Nice and clean rooms, very quiet and peaceful area, beautiful garden to chill out in, good breakfast options, very friendly and helpful staff. Definitely one of the best accomodation experience we had in Kerala.

We took private taxi from Verkala Beach to Kollam main Jetty. Owner personally picked us up and brought us to the villas. Waterfront homestay with very well planned facilities. Bathroom was very nice and definitely one of the better ones during my 5 weeks travel in India. Room had great Wi-Fi and had American outlets. Restaurant seemed a bit rudimentary with basic menu. Owner does great job setting up an itinerary depending upon your interest with fair market prices and cost. We did the canoe around Munroe island for about 750 per person, including transport. Highly recommend as it is better, more tranquil, and less touristy than Alleppy. No laundry services. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friend.
