Excellent hotel with experienced staff. We had a nice time @ the keys cafe restaurant with variety of food. Nice welcoming by the securities and reception team. Keep up the good work.

I had visit in Thiruvananthapuram last week. I was stayed in Keys. The hotel is very near to Railway Station. Had a very good experience in the hotel. Staffs were very friendly. All areas are neat and clean. Rate wise also it is value for money. I really recommended this hotel to every one.

Good place to stay, courteous staff. Good food. (We had breakfast and dinner). Restaurant has good ambiance. But a few things amiss. In the bath, there is no curtain to block water spluttering to the so-called dry area. (Could see the unused spring-loaded curtain-string retracted in its casement). The shaving bowl-holder, loose on its two screws on the sidewall, fell on my foot while I was in front of the mirror. And if one wishes to use the toilet at night, light from the bath falls into the bedroom through' the transparent wall, disturbing sleep of others…

Good business hotel located in the heart of the city. MMT offers good discount for the keys hotels. Breakfast is also good. But only disappointment is about the toiletries. They will keep only on soap and shampoo in the bathroom.

A good. Place to stay for business people. Centrally located close to rly station and has many cafes and hotels near by for local food. There is an in-house restaurant which serves good food the breakfast buffet is a good spread a mix of south indian, north indian and local kerala dishes. The rooms are small but clean and serves the purpose. Overall I recommend for all Business travel.

Very excellent service nice location good customer service keep on rocking. Brilliant team work and we can feel the full happiness. Appreciated all the employees of keys for their wonderful mind blowing service. Really thanks to everyone.

Clean rooms. Good staff. Location is closer to the central railway station. Airport is a bit far off. Food is good. Rooms are small. Ideal for business traveller.

Comfortable stay, good quality service @ front office… only problem here is with the check in timings, you may have to wait at the lobby till your room is allotted, if you check in before the hotel's check in time… me was made to wait from 4. AM to 8.30 AM once. If you need a room early morning, before 10 Am you need to book your room from the previous day itself. Food is too good, consider this to be a one worth the money, overall.

Excellent, well maintained hotel at an affordable rate. Customer centric staff who really ensure that their guests have a comfortable stay. Worth every penny spent. Would love to give a 7 star rating, if possible.

Its a Nice hotel. Am a pizza delivery boy. The wont allow us to door delivery. When we reach there we will inform receptionist and they were call the guest. The guest want to come downstairs. There is my problem, guest takes more than 5-10 minutes. We want to wait downstairs till the guest reach downstairs. It delays my next order. In some hotels they were allow door delivery. Some hotels wont allow, but they do a good thing receptionists pay us. Its wont delays my next order. Thats only my problem.

Nice hotel. A few meters away from usual traffic. But no scenic views from hotel. Good for stay for business purpose.

Nice clean hotel. Phony staff though. Queen sized beds in standard rooms, so beware if you are travelling with kids. Comfortable experience otherwise.

It's a very good hotel for comfortable living. Their hospitality, attention and attending of the customers are very good. Variety and quality of food are worthy to be mentioned. The persons who work there are very cooperative and helpful. It is a very reliable hotel.

I was shocked to see dampness in the room, broken curtains, Lack of hospitality. Staying here is not value for money, distasteful breakfast and restaurant staff lacked training for a 4 star hotel.

Good amenities, good rooms, but the rooms are not maintained in a proper way. It should be in more clean. Corridor carpet is Stinky and bad odour. Their breakfast menu is superb.

Fell in love with this place. The rooms are simple and comfortable. And the breakfast lunch and dinner spread is comparable to a 5 Star Hotel. Very friendly and attentive staff. I'm so glad my tour operator booked this hotel. Will visit here whenever I return to Thiruvananthapuram.

Wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the hospitality of the management. The breakfast buffet was really good. The restaurant has a wide variety of food choices both north and south Indian cuisines. Overall had a nice experience. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel located with just a Km away from Trivandrum Central railway station, good room size, clean & hygiene. Very good restaurant with decent choice. Staff is friendly & speaks Hindi too. Separate floor with smoking rooms. Only problem was old chair & couches.

Great hotel! Though comparing to other key hotels, the rooms look bit old, but the breakfast was too good with lots of varieties. A good place to stay.

Just spent a night here to attend an event the following day. It seemed a peaceful place, with a decent restaurant. It is in the centre of the city and most places in town are easy to reach. There is no bar but… Which is the one drawback.

Very good facilities. Quite a very hygienic hotel. Food is a very good. Staff help you with the smallest issues and very big rooms.

It’s a great place to stay… Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Breakfast were very good and delicious… Rooms are cool while outside is very hot. Rooms ambience is good. Room service is poor. Easy access from the main city points.

Conference hall is good with good chair and light arrangements. Buffet dinner can be improved with addition of few vegetarian recipes and chappathis/naan along with rice varieties. Food tasted good.

We stayed here over the weekend. We came here at 7:30am on Saturday morning only to find out that they have coolly ignore our early check-in request (at time of reservation) and have no room ready for us. After few quick angry exchanges with staff, they somehow managed to provide us a room that by luck someone was checking out of. Not a great start for our first stay here. Their breakfast buffet offered quite a good spread for ₹250. Rooms were clean, modern and comfy. They arrange cabs for day trips in a jiffy (little expensive cabs but very courteous drivers who know the locality very well). Room service is a little slow and portion/quantity was very small when we ordered veg curry through room service. I have given 4stars just for clean & comfy rooms, convenient location near railway station (10min by car, 2km), value for money, and courteous staff at reception.

The rooms are pretty good and their services as well. Whenever I visit trivandrum I prefer to stay in keys. Only the breakfast buffet doesn't have much to choose for. Else it is a good place to stay.

Rooms are small, rather quaint, but good for the price. Service is very good — staff are very friendly, and it feels genuine rather than trained into them. Breakfast buffet was decent, but all vegetarian, except for the egg station. Great bang for buck, overall. Not much more to say about it.

Stayed here for two days. In a A/c room. Had a comfortable stay. All the rooms however do not seem to be equally well kept. So depends on your luck as to which one you get.

This is a wonderful place to stay in if you're in Trivandrum. Centrally located, helpful staff, clean rooms and good food, all make this an excellent deal! I did not have to worry about anything. All I required was arranged at the earliest.

Recently I had to reserve two rooms for few of my friends for a family occasion. All of my friends simply loved their stay. The interiors, management, ambience all were heartily satisfactory. The rooms were really quiet and cozy. They provide a great complimentary free breakfast with a lot of options. Complimentary Wi-Fi services was good too. I would really recommend them for their services again!

Really nice rooms. Clean and maintained. They have free Wi-Fi (and paid, for high speed) facility inside the hotel. Reception and housekeeping staff are really nice. The food too is great (I had a complementary breakfast along with room rent, not sure if its common for all plans). Overall, great experience. Would definitely choose again!

We have stayed in keys hotel for 2 days with family. Good budget hotel with good food. Buffet breakfast was good. The corridors can be kept little more clean. Room service staff are courteous. Pool table at the reception is good time pass for kids. Front office staff are very helpful.

Excellent budget hotel for the price paid. Very professional and well trained staff. All amenities are maintained. Location is excellent as it is close to the railway station and bus stand (I walked from the station to the hotel, it took 10 minutes). Lot of space for parking.

Please don't be fooled by the cheap price, this hotel is absolutely filthy and not to mention stinky, under no circumstance do stay at this hotel. Also, their free breakfast buffet is awful, it's better to not eat their disgusting and stale food, hotel Mascot is far better, and it's cheaper too, but I am sure there are even better hotels than that, just keep lookin around, but DO NOT STAY AT KEYS.
