty too. Worth the stay and a good experience altogether. The standards they maintain are 5 stars right from the room, to front desk office, food to room service. The hotel is comparatively much cheaper to other 5 star hotels and has a lush of greenery surrounding it. Worth it and would strongly recommend.

The property is good and surrounded by full of greenery and nice neighbourhood. But the rooms in the hotel are relatively smaller than the other 4-star hotel. And parking for two-wheeler vehicle is not properly maintained. Apart from this, rest everything is upto mark and staffs are polite and helpful. Perfect place for every type of travellers.

It's awesome place. 1. The views outside is damn beautiful lots of green 2. Good place for get together and kitty parties 3. Assorted drinks and cocktails if one would want to go with it 4. Food is great too and a buffet in the moon would cost 800 around.

I stayed there for a night on a business trip. I was really impressed with the helpful staff. As this was my first trip to Hyderabad, staff really guided me. The room was clean and has all the facilities. Only negative point was there was no free wi fi in the room.

We were a group of close to 30 people. And guess what no body even walked upto to us to check out when would we like to start. We got to call him and check with them about the starters and soup. The soup was served. It was colored water. With few vegies here and there. It was a knoor soup (Why the hell would I go to this place to have a knoor soup) Guess what the starters were they served were normal fries available on the spread of buffet (Don't know if this is how it generally happens). The starter served was Arbi fry and that to half cooked. You ask me I would never go this place.

We went for a buffet party with unlimited beer option, as par the deal hotel staff told as to come at 6.30pm, but they did not start the serving the food, they started the drinks serving at 7.30pm. And closed at 9.30pm. they are big cheeters. And the staff (waiters) are very rood and un polite. waste hotel.
