Great stay! The staff is friendly, courteous, and kind. The breakfast in the morning was hot and fresh. The scrambled eggs and waffles were delicious. My family enjoyed the yogurt cups, bagels and cream cheese, and variety of bread and English muffins to toast. I highly recommend staying here, it was close to the freeway and the views were nice of the local cityscape.

This place used to be really really great 5 to 10 years ago cuz I remember it. Maybe they had an off day. But both the clerk to check me in and the clerk to check me out did not perform the duties that they said they were going to perform. Which means my bill was wrong because the check-in clerk didn't do his job. The clerk at the front desk when check out couldn't take care of it when I checked out. Sole days later I check my bank statement and the credit I was supposed to get wasn't there. Finally I had to call the manager which finally took care of it. The clerk's either need to be retrained because they don't know what the heck they are doing. I really cannot recommend this location as I would most LaQuinta.

We enjoyed out stay here! There was a hot scrambled egg breakfast in the morning, and cold breakfast options too. I liked making waffles and trying everything they had to offer. The staff is kind, courteous, and friendly. Be sure to stay here on your trip to Albuquerque.

Quick and easy check in. Comfy bed and working bathroom. Two thumbs up. Get there early for a nice spot. Parking was limited when I arrived.

We stopped here on our way to Tucson. My husband was driving a 26' truck with a 1950 pickup on a auto hauler & I was driving a Durango with our 10 year-old puppy Apollo in it. When we pulled in the parking lot was full. They made accommodations for the big truck. They also made sure that security kept a good eye on the truck — which they did. Everyone at this hotel was very, very nice. We always stay at this hotel when we are in the area.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. They don't charge a pet fee. Breakfast didn't have many options for anyone with dietary restrictions. But the staff working the breakfast when we stayed are very sweet. Rooms could use an update.

Good place to rest with family.

My room is big and clean. The lobby area is nice and there are lots of tables in the breakfast area. The things keeping me from 5 stars is that the free breakfast isn't as good as some. Also, one side of the model us very noisy, as it is very close to the freeway. I asked to change sides and that request was easily accomplished. The staff are all very friendly and efficient.

This is a good hotel to stay, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Note that they have rooms with either 1 king bed or 2 full beds. We were expecting 2 queen beds which is very common and had to buy an extra inflatable bed to be comfortable. Breakfast is ok, the breakfast room — which is the hotel lobby — is spacious. It can get noisy outside early mornings on week days.

It gave off "classic hotel" vibes — nice, wide, carpeted hallways, high celings, tan/red/cream/green palette and decor in the public areas; a calming, clean, comfortable aesthetic. The staff was friendly and enthusiastic about our comfort. The rooms were sparse in typical La Quinta style, with comfortable beds and clean bathroom. The bathroom doors were slinging saloon style, which was funny. I would book here again quite happily.

A pleasant surprise! The property is dated but clean and looks like it was well cared for. If you want modern and sleek then it is not for you. The pool area was nice and there is an excellent Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Couldn’t get the room door open. How many rooms have you been in that you have to lift the door handle up to open. Had to get the desk clerk to show me how to open the stupid door. Took a shower. Noticed when I was stepping out that the floor was flooded. The shower head doesn’t even spray on the curtain. Used all the towels they provided but the floor still had standing water. Called the front desk before 930. They said we’ll send someone right up. I was waiting until midnight then went to bed to try and sleep. Hardly possible because of the noises coming from all around. Doors opening and shutting, people in the hall talking like they were in your room. Very loud! Dogs barking down the hall. I choose La Quinta even if I pay more because I have never been let down. This stay now has me thinking of turning in my rewards card.

Like I told my mom “New La Quinta hotels are amazing! From the modern bright look of the lobby. To the comfy relaxing beds in the room. Our room had more outlets and usb charging stations than you could count! Which is amazing because so travel with too many devices and I never have enough outlets. The staff was friendly and made the check in/out process smooth. Great hotel clean, quite and inviting!

Large and spacious room, easy access parking, very good reception and a real breakfast.
For a halt between Clinton and Las Vegas, the price is largely justifying.

Nice comfortable clean hotel. Has a really good gym. The breakfast left a bit to be desired for me. They ran out or very low on certain items. All in all I would return. But that would be after considering other options.

Considering this is a pet friendly hotel, normally making it my last choice I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. Very comfortable beds, and nice staff. Will absolutely stay here again.

One of the nicest rooms we have had at a LaQuinta! Pleasant and well run breakfast room. Seamless check in and check out. Interior is fresh and clean. We will stay here again.

Came here out of state. The hotel itself presents itself to be clean. Got to my room and there is crayon on the walls and the bathroom is filled with dust. Woke up in the morning expecting a good breakfast day one biscuits and gravy. Day two biscuits and gravy. Day three guess what? Biscuits and gravy. Where’s the bacon?

