Perfect location for pilgrims to Thiruvanamalai. Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly hotel staff. The hotel was very clean throughout. Onsite free parking. Family friendly. A very special thank to GM Aravind for his hospitality on Karthigai Deepam 2019. Looking forward to my next stay at this hotel.

Rooms were good. Heavenly suite was great. AC was not sufficient even though it was central AC system. Not cooling enough.

"Exceptional" is the word. Stayed here with my family and loved every minute of it. From the rooms to the restaurant, staff behavior and cost everything was the best that I've ever come across. Would strongly recommend it to anyone who just wants to have a good time relaxing.

I had visited the hotel recently for a function. The hotel is located in a main road & can be easily reached with the help of Google maps. The mini hall on the first floor is good enough to accommodate 50 to 60 people. The restaurant is cozy & food was great. Had to park outside in front of the hotel as it was full inside, so not sure how much space is there. The entrance has square stones with cut outs for grass but they haven't put grass. You have to be careful while stepping on it especially elderly people.

Hotel room was good. Nice Reception and courteous staff. Morning complimentary South Indian breakfast was good. But the only dislike is bad odour in the bathroom inspite of its cleanliness. May be the sewage system pipe lines needs to be checked. Otherwise a good hotel to stay with family in Thiruvannamalai.

Nice hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. There is a good in house restaurant. Great place. Would recommend. This is my 2nd stay. However, I just wanted to point out that the door lock wasn't functioning. Hope they look into that. Other than that, as I said, a good hotel especially for families.

I was pleasantly surprised that this was a fine hotel. The staff was very polite and the service was excellent. The rooms were good and clean. The buffet breakfast was good with many varieties. This hotel takes good care of the guests.

Best VIP hotel… Nice ambience just 2 kma from Sri Arunachaleswara temple. Well equipped and well maintained hotel. Most of the celebrities choose this hotel for its eliteness and privacy. The breakfast was amazing. Lot of South and North indian dishes to energize in the morning, the taste was excellent, and I loved their breakfast… Everything is ok. Nice place for short stay.

Could be challenging for single person who values peace and quiet. Stayed for 24 days during Jan, hence my long term experience can say more then those writing reviews about 1-3 day stay. While it's one of best hotels in Tirru, it's too noisy due to it's high reputation and demand. EG: Regular street vendors selling vegetables with truck loudspeakers will be heard, even through the hotels noise-proof windows. And next door mechanic shop always make plenty of typical chaotic Indian noise, and plays music to 7am in the morning. Even though they're noise-proof windows, all these sounds are still noticeable. Although staying 1-5 days, you won't mind at all. Also the way the hall is designed in Hotel — it reverberates speech and hence amplifying every sound/talk. It basically means when visitors who are CONSTANTLY coming and going speak in the hall… every single room will get a dose of their excitement. And when groups comes (as they do), you'll have constant doors shutting and talking in hall for hours. Once again, staying 1-5 days won't matter… but for long term stay… it's completely unacceptable for $60+ per night. What's more, after visitors leave, Indian cleaning staff are cleaning rooms and always talking, so more noise in the hall, hence in your room. Otherwise, everything is super top notch about hotel. Unfortunately it's high reputation and demand will no longer cause me to come back again. Short term less then 5 days is totally acceptable.

This is probably one of the best places to stay and eat at Thiruvannamalai. The restaurant is clean and neat. The complimentary buffet breakfast is tasty and good — the spread is also good. Rooms are pretty neat and good. Staff are very kind and friendly. There is limited covered car parking. There is plenty of space for open parking. I like this place. I wish they maintain it over the years to come.

Constant means you won't find a single hour in both day and night with total noise freedom. Even at night, if it's not in the hotel with talking, doors knocking… then it's outside with right next door Indian music happening. The only option is to opt in for Executive which is most expense and last level to top. That way, most can't afford it, so you won't get much visitor talking. What's more, after visitors leave, the the Indian cleaning staff are cleaning rooms and always talking, so more noise. Otherwise, everything is super top notch about hotel. Unfortunately it's high reputation and demand will no longer cause me to come back again. Short term less then 5 days is totally acceptable. But 10+, good luck not having some kind of ear plugs or noise cancellation headphones.

Good Place to dine in Tiruvannamalai I like the ambiance inside and they seem to have buffet options for dinner it has price dad around 250 rupees per person and I think it's a very nominal and unacceptable price we went for a birthday function to this place and the hall was really good and trendy but the dining is on the second floor which doesn't have AC. So it was not that friendly when it is the month of May. They have ample parking space and lodging too. This place is closer to the temple and is recommended for Travellers who were there to visit the temple.

We stayed for one night. The place looking new, I understand, it is a brand new property. It is well maintained and service quality was good. Rooms were decent, the only issue we faced was fan on our room was making noise. Temple is around 10 minutes raid from the hotel and Ashram will take around 15 minutes max. They have a good vegetarian restaurant. Food quality is decent. Overall satisfying experience…

I love this hotel! The decorations are beautiful. Rooms have American outlets so that travelers can charge phones, dry hair, and other stuff with their American products. The rooms are a nice size. The bathroom comes with standard amenities. There's only a couple of elevators that are really slow, but other than that it's a cool place to stay when you're passing through. We stayed here when traveling from Chennai to Guntur. The staff are very friendly. I recommend this place to all travelers. It's also close to the temple.

Best place to stay while in Tiruvannamalai. Book online through third party sites to get cheaper rates. Quality of the food is the best part. The only restaurant in town with a see through kitchen. Courteous staff, clean place, delicious food. Will never get a feel that you are staying in sub urban Indian town.

The hotel was really nice. The rooms are spacious. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was nice & cold, and the staff are friendly. The elevator is small and slow, but not complaining. They have a restaurant attached that serves tasty food. Overall I'd definitely recommend staying at this hotel! It's the nicest hotel in the area!

Pleasant stay! Clean rooms, luxorious finish, nice complimentary South Indian breakfast and a courteous staff for service at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for people visiting tiruvannamalai temple. We actually checked in at 3am here with family after having a bitter experience with a so called resorts and hotels close by! Good job Himalaya hotel! Keep it up!

Strategically located at the foot of holy Arunachala, with some rooms with dirrct and close view to the mountain, this is a very good hotel. Restaurant with great food and service, and all staff helpful.

Came here not expecting much because this is a small town but the service and room amenities are as good as a 3 star hotel in Chennai. Breakfast spread is good as well. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

Good hospitality and prompt room service, excellent vegetarian restaurant (buffet & À la carte) with a few but 'well prepared' variants of continental and Mexican dishes to add to the experience. Good complimentary south Indian breakfast. Most rooms with a good view of the hills.

It was a fantastic place to stay. Reception and hospitality is excellent. I enjoyed the food very much. It shows that a great care is taken in deciding the menu. Never I had experienced such food. I feel to visit once again.
