Hotel Amar estates is the one of the best place to get relaxed and spend time with family. Hotel provides all the amenities and service is good and friendly. Room are neat and comfort. It is apartment based culture. 4, 5th floors are in service. Prices are reasonable and they provide all kinds of payments. Rooms are air conditioning. Loved the place and like to visit again.

I had booked a room here via Oyo as I was travelling to Hyderabad on a work errand. We had a very bad experience. I got a notification on Oyo saying there is a last moment price drop and my tariff has been reduced. But by the time I reached the hotel, the price was reverted back to original. I called up Oyo team to check why this happened, they seem to have no idea why that happened. I ended up paying the entire amount plus early check-in charges. It caused a hassle and wasted the limited time I had during my 1 day visit. Coming to property itself, I regret booking a room there and don't think I will be going back. The hotel staff are rude and create unnecessary delay for providing even the basic services like breakfast, tv. The property itself is located in a very interior location, more than 1km away from shops, hotels etc. It's not accessible easily. I would advise not to pick this if you have time limitation like I did. You won't get autos close by and have to walk till the main Rd. This becomes a big hassle if you have luggage as well. I had clearly told beforehand that I have to leave early for office and asked to provide breakfast asap. Inspite of oyo's clear policy on complimebtary breakfast, they initially refused to provide until the next day. Then, I clearly told I won't be staying the next day, after a long argument they agreed to provide. All we got was a meagre watery upma and vada, both of them didn't taste good.