Check in was smooth with a very helpful and friendly clerk. The hotel booking service had told me there was a microwave and a refrigerator there was neither which was disappointing. The room was nice size with a nice layout and was a very good value for the dollar. The breakfast didn't have too much selection but I guess you can't expect that for this price. Overall I was satisfied with the stay and the location was very good.

The room was fine, however I've been to a newer La Quinta Inn & Suites recently so comparing the two, this one was definitely a downgrade, but still nice. We requested a first floor room & they accommodated us with no problem. My only issue with the room was we booked double beds and neither were super clean. One bed had a long strand of hair in between the sheets, the other, idk. However, since it was my husband and I, we just slept in the cleaner of the two. We were only there for about 8 hrs so it worked just fine.

We had a great 5 nights at your location. The staff is to be commended for amazing service, friendliness, and very welcoming. Any issues we had were addressed immediately and efficiently. Our room was cleaned each day and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. A shout-out to Shawnee, the front desk manager, who went above and beyond what was necessary each day. Coral, the head housekeeper, as well as the maintenance man, were exceptional as well. Hats off to the entire staff. Thank you for making our stay incredible.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. These folks were life savers. We were on a five week RV trip, and had a mechanical breakdown. We couldn't stay in the RV while it was being worked on, and we have two cats. These folks came to the rescue, only a few miles from the shop. Gave us a suite for the cats on a day by day extension until our coach was repaired. Each day we expected to leave, only to find the parts hadn't come in as expected, or the installation took longer than expected. Each time, no problem. Add to that the comfortable spacious rooms, good breakfast, and empathetic, helpful staff, and you couldn't go wrong. You folks saved our trip.

We often go on road trips with our dogs and we stay with La Quinta where ever possible. They're always clean & dog friendly. Unfortunately this time our room smelled like dog urine. Housekeeping came to the room and sprayed the carpet with something & sprayed an air freshener, but it just covered up the odor. An hour later, the spray wore off and the urine smell remained. I know how difficult it is to pet odors out of carpet, but something needs to be done. The best thing would be to replace the carpet with a laminate flooring. We have been to other La Quintas that have "Dog friendly" rooms with laminate flooring, no dust ruffles on beds & plastic sheets on the beds.

First time in a La Quinta Inn. First room we were put in was extremely odorous. Went down to the front desk and the employees were very accommodating and switched us to a much cleaner room. The night stay was uneventful, breakfast was waffles and fruit. I would recommend this hotel as well as stay again.

I have visited many LA Quinta and as a whole I love them, but this particular one was much older and did not hold the same comfort as I have come to expect from LA Quinta. The rooms were fine but they only had one elevator that got cramped very fast. The coffee was terrible as was the breakfast. It was not so terrible that I advise no one to ever go, but it was not my beat LA Quinta stay.

Well it seemed like a really nice hotel at the beginning. But then there was no fridge. I called down to the desk and she said that there were only a select rooms that had them. Later when leaving to go eat we saw a maintenance person in the hallway with a fridge and we mentioned wanting one in our room, he said yeah just call downstairs and they will put one in. What!? Why didn't the front desk say that before when I called? Ended up with no fridge, oh and there's no microwave because maintenance had already left for the day and they have them all under lock and key. Then we needed an extra blanket, figuring it would be quicker to go down we asked the front desk person fr one and she said she didn't have any. She'd have to call maid service to figure out where one is. An hour later we have a blanket. Then as I took a shower the tub filled up over my ankles. There's also a "charging station" attached to the desk that is broken. The pull out bed was thing and very used! You could feel the indentation in the mattress. The breakfast is horrible… very cheaply done. The coffee was awful, they use off brand cereal, everything else was in a prepackage, so nothing fresh. Worst hotel so far.

A 1 night stay was fine, only complaints were for the breakfast was not as good as other La Quintas we have stated at. The bathroom tub wasn't clean looking, I did not want to give my kid a bath in it. We just opted for a quick shower. The carts to move luggage was difficult to use.

Summary based on a single one night stay: — got put next to the Interstate, though we asked for a quiet room. Noise wasn't as bad as might be expected and got a view of some hot air balloons the next morning — older hotel, but clean and comfortable — easy, free parking — ok, free internet — ok, free breakfast — some discounts possible when booking direct I'd probably stay here again if the price was competitive.

Clean, super friendly, great room. I will definitely stay here again if the need arises! My dog is super happy and she gets to stay for free! Not many hotels offer a free pet policy on top of excellent customer service and clean rooms. I always look for LaQuinta first and I don't think I've ever been disappointed. We are husband and wife truck drivers with our fur kid. Occasionally we have to get a hotel. You can't really beat the price for what you get.

Very accommodating but too pricey parking lot security made me feel comfortable but nervous at the same time. Makes me think it's a bad area.

Me and my fiance went here for Valentine's day gotta say we loved it very nice friendly staff we got the 2 king size bed luxury it was very nice very clean and comfortable. Will go again sometime soon. I will recommend to a family member who comes to visit me and my fiance.

