We went to royal afghan… which had nice ambiance and great people to serve Der … over all it was good experience over der …

People were with dignity delightful n friendly, curtious staff, great food we went to Raj pavilion n ordered al a carte great taste service was excellent will delight fully visit to try buffet next time.

Outdated and tatty rooms. Staff lovely and can’t do enough for you but let down by the standard of the hotel… seems a bit all fur coat no knickers. If you get my drift!

An ITC experience par excellence. This is a very well located hotel. Combine that with great facilities, and hospitality, and what you get is an experience like no other. Must Try the celebrated restaurants… at least once… its expensive but an awesome experience for sure.

Great Hotel Ambiance. Of you like to se old European art and well as mirror work, just take a walk around lobby. You would be delighted. I went past midnight and as the lobby was empty I got time to examine lots of good work of art.

Very a beautiful restaurant with well thought out layout. Nice seating arrangements. Lovely staff and amenities. Cost, well it's on the extreme side, but it's not really every day you decide to pamper yourself huh? Any ways would love to visit ones more with me wife.

I mostly stay in this property on my visit to Bangalore. The best buffet breakfast in the town! Very tasty food, excellent service, very well planned rooms and amenities, a fantastic gym are some of the highlights. The staff are extremely courteous too. The dinner buffet though is a tad let down. Nothing compared to the breakfast. And oh! Fabelle chocolates are truly amazing.

Worth the money! May be needs a little modernization. Good food. Very heavy. Too much cream. Salads are fabulous. Didn't stay so can't comment on the same.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. The real advantage it's a old building. History to it. Place is little difficult to access if you are new to area. Google maps also failed to locate right route. Dinner was amazing as expected from ITC.

If you want to experience the old world luxury… A stay at this hotel is a must. The hotel rooms especially the manor and the tower rooms are a must stay. One of the rooms I had stayed in, opened up to a garden (I was staying on the 5th floor) calling it beautiful would be an understatement. The food (needless to say) is one of the best. The hotel is in the heart of Bangalore city and your next door neighbors are the ministers & the CM of Karnataka.

The interiors are wonderful. Absolutely themed on the Colonial era and how. This place reminds of an old army mess. Only much classier and luxurious. The service, staff and food, all are excellent. The bar is stocked with the finest stuff and their cocktails are a class apart. Not to mentioned quite reasonably priced.

Like every 5 star hotel, it's lovely from inside. The 24 hour restaurant is one of the reasons I like going there. It's the perfect place to curb your middle of the night dessert cravings in Bangalore. Placed centrally in the city it's convenient to reach from wherever one lives.

Can’t say enough about this place! We had our wedding here and loved every bit of it. Amazing staff, finger licking good food and every bit of this place oozes luxury. We later spent a night there in one of the suites in the old wing and it was lovely as well. Have had a couple of dinners in two of their restaurants which was really really good too. Nothing less than what you expect from a luxury hotel!

A beautiful property in Bangalore situated amidst the hustle bustle of city life. The grandeur of the property attracts most of the people. It’s an luxury five star hotel located centrally in the heart of the city. The stuff are really good and will make you feel at home. The interior is subtly royal and urbane. You will always feel to view more for this property and pray your stay never comes to an end.

Visited the south Indian restaurant here. The ambience was excellent with live music. Food was yum and staff also helped us out. The place surely does bring out the richness in our Indian food. Must try place for everyone.

Wonderful staff. At tower all are wonderful. The restaurants are proposing a very high quality and variety of food. Bar tender amazingly nice and spontaneous helpful and professionals. Definitely a place to stay. Thank you to all.

Beautiful hotel with colonial and British accents. A bit outdated but very pleasant stay. Indian restaurant very well, watch out for taxes that quickly add to the bill. Irish Pub.
Pool and massage.

Honestly love this place so much! met the dalai lama here. The whole place is adorned with red carpets and all kinds of decor which just add to the experience. Can't wait to come back! also the food and ambiance are amazing:)

Beautiful hotel with beautiful gardens. Perfect service, very caring. The food is excellent. The room is large, very chic. The hotel is quiet. A gallery with stalls is directly accessible. The only downside is the bathtub. It should be renovated.

