I am staying here from last 4 moths.

If TripAdvisor have facilities to give less than 1* I will defiantly give less than 1*. There is no security/privacy in the room they will enter in ur room without knob the door. I have ordered A paneer Dish with Tandoori Roti (type's of Indian assorted bread) I asked for make it crispy they send tandoori roti but it was like Tawa roti n totally burnt. N another terrible thing is they don't have any bucket in the bathroom even bathroom was toooooooooo dirtyyyyyyyyy. Being a hotelier I don't recommended to any one. Too waste money n time.

Date Stayed: 2 Nights (1st & 2nd Nov-2016) Booking: 01 Deluxe Room (Family: 3 Adults+ 1 Child-12 years) The location of the hotel is good with not much traffic on road, which adds to the sleep quality. Hotel has a lawn in front and ample trees in campus which gives it peaceful and natural look. We took our dinner in the lawn watching the stars. Hotel Building is traditional haveli type. For spirited travelers, there is a liquor shop nearby the hotel! Staff was helpful and courteous. For 3 Adult + 01 child, we were given three bedded room. Rooms has old type tiles and wooden haveli type furnitures. Area of improvement for Hotel is bathroom as there was no exhaust system in our bathroom and bath tub could not be used as plugs were missing. Speed of service and presence of reception staff can also be worked upon. Overall a Budget hotel with haveli environment set up in greenery. Not recommended if you are looking for bright, super clean and aromatic rooms.

Even though we had prior booking, our hotel was changed without any intimating prior to our arrival. However, necessary arrangements was made by the admin of the hotel.

Average rooms with pathetic bed quality, rooms are old and are ok if just staying for night halt. Food is above average but nothing to brag about. May choose some other option next time.

Awesome place for comfort stay in Bikaner. Owner of this hotel Mr. Devraj Singh Rathore is very helpful person. Food was delicious with Especial Rajasthani taste. We love this place.