Used our free night on Saturday March 19th. We were pleasantly surprised. The staff was great, the room was clean and the whole place quieted down around 9:30. Great night sleep!

VERY nice rooms. Wonderful location. The bed is super comfortable which is a biggie for me. Nicely decorated and QUIET. I had a excellent experience.

Clean rooms, free breakfast, free internet, low price, Nice ubication very close to hwy, and downtown area, restaurants around. And the best of it,, they have enough shower tollels. That's great.

So, we got to our room after a 10 hour drive. We brought in some TV dinners to cook in our room and found that the room didn't have a microwave. So we called the front desk about and they said that two bed room didn't come with a microwave. Admittedly, when we booked the room; we didn't look specifically for a microwave. But, should we really need to? Also, their hot breakfast was not hot. Lots of pre packaged muffin, bagels, and cold hard boiled eggs. Having a waffle maker does not a hot breakfast make. I'm very disappointed and will not being stay in that La Quintana again.

Nice hotel with a great location. Close to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing that we can think of is there are not enough trash cans in the hotel room. One isn't enough. :)

The inn was easy to find, just off the freeway. The room was quiet and clean for a pet room, staff was courteous and very friendly. I love that I don't have to pay extra for the dogs. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable and the elevator seemed to need some maintenance, but then again, I hate the things. Great place to stay overall. We will continue to stay with them on our travels.

It's always a great place to stay at it was a relaxing enjoying time.

This hotel is right next to I-40 and if you get a room on that side of the hotel, prepare to hear ALOT of noise at all times of the day/night. There was also no pet area, the little strip of grass that there was, nobody picked up after their dogs it was disgusting. It is walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings and close to a lot of other restaurants and stores which was a plus.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest LA Quinta we've stayed in.

We ride bicycles and a good breakfast is essential to us having a good ride. Therefore when we made our reservations we asked specifically about the "hot breakfast" and the young lady who took our reservation LIED to us about what this "hot breakfast" is. We were assured that a hot egg-cheese omelet was part of the breakfast. NOT SO! Their supposed "hot breakfast" consists of a bunch of cheap carbohydrates: old fruit, instant sugary oatmeal, packaged bagels, some fruit juice, and COLD hard boiled eggs (huh? ). The HOT part consists of self-serve "waffles" with syrup and hot coffee. We were not offered ANY kind of amends when we brought this up to the woman in charge of the breakfast. The internet also was a HUGE disappointment. The speed was even slower (yes, really) than my old dial-up. No kidding! I gave up using it, which added to the delay in our bicycling plans. Yes, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. But so what? Other much less expensive motels are also clean and the staff friendly. Restaurants abound in Albuquerque. We had hoped to save time and start our ride a little early. We wound up eating a late breakfast at a restaurant that had free Wi-Fi. Our bike ride started two hours later than we had intended and we wound up riding into a VERY HOT early afternoon. None of this would have happened if that young lady who took our reservations had not lied to us about this supposed "Hot breakfast". Go figure. Gilbert in El Paso, Texas.

A real nice room. Its layout (One King Bed) was different than the typical hotel room which made it nice. I was in town for work and require the use of internet. The so called "High Speed Internet" was anything but high speed. For the techies out there, the download speed was. 8 Mbps. At this speed just email was a struggle to get to my computer. Its a bit upsetting to me that places will advertise "High Speed Internet" just to get your business, but only pay for the cheapest (and slowest) service they can get, but they have internet! When the front desk called me to ask about how I liked the room, I mentioned the poor internet service, they made no efforts to fix. For the Business person, I would look somewhere else to stay. If you have no plans to use the internet, or the internet is not that important to you, this place is a nice place to stay. I will be returning in the near future, but will be looking for a room elsewhere.

I think La Quinta is the best of the mid-tier hotels. Clean, nicely furnished rooms, free internet that actually works, free breakfast, comfortable beds, and decent lighting for a reasonable price.

Great place to stay. Our room was large, well furnished, and very clean. I was surprised to find that despite being literally yards from the Interstate it was very quiet. Wi-Fi works quite well. Breakfast was good. Best part was the hospitality. Bianca couldn't do enough for us — very friendly welcoming attitude; early check in; called to see if the room was OK; directions in the local area; etc, etc, etc, She definitely went out of her way to accommodate us. Next time we're in Albuquerque we'll definitely stay here.

Staff was Great, I had issues with a humming noise that was vibrating the fifth floor. It was making me nauseous, and the staff let me check out a couple of different rooms until I one that wasn't vibrating, ended up two floors down. But they were so nice about it. I've never complained about a room before, and they handled it great. Also, the rooms were very clean, and no hassle about our pet. Although there was a misunderstanding in communication. I said, I might put my dog in the car while I come in to get a plate of breakfast to go. And for some reason the employee thought I was saying I was going to leave my dog in the car all night, and started freaking out like a nut. But other than that, the stay was pretty good.
