Ordered Chicken Dum Biryani and Chicken Spl Biryani. Both of them are good. Nice place to visit.

Decent place, good for family functions, the food is also nice.

The two rooms we had were bedbug infested. They alloted us two other rooms where we did not find bedbugs but had signs of infestation. Had to always call twice to have water delivered to the room On a positive note, the complementary breakfast was really good and had a good selection — dosa, idli, wada, sambhar & 3 kinds of chutnee, poha, cereals, fruits, tea, coffee & juice on a single morning.

Try Biryani over here. It's not the kind of Biryani with suttle flavors and aromas, the Biryani these guys serve is strong flavors and a bit spicy and pungent for some tastes and that's what I loved. I loved the difference for a change. The twist was surprisingly good. Die-hard Biryani fans will detest the Biryani served here as blasphemy but who cares as long as it tastes good to people like me who prefer stronger spices and aromas. I was too busy eating and didn't bother to click pictures. The downside, their service sucks. It sucks big time.

Worst hotel ever visited, no hygiene inside room. Loads of Bedbugs, attached videos captured during our stay.

Late service! Normal food! Waiters enthusiastic about tip! But not about how they served the food.

Very nice and the break fast was awesome but cost of the room is somewhat high.

I'll give 0 rating if possible. Worst staff, Arrogant, they kept me waiting for long time to take the order. I spent 3 hrs in that restaurant to finish my lunch. They don't show any responsibility. I ordered something they brought me something. Even I hate the biryani. It was almost the plain white rice. When I entered one of the customers fighting with them for the same issue. I felt like eating white rice with undercooked chilled (they used stored refrigerated chicken) without masala n everything. Even they brought me spoiled pudina gravy for starters. DON'T EVER DARE TO GO THERE WITH FAMILY and spoil their health.

One of good hotel … near Kphb bustop. Good for Ladies shopping nearby. Best for budget stay… Near jntu. Road side hotel on Mumbai Highway. About hotel Breakfast 7 to 10 … We will get. Puri, idlu, dosa,,. Wada…. Egg omlet… Coffee … tea… fruit salad … juice… milk cornflakes… etc. Staff behavior good. Parking … small place outside parking 3 to 4 cars… Room and wash neatness ok not bad.

Cheap quality rooms maintaining hotel with start up beds without any changes and maintaince.

Stayed in AC room. Management was good with good service. If there is any issue we can Immediately bring it to the management and they will rectify. Fully satisfied.

Food is good. Serving and hospitality average. The waiter served food in our plates only when asked for. Ambience is average as well. Small fish aqauriums near the dining entertained kids for sometime.

Ok. Normal quality rooms. And rooms are costly according to standard. But Not that bad. Don't buy anything from them as they put high taxes on even simple water bottle.

Last year I. E. In 2015-16, I have visited nearly 10 times. The trips are good. Hotel is good. But now I have taken the the room but it is not as good as last year.

Worst Food, service too worst, Hotel Swagath and Staff they will treat like they providing food for free of cost to us. compare to cost also high to others hotels.

Quite a good restaurant famous for its south Indian foods like dosa, idli, kothu parota. Good thing is that they have all day breakfast. Have tried masala dosa and royal paneer dosa and they serve typical south Indian coffee/tea. Do visit this place it is good.

I've been here couple of times. Food is moderate. Staff are helpful for some extent. Totally in my experience it isn't good enough for there standards.

We have been visiting this restaurant for as long as I can remember. Their ambience is really good, with soft lighting, cool air and wide windows. The seats are plush. The restaurant is very neatly maintained. The food is also really good. The classic dishes like butter paneer, shahi paneer, malai kofta etc have a very authentic taste. The other creations by them are a sort of hit n miss. Can't predict if it'll be good or not. The service is good, with an attentive staff. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

We ordered fish manchuria and they bought it in 5 minutes. Hope someone orderd and cancelled it and it came to us. There is no difference between fish Manchuria, fish 65 & Apollo fish. You order anyone of these, they will get Apollo fish only. Next, Bhagara rice + boiled mutton tossed in mirchi Ka salan = mutton biriyani. (worst taste) And finally the bill, My order was fish Manchurian and mutton biriyani, but the billing was done for some different items which was more than 200 rupees then my bill. And the waiter convincing me to pay the bill even I say that "this is not our bill". Finally it was a restaurant with nice ambiance with worst food and worst service. My humble request to the people who are working there, please don't embarrass the customers by looking at them while they are eating.