Hotel with a lot of charm. The staff are very considerate. The colonial style decoration is superb. The services on offer are excellent: swimming pool, gym, spa. The massages are of high quality.

Best in its class, superb hotel, And the cleanliness of the room and the hotel is fascinating. The hotel is centrally located and off to the side with a private roadway. Due to the fact that it sits back and away from the main road, it is quiet. The property has several great restaurants, typical of Welcome group of hotels. The hotel was very gracious in all what they offered with the package as well as with their buffet spread. The food was just superb.

One of the iconic properties in Bangalore this will certainly remind you of an era gone by. The Jolly nabobs restaurant at this hotel is one of my favourite places to eat in Bangalore. If you are in town over the weekend to visit them on Sunday for the brunch which is, in my opinion, one of the best in town.

Nice hotel. Welcoming staff. Comfortable bedding.

Great place to stay. Very close to the city centre. One can get to play a round of golf in the Bangalore Golf course which is just opposite. They have quite a few restaurants. They have a great midnight buffet. The place has a very old British era feel to it. The service is excellent, great rooms. The Dublin is one of the best places for good food.

After renovation the hotel looks really good. The food was great. The service was also commendable. Since it was a office event I don't know much about the pricing.

This is part of ITC group of hotels. It is a luxury hotel which is part of the Bangalore history. The building is a British colonial structure and a beautiful one. The restaurant are very nice and chic. The service, food, standard is all elite. The hotel itself has a small flyover bridge for it's entry. The movie Puhpak vimana was shot here.

Visited the Raj Pavilion restaurant and had a wonderful buffet dinner. Good food, great service, friendly staff. Very expensive though, but worth it if the occasion is special…

Nice hotel for a stay or for a lunch.

Lovely piece of history. Staff is very friendly. Even fellow travelers are very friendly. It's great to intact with the hotel's architecture. The chocolate boutique, and other restaurants are great to enjoy time with friends and family. The view is the building standing next to the swimming pool is just breathtaking. Charges are decent, rooms are lovely. Though not that big. View from the room too is not that great.

The hotel is very warm and welcoming, the staff is friendly and willing to always help, sit outside by the pool and sip drinks or enjoy finger licking kebabs at the royal afghan. Grab a pint at the Irish themed Dublin. Worth visiting the hotel.

There were live insects on the bags kept ik the drawers. Dead insects on the shower caps.
Breakfast — most of the items were bland, probably to accomodate the foreign population. Waffles and khichdi were good. The final checkout was painful. They generated a wrong bill the first time. I was denied complimentary airport transfer, which by the way, was part of my package. Certainly not staying here again. Update: Received a call from Mr. Himanshu apologizing on behalf of the housekeeping team and the front desk associate. Not that it changed my opinion or experience, but it is worth mentioning.

Lovely iconic property of the ITC WecomeHotel Group. Old world charm rooms with contemporary luxury. Only downside is the access to the swimming pool which is via the coffee shop. Super restaurants at this property and a lively bar too.

Attended a seminar there. Excellent arrangements. Large spacious halls to accommodate 300 persons approximately. Plenty of parking, easy to park layout. Quite peaceful and very green.

This is my first stay at this hotel. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in Bangalore, including Leela Palace, so far I found ITC Windsor to be better. Rooms are nicer and I appreciate that there is no road noise once inside the hotel. Service has also been great and on par with other luxury hotels.

I was at this hotel for three weeks and enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is very grand, clean and the staff will always go out of their way to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Each restaurant within the hotel was outstanding also. I will definitely be returning here when I come for business. My only negative comment is that a minority of staff insisted (very strongly) that I write an online review and include their name in it. Some staff would even play games where they'd cover their badge and ask me to repeat their name, even though they did not know mine. After three weeks this did get slightly tedious. Otherwise, thank you for a very comfortable stay and I look forward to returning soon. (Also, thank you to the man who made my omelettes every morning, the omelettes were great, and his humour was even better! )

ITC Windsor Manor, as the name suggests represents the legacy British Raj styled building. The ambience has been maintained, location is bang in the heart of the city. Good food, personalised service define the perfect ITC hospitality.

