Went for dinner last day with my parents. We opted for buffet. Most of the dishes were cold and cooked on previous day. By tasting I could felt food has been reheated for the evening. I had pine apple fried which was cold and tasted as if was cooked two days back. After dinner the same day I vomitted. I have had buffet from here past 5-6 years. This time will be the last. Overall horrible…

My family and I had buffet lunch at the restaurant in Park Rajadhani recently. The buffet had cost around Rs. 320 per head (Saturday afternoon). The spread was nice, and service was good. The veg and non-refundable items are neatly separated and labelled. There is also a live Appam counter. The hotel is located very conveniently near Ulloor junction — but the access road to the property is a bit narrow. This might cause issue particularly if you are there, and there has been some function in Park Rajadhani. Though I can't much fault with the buffet options, I would have loved to see more starter and drinks options.

Nice place for all functions birthday, anniversary, conference etc. Large Menu of Food items available in traditional kerala, continental, chinese. Buffet is the highlight where huge varieties are provided like no other restaurants. Ambient parking space is available for both two wheeler and four wheeler. Rooms also available and Roof top party area is also provided.

Their buffet lunch is really good with a wide spread of veg as well as non veg varieties. It also includes a good selection of sweet dishes. However the buffet area is open with out Ac and in peak summer it can be uncomfortable. Still the buffet lunch here is value for money. They have other Ac dining options also where one can have ala carte.

Very nice place to conduct party. Very good customer service… Quality food and accommodation.

Provides dinner buffet. The price is affordable. Some dishes are great. But the bread items were poor. The live counters were nice. The dessert was just ordinary. The pudding was good but payasam was poor. Parking available.

Famous for buffet lunches and dinner. Affordable rate of 300 per head + taxes. Good ambience also. Lot of halls are available including conference halls and mini auditorium. Ideal place for birthday parties and engagement parties. Mini halls can accommodate around 100 people. A/c halls. Outdoor Park area also available. Like other hotels of Rajadhani group, Park Rajadhani s also very good one.

The food is good! but the open restaurant on top is just too hot! More ceiling fans need to be in place or they should provide some sort of mechanism to cool the place down! the ambiance is not too great either.

I was here with a family for traditional Kerala buffet lunch. It was a good experience. The food tasted good and service was average. It's a nice place to just go eat and relax a bit with friends and families. However, I would suggest to book your seats prior your visit as the nicer, cozy places were reserved for the ones who did. There is also a small playing area for children which is readily accessible to all guests.

Provides a great ambience for family and friends alike. Well maintained rooms and service excellent. It has forest themed restaurant. Food is decent compared to the exorbitant cost. But has great atmosphere and the service provided is just first class. Its a beer parlour also. So I would rate 4.5/5 for this place. Keep up the good work!

An old institution providing wide variety of hospitality services to people. Nice ambience with good set service minded staff is a speciality. Good quality food served to people at affordable rate. I will recommend this place for official gatherings as well non formal gatherings.

It's a good place to have food and beverage with family, friends or colleagues. The ambiance is too good to spend time inside. In the evening you will be presented with live music while having your dinner. Even you can try your song with them too. The surrounding is kept clean and green. And the parking area is good enough to keep a large number of cars inside.

It's a nice place to spend time in the evenings. A la carte is okay but buffets are poor. Good parking facilities and a plus point is the children's playground. I recommend families to bring their kids.

Had a dinner buffet there. The ambience was quite good with many tasty dishes. My suggestion is to include more bread options instead of too much rice varieties as it was a dinner buffet. Some salads had not so fresh vegetables.

Had ordered food for 20 guest from here. Food was good and had enough quantity. Price reasonable. They had delivered the food at home in time.

The worst veg food I ever tested. Last night visited, the garden restaurant at the down stairs. The preparation was like you won't feel taking it. Almost all starters were burnt. Dpn't try it. Its quality has come down like anything.

Ambience is good. But the servicing is poor, it takes a lot of time to get the eateries. Recommended to order all the food together otherwise u will end up with empty plates and glass of beer :P.

Going out for a buffet this is one of the low cost options in the town. But the service and food is not so great. And the restaurant is not air-conditioned.

The place was filthy. The wall next to our table was covered in fungus. Poor service. Wouldnt recommend the place to anyone.

This is a FILTHY hotel, it is very poorly maintained. Also try not to eat at buffet. I saw a lady scratch the dirt off of the desert spoons near the buffet counter, then she was setting those very same spoons on the buffet counter. They're obviously not doing a good job washing these things, but it is systemic; their management places very little emphasis on cleanliness or service. Take your money somewhere else, maybe put in a few extra bucks, or even the Government Hotels nearby are far better.

Very bad food and even we found stones in biriyani and when we complaint about the issue with the Resturant manager. But no luck they given me a nice bill … Worst experience.
