Worst ever way of behaviour with the customers… Loot wala staff. Wrong guiding for bookings. Inappropriate staff & maintainance. Ambience is good but the staff & remaining is very very utter pooooor… Untated services.

It's OK but price should be low. If you have work or wanna stay near kphb then it's best choice. But food prices are very high.

The rooms were awesome. The service was great and forget to try the restaurant on the second floor.

I stayed here for 3 days long back… the room was modern, neat and clean vith good lighting… bathrooms are clean… the staffs are very respectful… breakfast was very good… the food we order here was great and quantity is very much adequate. Gym is attached in the top floor… overall it's worth to stay here.

Hotel Location and infrastructure is good. I wouldn't recommend this for family stay where the guests are here from corporates, families may feel some discomfort due guest's evening blues like smoking n drinking which I faced personally.

Courteous Staffs, neat Lenin sheets, clean and spacious bathrooms & toilet, good amount and Branded toiletries. Too much dust in parking lot as it's parked outside hotel and not at basement. Price do not match the food menu, yet the breakfast menu looks great. Overall worth for 3 Cheers!

The Hotel Interiors are good. The staff was courteous. I stayed here for 4 days and had to go through the following. 1) No Car Parking. Need to park the cars on the road, which is fully dusty. By morning the car is full of dust, the hotel doesn't have any house keeping staff or security who can help us clean the car. The basement parking is used for two wheelers and at night even though the basement was empty, cars were not allowed to park. 2) No Hot Water. First 2 days, I didn't get hot water. Third day got a bucket of hot water from the staff. Fourth day, could get hot water only for two people from the taps. 3) Even though I booked the room for 4 people (2 adults + 2 kids), there was only one towel. Toiletries kept only for one person. 4) Valet Parking: cannot trust them a) They broke my key chain b) My car was parked almost to the road, without even properly parked. I had to get back my car to a safer place. I never felt I was in a 3 star hotel.

Very good looking and beautiful rooms. Their concept is very good. But food cost is very high in this hotel. Room ok food not ok. Very expensive.

Rooms is not comfortable. I visit website I see room showed big room. I am directly go to show quitly apposite room.

Very good hotel, conveniently located near by major shopping centres in Hyderabad. The owner and other staff are very helpful and were considerate for allowing us for late check-out. All the rooms are very colourful and vibrant. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely recommend this place.

This themed hotel has a lot of cool looking decor and an attached gym which is a bonus. I wish the room service was 24/7 though. It closes at 10:30 p. M. The restaurant serves great food and the restaurant manager is especially courteous and helpful. Overall, I wish the prices were a bit cheaper but otherwise I had zero complaints and had a pleasant stay.

Avoid this hotel if you are travelling in your own vehicle, there is on street level parking area is very busy and full of dust, the gym is only a namesake facility with two machines, food is very average, room size is average and void of natural light, though the interiors are good and bed is comfortable, would only recommend this place for people who are tight on budget and looking for a neat and clean room.