Good location. But very less options or say no options in afternoon Buffet. Overall very warm and helpful staff.

Very chic property Jun 13: Stayed here for a night. The check in was very smooth. The room are very spacious with the a wooden floor and also carpeted. The bed was great and I had a good undisturbed sleep. Used the gym in the morning — good but I have seen better gyms elsewhere. One thing that so many hotels do not have is a water jet faucet in the toilets. That is basic hygiene in India and hotels need to cater to the same in India. Otherwise, the stay was good.

Can't describe it enough. Had been to Dakshin for a dinner with clients. Best choice is that part of the city. Food was excellent. Property itself is impeccable. Friendly for kids. Currently alcohol not being served due to laws. Ample parking available. Be careful when entering property, can be confusing on Google maps.

Tried all restaurant namely Dakshin, Royal Afghan, Dum Pukht and Royal Pavilion.
Amazing, unique and perfect presentation of dishes I tried.
Royal Pavilion has very good spread of different cuisine in their Buffet menu.
Breakfast are wholesome. You can choose from Fresh fruit to vegetable juice extract of your choice, shakes, Milk cereal. South Indian dishes from live counter are must try. They changed some of dishes on menu every day.
Staff — courteous, helping.
Ambience is Royal like Mannor.
Rooms comfortable with balcony to enjoy your mornings with tea.
Other amminties like Swimming pool, Bar were also good.
Need to improve on their Hardens and their maintainence.
Was really disappointed to see do less flowering plants around.

Had been to Royal Afghan. One of the nice restaurants I had ever been to. Great hospitality, food was really tasty. Dal bukhar was yum.

The tower rooms are reasonably sized. Awesome ITC service. The food at the Afghan and the Dakshin are superlative. Some of the best dosas to be had in a five star property.

Stayed in the hotel for couple of nights. Stay was comfortable but restaurant (Dakshin) didn't live upto the expectation. Wrong cocktail served (which took more than 20 minutes to come). The prawn curry was great but same couldn't be said for the chicken gravy. The best one was sweet dish — moongdal halwa and the coconut based sweet dish. The buffet breakfast was very good with huge variety and fresh items, like fruits and juices. The idlis was very soft and white. B'fast was much better than Dinner.

Very warm and courteous staff. Makes you feel like coming back often.

I have not stayed here, I went to the restaurant\bar. The service quality is mediocre at best. The potato chips tasted like it was locally made by the hot chips guys and even had a large piece of Jute (gunny bag material) in it and the bartender just came over and removed this piece. Whatever starters we ordered was fairly good, although nothing that you cant get in your average cafe. You have to park the car on your own even when its raining, what a joke, luxury hotel. ITC has a long way to go before they can reach the kinds of "Actual luxury Hotels".

Porsche hotel… expensive but worth staying.

This 5 star hotel is one of an experience in Bangalore! You will indulge in luxury with a slightly British touch to it. The restaurants are amazing, the lunch buffet here is just a treat! One of the best places to visit or stay in Bangalore, truly.

They will pamper you to bits at Dublin. They have an Afghan restaurant and a very English coffee shop. Try and spend a weekend here to get the real feel.

It's pretty good, with pleasant atmosphere and with delicious food, you'll enjoy each and every moment there I am glad to visit that very hotel In simple words it's amazing…

Imperial style hotel. Got some old style furniture and carpet. Restaurants are very good.

One of my favourite in Bangalore if you are really found of heritage property. Have stayed in every 5 star hotel in Bangalore but this remain on top and suggested not less then 25 people in 4 years. What I like here is, big luxury room with really long door which gives you access to garden and morning breakfast under open glass roof. It adds so much of freshness and excitement when I kick off my day. Just in love with ITC Windsor property.
