Pleasant ambience. Clean and helpful staff.

I have been at Arpanna for the second time because this hotel is truly an exceptional and excellent hotel. The level of service is excellent compared to other world destinations. Both of my stays are long term (several weeks). The service is very nice, pleasant and friendly. All services are absolutely perfect. Room service is excellent. There's nothing you can reproach.

Very courteous staff. Room very clean and neat. Room service is great. Would definitely recommend this place. AAKASH restaurant also offers great veg food.

They loose out a full rating from us on two things. 1. The pictures we were showed for the room we booked had a mountain view, but in reality they did not give us one. 2. Their restaurant closes at 10pm. Otherwise the rooms are nice, food is ok and service good. This hotel is just about 1.5 kms away from the Arunachala Temple and about 4kms to the Ramana Ashram. Recommend it to families, provided you know very clearly what you are being promised.

Hotel located outside the town. Around 1.4km from temple. Rooms are good and the complimentary breakfast was too good. Staffs are kind. Too many restrictions in hotel… Rooms are costly. Since the hotel is outside the town they can arrange some sort of free shuttle service to temple from hotel… The main purpose of visiting Tiruvannamalai is Girivalam and the hotel can arrange free cabs for the guest to pick and drop from the temple … Since they charge high cost for the room they can provide such free services which will be worth paying for the hotel.

It is a star hotel of Tiruvannamalai city located very near to Arunachala Hill. It has beautiful ambiance besides high class hospitality with a traditional local cosine.

It is one of good hotel in tiruvannamalai apart from himalaya hotel. Food is good and ambience is also good. For staying purpose also you can stay here. It is located few minutes from bus stand.

Fantastic Place to have an Pleasant home stay in the holistic Arunachalam, Tiruvannamalai. We conducted so many Lions meetings there. Excellent atmosphere. Delicious food. It's a very good hotel. We stayed in junior suite. Although it was big for us (2 members) but as we visited Tiruvannamalai on pournomi day and since it was high demand day so we took the suite room. Room is very neat and clean and spacious. Hotel is well maintained one with good ambience. Restaurant is nice and food is okay. Location wise it is just 1.5km from temple and opposite to bus stand. Staff were very nice. Service was very good and prompt.

Brilliant location on the path of Girivalam. The rooms were spacious and neat. The hotel has a decent restaurant and good selection of food. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel staff were standout.

I stayed in arpanaa hotel for one night that is on feb 1st (4 rooms) the front desk was horrible and the response there was very rash there were three people in the front desk only one was very rash his name is SUDHAN. I don’t no why you keep such irresponsible person in the front desk best thing I heard that he the marketing manager for that such a good hotel where he is spooling the name and fame of the hotel. Other than that every thing else was awesome. My humble request to the management is please don’t keep people like Sudham in the front desk

Room service including maid service are extremely poor. We stayed for two nights. Maid put only one mug for coffee we requested another one, but never privided. Maid did not put any drinking water. We asked the maid the give us water. She told us in 10 minutes. Two hoyrs gone by but no water. We called front desk for water. We were told someone will bring water. Another 2 hours gone still no drinking water. May be this is last time we will stay in this hotel.

Its one of the best hotels (3 star) in Tiruvannamalai. Neat and clean — very hygienic. Rooms are spacious, clean toilets, toiletries included, spacious car park, fine dining (with live musical instruments). Overall lovely place — cant ask for more in such a city. Well done guys!

That was a pleasent stay, There approach towards the customers is so pleasing. Maintainance is good. They are known for their yummy food. Every thing is superb mainly cleanly maintaince, good food and good hospitality.

The best option in Tiruvannamalai. No alchohol, no non-veg, the right kind of hotel you want to stay in when you visit a place like this. Have met the owner a few times, very down to earth and spiritual man — very trust worthy place. Restaurant serves less spicy (suitable for travellers/tourists) food — my family enjoyed the ambiance & comfort. Just go ahead and book this one.
